Other than the front desk staff, this property has nothing going for it.
Cons:

Hallways were dingy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Room had only a dirty chair and a desk so close to the tv you could not eat and watch. Bar/restaurant experience was one of very poor service.

Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It's location is very good and the staff cared.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and could not do enough to please. Location was very good and hotel supplied shuttle to take us into Pentagon. Drivers were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room a little tired. Curtains torn and tatty. First room the key entry assembly failed to work at all, probably due to flat battery. Pity there was no shuttle to Dulles.

The windows in the room are bolted shut so you can’t open them. We walked into a 100 degree room so I’m sure that was festering all sorts of bacteria ESPECIALLY given how disgusting the room was. There was a giant white stain across the wall (disgusting) and there was dirt all along the baseboards. The woman working at the front desk was less than helpful & for whatever reason kept speaking to my partner (& ignoring me) even though I’m the one who booked and paid for the room. You could not pay me to stay here again.

A short but comfortable stay and an excellent value.
Pros:

My room was quiet and comfortable, and I really appreciated having available the parking garage. And the young woman at the front desk was wonderful: efficient and best of all, genuinely welcoming and friendly.
