Good hotel, Amazing staff, neat and clean room, Amazing and safe location
Pros:

I liked the friendly staff, Matthew Piccus in particular stood out as someone who went out of his way to ensure my mum and I have a wondefrul experience.

Cons:

I feel Breakfast should be complimentary for all stays more than 350$ and above per night. Also we were charged 10$ per night per Suitcase to store our luggage after we checked out of the hotel and checked back in 3 days later. I feel if a guest is staying for so long then luggage should be stored free of charge especially when they are returning to the hotel after 3 nights.

Pros:

The staff in particular - Matthew. picus was exceptionally kind, understanding and caring. He truly made our experience truly memorable, along with Baby head of housekeeping and Bridgette at reception along with Mr Vaas at the Bar

Cons:

I think breakfast should be complimentary for all staya more than 300$ or more per night. It would be a brilliant differentiation factor and make guests choose mariott over all competing hotel chains

Expensive and disappointing
Cons:

Noisy refrigerator in room, no ice available except by going down to lobby area gift shop, breakfast cold and served in boxes, way too expensive and couldn't eat most of it. Valet parking way too expensive and only option available.

Cons:

Les fenetres etaient tres mal insonnorisées on a tres tres mal dormis a cause du bruit des voitures dans la rue
De plus le wifi est tres mauvais dans les chambres
Vous devriez nous rembourser des nuits ou nous n’avo s pas pu dormir
