Ich war sehr zu frieden und würde wieder bei Ihnen absteigen.
Pros:

Früher, ich bin mittlerweile 80 Jahre alt, vor über 10 Jahren, war ich regelmässig in Ihrem Hause und war immer sehr zu frieden. Deshalb war ich sehr gespannt und siehe da, ich bin nach wie vor, gerne bei Ihnen als Gast. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist für meine Bedürfnisse sehr gut und Infrastruktur sehr gut.

Die wirklich zentrale Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personal!

Cons:

Der Baustellenlärm in der Umgebung! Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts!

Super Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal und perfekter Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super vielfältig, das Zimmer war angenehm klimatisiert und die Lage war perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Am letzten Tag war der Kartenleser im Aufzug sporadisch defekt und das Personal hatte scheinbar unterschiedliche Anweisungen bzgl. Der Gäste. Von der einen Seite heiß es dann, wir sollten den Mitarbeiteraufzug benutzen und eine andere Mitarbeiterin wollte uns dort nicht hereinlassen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Einkaufslage. Immer wieder würde ich dieses Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Beim Frühstück hatten wir eine Dame, die uns so freundlich, schnell und nett bedient hat, dass ich ihr das einmal gesagt habe. Sie hat sich sehr darüber gefreut.

Cons:

Um 5 Uhr morgens wurde die Glascontainer vor unserem Fenster geleert. Gleich darauf fuhren die Lieferanten LKW's vor. Da war es mit der Nacht vorbei. Wir hätten gerne noch länger geschlafen, zumal die Betten wirklich bequem waren.

Pros:

Great location, amazing spacious rooms, clean, modern showers, bed was so comfy, incredible breakfast and the travel cot was basically a huge full sized crib with a fitted sheet and complimentary teddy bear. Can I move in?

Fantastisk beligenhed, kedelig morgenmad, god rengøring og servicemindet personale.

Morgenmaden var kedelig og smagsløs, men udmærket sortiment.

Cons:

Vi havde bestilt to kingsize senge og fik en seng og en sofa opredning, det ødelagde glæden ved opholdet, magen til hård og dårlig seng!.
