Ein perfektes Wochenende in Hamburg.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, man kann alles von dort zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war Mega lecker, mit sehr viel Auswahl, sogar glutenfreie Speisen sind vorhanden😊

Top Lokation mit verbesserungswürdigem Standard
Pros:

Frühstück zu teuer für Menschen, die ein kleines bzw. französisches Frühstück bevorzugen.
Zimmer sehr klein,
Lüftung schlecht oder garnicht einzustellen, bzw. reagiert nicht auf Einstellung.

Das Hotel liegt wirklich sehr gut, man kann gut zu Fuß vieles erreichen. Tolles Frühstück!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr sehr gut, sauber und die Damen im Service waren auch sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Mein Mann war im Restaurant und hat dann bemerkt, dass er seine Karte im Zimmer vergessen hatte. Er hat an der Rezeption gefragt ob ihm jemand im Fahrstuhl die Karte zuhalten könnte, weil er die oben vergessen hatte. Er wurde gefragt, ob er einen Ausweis dabei hätte (äh, nein), er sagte Namen und Zimmernummer, doch bekam als Antwort " den Namen hätte er aufschnappen können (wir haben einen ungewöhnlichen Nachnamen (äh, nein)). Dann war mein Mann kurzärmelig und kam aus dem Restaurant, also nicht von draußen und nach Abgleich der Adresse gab es eine neue Karte. WARUM NICHT GLEICH SO?

Generell fand ich alle Mitarbeiter am Empfang eher lahm. Teilweise standen sie zu viert wenn man ins Hotel kam und kaum jemand hat einen begrüßt oder was nettes gesagt (wir waren 4 Nächte dort).

Ein stilvolles Hotel in super Lage mit toller Bar und sehr zuvorkommendem Personal.
Pros:

Das Renaissance Hamburg Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr überzeugt. Besonders die Bar ist ein echter Augenschmaus und verleiht dem Hotel ein sehr schönes, stilvolles Ambiente. Auch das Personal war überwiegend sehr zuvorkommend, und die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass unsere Bedienung an einem Abend offenbar keinen besonders guten Tag hatte und dies leider auch spürbar war. Die Baustellen in der Umgebung sind zwar nicht ideal, dafür kann das Hotel jedoch sichtlich nichts. Insgesamt hat das den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck kaum beeinträchtigt.

odada 3 kişilik rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen, havlu, bardak vs gibi şeyler 2 kişi için hazırlamıştı.
