Das Wohlfühlgefühl fehlte.
Pros:

Eine wunderbare Lage mit tollem Umfeld!

Cons:

Die Dusche war bei Anreise auseinander gebaut. Am darauf folgenden Morgen stand das Badezimmer unter Wasser, ein Rohr unter dem Waschbecken war undicht.
In diesem Haus hat man das Gefühl als Gast nicht wertgeschätzt zu werden. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr kurz angebunden und vermittelt permanent unter Stress zu stehen. Schade bei einem Haus in so einer brillanten Lage.

Ottima scelta per visitare Amburgo
Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Hotel molto bello, posizione perfetta in zona centrale ed elegante della città con negozi e ristoranti. Personale gentile e professionale. Stanza quadrupla spaziosa, letti comodi.

Cons:

L’unica cosa è che la colazione era molto costosa per una famiglia di 4 persone e non l’abbiamo presa. Suggerirei un prezzo scontato per le famiglie.

Fantastisch hotel in een heel mooi gedeelte van Hamburg voor een ontspannen verblijf

Cons:

Het personeel was ronduit onvriendelijk, er kon geen woordje gedag vanaf bij aankomst en er is verkeerde uitleg gegeven over de mogelijkheid tot parkeren bij het hotel. Ook is het hotel verouderd en waren de tweepersoonsbedden veel te smal voor twee volwassenen. Geen 5 sterren waard.

Frühstück war sehr gut, Zimmer war schön und sauber
