Good stay. I would return
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was walking distance to the event center which was my purpose for staying.

Cons:

Excess noise in the hall the first night and both nights I tried to order room service I was put on hold and they never came back - I waited 10 minutes.

Desk staff helpful. Great location. Room very clean.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was so loud and clanky it was nearly impossible to sleep. Ruined what would have been a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

I arrived and went to meet a friend for dinner. When i was out at dinner, my room was booked out to someone else. They went back to the front desk and mentioned someone elses stuff was in there. The following day, i went out and about. When i returned, my key didnt work. After i spoke with the front desk and they fixed my key, i returned to find all of my stuff gone. After another 45 minutes or so i got my stuff back. Not a fun experience at all.

Great location and good value. Clean room and great beds. Great showers and water pressure.

Cons:

While I enjoy the parking location of the lot, the turns in the parking ramp are not made for today's size cars/trucks.

Location convenient to downtown, mall &.Mandan access for July 4 activities.

Cons:

Very limited restaurant hours. Small cramped bathrooms.

Pros:

They over charged us for taxes and fees.

Cons:

We requested new towels because they only clean the room every 3 days and we were told that they couldn't because she was the only one working the front desk and it was the 4th of July weekend. They need to do better than one person at the front desk and they need to honor prices from booking.com and not charge fees and taxes over their rates.
