Hotel stay - fair
Pros:

I was not happy with the fact that my door to my room had a lock problem the first nite. Returned to the room and was able to push my door open without using a key. Called the front desk and maintenance came but told me he could not do anything at that time at night. The next day my room was changed per my request. Staff was accommodating.

Cons:

First nite the lock on my door did not work. Room was changed.
Second nite the televisions blew. Maintenance had to come and change a part on the TV. He was able to get the tvs to work again.

We had a wonderful time there and felt safe.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the facility was clean.

Cons:

Since the room was fairly expensive, I didn't think an additional fee for parking of $20 + tax per day was appropriate. Parking should have been included or no more than $10/day for guests of the hotel.

Pros:

Easily accessible to highways.

Cons:

Charging for parking and the garage is very tight! The hotel cost was high. It’s not Manhattan proper.
