Pros:

The staff was nice and the room was nice. I also liked my towel animal.

Cons:

The toilet hadn't been cleaned thoroughly.

I was charged for 2 waters when I only bought one.

The TV signal kept going out.

The mattress was too firm so I didn't sleep well.

My sleep also kept getting interrupted by a loud thumping noise. I am not sure where it came from though.

Could have been better for the price.

Cons:

Hotel did not have a microwave and the breakfast set up was nice but breakfast did not taste the best. Also had to pay for a child to eat breakfast and it was expensive and the child only ate fruit.

Service was amazing!
Pros:

I stay near the Atlanta airport at various hotels, several times a month. This hotel is conveniently located and the shuttle was a breeze. Devesh at the front desk was wonderful! He upgraded me to a beautiful junior suite with a luxuriously comfortable bed. I really enjoyed this perk after a long three days of work. My birthday is coming up soon and he personally delivered a pre-birthday card and decadent cupcake to my room. Truly above and beyond! I will certainly be staying at this Westin more often...Thank you!

$32 overnight parking wasn’t disclosed until I got to the hotel. Room and hotel looked like something from the early 90’s.
