Great for a business trip or short stay while traveling.
Pros:

Loved the layout, the beds, and just about everything except the two items mentioned below.

Cons:

There was an air freshener (one of the pine tree looking ones) shoved in my air vent, thought that was a bit tacky. Office center/ printing was out of order, when traveling for work that was less than ideal.

Excellent front desk service
Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially Rolethia at the front desk who helped me with my check-in. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options."

Home Away from Home
Pros:

Where do I begin? My daughter and I stayed at the Westin on Best Road for emergency reasons while our home was being urgently renovated. The initial stay was supposed to be 10 days but ended up being a month.

Everyone there treated us like family in every area of the hotel. I won’t remember everyone’s name, but allow me to name drop more than a few.

Valet: Darius and Wes—their welcoming aura and Darius’ warm hugs upon departure and his ability to magically pack all our stuff in the car. Mindblowing. My Morehouse brother was delightful too. There were 2 others—a female and possibly a non-binary person. Also lovely.

Front Desk: hands down THE BEST front desk crew I’ve ever experienced. Because of them, we did not want to leave. We picked Westin because of Deevesh and Cindy. Shashank made me feel like I was the only guest in the hotel. Superior customer service. He should become a trainer. Prit helped keep me calm during a crisis moment unprovoked by the hotel. Rolethia and Terra—delightful and hilarious. They all made my daughter and I want to stay forever.

The Food: kudos to the chef! DELICIOUS! We kept ordering the same Steak Frites and Salmon—addicted. And, anytime Vinay came to deliver the food, we knew it would be done with kindness and a smile. So many lovely people at breakfast—also scrumptious and filling. The waitresses made us feel like V.I.P.s every morning before I took my daughter to school. Angel, so sweet and whimsical. Sharon gave my daughter a nickname “Yay High!” So cute (comes with a funny backstory). There were others whose names I’ve forgotten but one started with a “K” and the meaning had to do with the galaxy, I think. She was petite and the other beautiful young lady was very tall. Wanda seemed to dampen the space a bit with lackluster customer service, but, thankfully, her staff far surpassed and overshadowed her unwelcoming spirit. She is one of the reasons I could not give Westin 5 stars.

Maintenence: the other reason I rated it 4 stars was that the room’s shower door had some issues, but the always cheerful William was more than happy to fix or adjust whatever was not quite right in our room. His service and demeanor would bump it up to 4.5, if I could.

The Room: the room itself was cozy and clean, and smelled like the respite we needed during a stressful time. Bed very comfortable. Slept peacefully there.

Housekeeping: Maria would sometimes ask me if she could clean my room and make designs out of tissue and towels.

Indoor pool: simply calming and heated. My daughter and I enjoyed relaxing there.

We were at The Westin for an incredibly stressful situation, and the atmosphere made us feel like we were both in a luxury hospital recovering from extreme stress and exhaustion and also like we were enjoying the staycation and respite my daughter and I desperately needed.

I cannot thank The Westin enough.
