I really like the place and enjoyed the stay
Pros:

room is very clean, quite & comfortable
staff are amazing, in restaurant, in room service, in the coffeeshop & the reception (especially Ms. Noura)
location is great,
the hotel design itself is luxury style, loved it

Cons:

I didn't like that the stay has to come to end, I wish I had more time

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Staying solo at the Méridien last year, I was not sure about bringing my family this time around. However, Mr Hussam went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome. On behalf of myself & my family I would like to express my gratitude to Mr Hussam and entire staff for the excellent hospitality.

Clean , luxury hotel a bit away from city centre.
Pros:

Very clean , luxury hotel.

Cons:

Location is not the best , uber is very accessible but if you want proximity this isn’t the best but in terms of comfort and cleanliness good stay for Madinah.

الفندق لا يرتقي إلي ٤ نجوم أنا أعطيه ٣ نجوم او اقل.

الإفطار ليس ممتاز ولكن دون المستوي

Cons:

أشياء كثيره الحمامات والدش غير جيد الاتصال مع الاستقبال لا يعمل بشكل جيد والرد متاخر جدا. لا يوجد مغسله ملابس بعد الساعه ٥ الاضاءه غير جيده. لا يوجد فتحات كهرباء كافيه بجانب السرير
