Airport shuttle was convenient and timely

Friendly staff and close to airport.

Great hotel about a 5 minute drive from the airport.
Note that you need to call the hotel when you land and they will send their shuttle to pick you up. Same on the return, you will need to book a time for the shuttle at the front desk.
Room was very clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast was okay, just average...

Clean room, close to a lot, airport transportation

Check in got charged twice. Now having issues getting money back

I have photos of the dirty bathroom floor in the first room. The second room smelled like smoke. The third room had a dirty shoe print on the bathroom tile, but I just gave up and covered the floor with towels.
Mattress was okay, a bit lumpy and worn out. A/C worked great. Black out curtains great. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was just so, so. Too crowded. No biscuits and gravy. Priced too high. Not sure we’ll stay there again, although it’s very convenient to the airport.

Immediately when I walked in, staff greeted me and helped me quickly check in. I immediately noticed the lobby was clean and the furniture was nice and in good shape. When I got to the elevator the elevator was also immaculately clean and functioning very well. I usually find that hotel elevators are sketchy and theirs was not. There was plenty of parking. There honestly isn't a bad place to park. Our room was extremely clean and everything was very nice. The pool was clean and heated nicely. The gym was clean as well and had a good variety of stuff to do. The internet worked well as well for anyone who needs to work or game. The breakfast had a good variety including milk alternatives. It was a very pleasant stay and I would for sure stay here again.

The property was nice and well kept. Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were great.

Clean room, comfy bed, cold AC

I booked 2 separate rooms and the person at the desk could only find 1 room. I told her I paid for 2 rooms but she couldn’t locate the 2nd one. I had to show her the confirmation and after several minutes she finally located it. No explanation, and at the end of this ordeal barely a ‘sorry’. Also the highway traffic was loud in the room.

It was full of baseball kids and signs about them behaving. Must be a summer stop/thing. Also, at breakfast some bozo was on his speaker phone the whole time not caring about others who like to wake up with peace...and coffee.

Laundry was great

The hotel was clean, a bit dated. Fairly comfortable, bed was very firm, which I don't prefer. It was fine for a one night stay.

Close to the airport

I was very unhappy with the “new rule” from the front desk about the range for the shuttle. The website says 5 miles… the front desk worker said 3 miles. When I was there in May it was 10 miles. I arranged my rental car pickup to take the shuttle. The rental co was short staffed so they couldn’t pick me up so I had to get Uber. I was not happy. The place is nice and has a good breakfast.

Nice gym

Everyone was very friendly from check in to airport transport driver. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a goodie bag. Room comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again.
