Friendly people welcoming you and that made my day!
Pros:

We like the staff, location, price, breakfast and the big windows. We like everything and we always choose to stay there when we go to Omaha!

Pros:

This place is a dump ,very dirty ,stinks, everything was broken staff is rude and they don't clean your room everyday if you stay more than one day. Will never stay here again gross

No del todo buena
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el trato del personal y el desayuno de la mañana.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación no era del todo buena, había pelos y polvo. La piscina tenía demasiado cloro, se hacía difícil la respiración y ardia en los ojos.
También se sentía mucho olor a marihuana.

Pros:

The layout of the room and it had three beds.

Cons:

The location. Had a lot of drug heads in parking lot and doors begging for money. Inside smelled like someone was smoking weed. No water pressure. The bathroom faucet was broke. They did move us to another room. Needs to be updated carport looked like it was from the 70’-80’s when originally installed. We floor in elevators need wet floor signs in them.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable. Coffee was ok.

Cons:

The rooms are very worn down. The TV did not work, and phone did not work to call the desk. There was no answer when I called from my cell phone. In the bathroom, there were not enough supplies (wash clothes, towels, no tissues, broken toilet paper roll). The shower had chipped paint all over. There were many stains on the carpet. The floors in the lobby, elevator, dinning area were very dirty. The breakfast was not up to par with other Comfort Inns. Even though we ate breakfast early (7:20), the eggs had dried out, and the sausage was dry. It was a very expensive stay ($170 with taxes), but was not worth that money.

I’m glad we only had to stay one night.
Cons:

The property was not very clean. Our room had a carpet stain, scraped walls, a scratched tub, and a piece of the metal bed frame sticking out that scraped two people in our room. The elevators were dirty and small and smelled like smoke.
