Place needs to be refurbished from top to bottom.It's old

Room was not clean with stains on sheets.

Upon arrival there was no record of my reservation through Expedia. It took approximately 45 minutes to remedy and I’m still not clear on where the blame lies. The woman at the front desk was very kind and patient through the entire ordeal.

Although the lobby is updated, once you enter the elevator you realize what the standard is for the rest of the hotel. The halls show years of abuse and my room had an odd smell. The toilet paper dispenser was missing one side so the TP was set on the back of the toilet. While showering in luke warm water I kept seeing long hair on the tub floor(I’m bald).
The heat/air conditioning unit’s fan buttons were broke so you could not set fan speed. The carpet had noticeable stains throughout.

Lastly, upon checking out I went to use the lobby restroom only to find 2 out of 3 toilets full of disgusting filth. The stall doors did not align so the lock was worthless. Left to use a restroom at a gas station.

Again the valuable lesson is you get what you pay for…

Internet did not work.i had to call IT resolved it. Fixed in 10 minutes. Everything else was good.

There was no gym as stated on the website, hotel was noisy and smelled bad, and they put a tacky tip bucket out at the breakfast buffet.

The first room we got had a horrible smell like moldy and humid i could not stand the smell. As i looked aroukd the room my bed sheets had black long hair so i kept looking and so did my bath towels. I did end up going to front desk to get a different room and they switched my room. This room did not have a smell but again there was like womans hair on both beds and in towels. I was also told that 2 yrs ago a woman got shot in the 3rd floor where i was staying at and later she died. That did it for me i could not sleep and so we ended up checking out at 6am

Friendly staff well kempt hotel nice bar & restaurant good food reasonable priced had the jacuzzi sweet for a romantic get away room was huge jacuzzi was really nice and clean and fairly reasonable in price for our 3 day stay hotels was quiet and had a great atmosphere recommend this place to anyone over all excellent experience! Will stay here again any time i come to omaha <3

The room had a smell like dirty feet. I asked for a room spray and was told they were out. I asked for a drain plug to take a bath. They told me to go downstairs for one. The drain plug didn’t work and there was mold around the tub. The floors had stains and a sticky texture to them. We decided to try out their restaurant. The service and food took forever. The food was subpar. The menu stated chicken wrap and no ingredients listed. When I asked I was told the ingredients, but it had other things I didn’t prefer. The next morning we ate the free breakfast. There was 2 hours left to go. The drinks for juices were out of order. The cereal was out all three. Nothing was kept up and very poor

This hotel needs to be remodeled. The room stinks, floors are dirty, tub has no drain, sink backs up. Worst hotel I have stayed in this year.

This was the most disgusting, unsafe hotel that I’ve ever stayed at!! This hotel should be shut down! The place reeked of marajuana so bad in all of the hallways, you had to cover your face to walk through! The club by the hotel brings nothing but trouble. We were awakened by gunshots in the middle of the night in front of the hotel. All of the patrons who parked in front had bullet holes and damage on their cars! Luckily, we parked in the dark, scary back parking lot! The carpets in the rooms were filthy and sticky. The doors barely closed, we had to put chairs in front of them for safety! The tub was scratched up and gross. There were numerous marks all over the walls. The breakfast was disgusting with food spilled everywhere and nothing was refilled. No creamer for coffee, all of the tables were dirty, just unbelievable! Couldn’t wait to get out of there! I just don’t get how they allow all of this to go on. People with families cannot feel safe here. Expedia, you should not promote this property! Never, ever again!

We like the space of the room but the place just looked tired and needed a deep cleaning from the carpets, furnitur (couch and chairs in our suite), and the grass around the property that contained a lot of litter. Time for a refresh.

We had a wedding there for some friends this weekend. We had nothing but attitude from the staff, and problems with the service. We had to find tablecloths to put on the tables because they didn't do it like they were supposed to. There were mouse droppings on a couple of them. The brides closet rack fell down with her dress on it, and they never fixed it. The guy working the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. He allowed people to walk through the wedding to get to a baby shower in the next room even though they had a separate entrance. The hotel was very hot and dirty. There was hair stuck to the tub that was left from the previous guest. There was mold in one of the bathrooms in one of our rooms. They made us clean up after the wedding which was supposed to be their job. The shower didn't work in another one of our rooms. We had permission to put our salads and chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge. When it was time for us to get our salads and ranch, they were very confrontational and tried to gang rush the groom and said we couldn't take the ranch because it was theirs wven though it was provided to us specifically for the wedding. The overall experience was a complete crap show. 10/10 DO NOT recommend staying here.

Whole place smells like cigarettes, terrible customer service

the hotel was very dirty! Stains on carpet everywhere. When stepping on the carpet, it felt gummy. Comforter was wrinkled. When we went downstairs to eat in the restraunt, the service was poor. We always had to go to bar for drinks refilled. When I got my chicken strips they were still raw and cold. I pulled the breading off and the color was grey. Told it to the server and never once said sorry, or was there anything else they could give me. Friends had quesadillas with chicken and there was about 5 very small pieces on it. The cheese looked like it was like a single packed processed cheese you get at the store. We have stayed there now 3 times and service and food was horrible. We stayed there for convinces to where we wanted to go is all. 1st time, ordering food, they were out of everything. Even salads! 2nd time, same, but did have just pizza and a few apps. And now this last time, I could have gotten food poisoning. We will defiantly never stay there again. One more thing.... every time we have stayed the elevators never work right and have to use only one. We understand that maybe help is hard to find, or you have a off day, but 3rd time is a charm. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT STAY THERE! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL BAD. I should have taken a pic of everything, but didn't think of it at the time because it was so bad.

While i was trying to sleep. A huge car show/ hangout party began in the parking lot and went on from 11pm-5amish in the morning. It was extremly noisy and i didnt get any sleep at all. It seems that nothing was done by the hotel owners to even get rid of the crowd. And very dirty in several places.

All was good except one night my mother called and asked to be connected to my room. The desk clears asked who was calling, then called the number on the other line, and said she was not in. Whoever heard of a hotel screening calls?

This hotel is old and in poor condition. Furniture inside the room was torn and dirty. The entire place had an odd smelt to it. Definitely would never stay here again.

It was ok but for a non smoking room it sure smelled of smoke
