The location & breakfast were great while the rooms and service were not up to par.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good and the eating area was clean & spacious. The man staffing the area kept offerings fresh. He quickly cleaned tables as guests left. I especially like the orange juice - it didn't taste like a powdery mix. I liked that my room had both a microwave and refridgerator.

Cons:

I came with a group of friends and we had 3 rooms. Each room had issues. My room was probably the best with the entry door being so misaligned, it took brute strength to both open and close. Another room hadn't been properly cleane; there was hair on the mattress sheet & staff said they couldn't do anything about it because of staffing issues. Not a good situation. All of our rooms had inadequate curtains which could not block out the bright lights outside. Also, we were all upset that the advertised hot tub wasn't available.

Not what I expected for a Comfort Inn. Place needs to be renovated.

The common areas and the room are worn out. Elevators were dirty. Garbage cans at the elevators were full. Door to the room had to be pulled shut forcibly. No toilet paper roll; you can see where the screws used to be. Walls are paper thin. If you’re sensitive to noise, you’ll hear people in the next room.

Not the best
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and the lady at the front desk was nice.

Cons:

The elevators were super small. Room was not clean. Bathtub drain was missing and the other part of it was broke. There was mold on the shower curtain. The toilet wouldn't flush. They room was dirty looking. There were numerous homeless people outside.

The lobby was nice and we had comfortable beds.

Cons:

There was black mold in our bathroom along with someone else’s fingernails in our room. We also had no hot water in the bath tub. You have to run the sink and the shower at the same time. You are also not allowed to bring breakfast up to your room.

Pros:

This hotel was nasty. There was hair everywhere that didn’t belong to us. Smelt like weed. Pool was freezing and had hairballs the size of rats all over

Not worth the money, super 8 level at hamtpon pricing

It has nice staff and they keep the it as clean as they can in the common areas and are helpful if needed

Cons:

It has apartments behind the hotel that attracts weird people at night like drug addicts at the bar built into the hotel. As well as it’s no smoking but we had the smell and smoke of weed wafting into our room from the next door room. Specifically asked for hot water and large tub and it was Small tub, barely hot water and was dirty in the creases and shower wall no bath plugs either. As well Pool was cold and no towels available. And charged an extra 100$ deposit upon arrival prior to paying ahead of time 200$ for Friday night- Sunday morning.

Rooms need to be renovated and routine housekeeping imroved.
Pros:

The room we had was in need of routine housekeeping. We aren't overly picky & could understand staff missing some things, but the room simply wasn't as clean as we would expect from a choice hotel. The bathroom needs to be renovated. The repaired finish on the tub was peeling off in several areas of the tub. There weren't enough plug ins to power the refrigerator microwave table lamp and coffee pot at the same time.
