Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything was amazing. Room was stunning, staff couldn’t do any more for their guests. Location was minutes away from everything.

Amazing 2 day stay at this top notch property. We have zero (no) complaints and my travel partner is so picky!

Mooi hotel qua look en feel. Prachtige zaal met authentieke elementen. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Super locatie.

Cons:

Helaas sliepen wij in een kamer waar er heel veel geurhinder was (putjesgeur) Hierdoor was het helemaal niet aangenaam vertoeven in de kamer. Bij melding aan de receptie waren ze hier inderdaad van op de hoogte maar was er niet direct een korte termijn oplossing. Zeer jammer. Persoonlijk vind ik dat ze de kamer niet mogen verhuren zolang dit probleem zich voordoet. We betalen voor een aangenaam verblijf in alle ruimtes van het hotel en dit was dus niet het geval.

Magnifique séjour dans un hôtel+++
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Bruges, un parking disponible à proximité. Le personnel est à l'écoute et à disposition. Une piscine chauffée et un sauna pour se détendre...Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le service impeccable.

De stijl en de charme van het hotel dat perfect in Brugge past, de uitstekende ligging en een eigen parking, de gastvrijheid en de vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers ook naar ons hondje toe

Charming, friendly hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Staff are exceptional: warm, friendly and approachable. The hotel is very comfortable and relaxed, and in a superb location - just off the main centre but still quiet and peaceful. Our room was pleasant and spacious. The pool and sauna are excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was a slight disappointment: no hot options were set out or offered, though they may have been available on request. If so, why not put a menu on the table?

Le lit était très confortable et le patio sympa. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Pour les amateurs de thé, pensez à prendre vos sachets, car ce sont des lipton. Mais c'est vraiment qu'un détail.
