Pros:

Personeel super vriendelijk! Pasie voor hun werk! Bij binnenkomst tot dat je weg gaat! Vooral Marleen ging alles uitleggen wat en waar je moest zijn rn kon doen in Brugge!
Hotel past bij brugge! Beetje gehorig maar dat hoort bij dit hotel! Kamers super! Zwembad en sauna waren ook fijn!

Property is beautiful with loads of history, rooms are stunning, staff were amazing super friendly helpful.. breakfast was fantastic, beds were super comfy with great space.. would 100% stay again and recommend..

The location was a great setting in the city centre. Very dog friendly, clean and welcoming.

The only thing I would change if I had to pick something, would be to have a double bed that wasn't 2 singles pushed together.

Locatie is het goed, behalve de personeel van ontbijt die erg vriendelijk en gericht op klanten was, rest niet waard

De receptie minder vriendelijk en niet eerlijk over de kamer. Hebben gekregen een kamer met problemen bij douche, de temperatuur ging niet kunnen regelen om te douchen dus.....kapot kraan. (die wis het al wan te voor en niks gezegd op de dag van aankomen , en wachten tot we klachten dat we kunnen niet douchen en heeft gedaan net als niks weet...wel paar huiskeepsters verstuurd.... die deed dat niks weet terwijl iedereen weet dat bestelling voor reparaties is het niet op tijd.....die geeft van onze tijd gekost om laten paar keer controleren......en de TV was het ook niet werkende ( heeft geen geldige kart) en de probleem was ook op de hoogte die ..de nacht dienst al wist en niks kunnen doen. Met een kleine kind van 4 jaar niet kunnen douche en tv kijken voor 2 nacht geboekt......het was zonder respect dat zo laat gebeuren.....de 200euro, via Booking nog moeilijk gedaan, tegenmoet was het niet de gewenste oplosing.......Eerlijkheid is het niet aan zijn thuis in de hotel...... Zeker niet aan deze hotel komen volgende jaar, zijn zeker betere en leukere genoeg en betere prijzen en service.

Wc bril los, deuren en ramen sluiten slecht of niet… geen heel groot probleem maar dat was het enigste wat ik kon bedenken.
