Wonderful hotel, wonderful location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Very comfy beds, spacious period rooms. We had a patio, where we could enjoy our morning coffee, while our daughter’s room had a canal view. We also used the pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I really appreciated the bottle of wine for my special birthday. First class and will be returning.

Beautiful . Like stepping back in the 17 th century. Staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The rooms were immaculate . The location is perfect. Steps away from the city centre, but so quiet.breakfast was great.

Très bel hôtel de charme
Pros:

Très bel hôtel décoré avec goût et avec beaucoup de charme.
La piscine avec le sauna est un vrai plus.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel est absolument charmant.
La localisation en plein centre avec un parking tout proche.

Une excellente adresse pour profiter des joyaux de Bruges

Hôtel bien situé, confortable avec possibilité de parking à proximité. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du sauna pour nous 4. Très agréable après avoir marché toute la journée. À noter la qualité de l’accueil. Tout est fait pour que votre séjour soit agréable. Le petit déjeuner sans être exceptionnel est agréable et de qualité . La décoration est superbe; l’endroit est vraiment magnifique. Nous y retournerons…

Location was great, lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Hotel is in need of of a little updating such as areas needed painting etc - our shower flooded due to waste being blocked
Our friends who were with us in room 38 had to move rooms as not a nice smell and the pelmet on the bed fell off

Adorable accueil. Chambre sous les toits avec vue sur le canal très paisible, jolie salle de bain , bar impressionnant , meubles et décoration originale , piscine petite mais agréable

Cons:

La qualité du petit déjeuner trop basique , peu de légumes et de fruits , mais c’est un détail vu l’ excellence du reste

I want to live there when I retire.
Pros:

Everything about this beautiful hotel made me happy. The incredible staff, the amazing breakfast and the suite over looking the canal: spectacular.

Perfekte Lage, schönes Hotel und hervorragendes Frühstück mit sehr freundlichem Personal

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Boutique-Hotel Die Swaene. Die zentrale Lage in Brügge ist ideal, um die Stadt bequem zu erkunden.

Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und qualitativ hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
