La struttura è dotata di tutti i confort possibili. Belle le piscine e comoda la barca privata per attraversare il fiume. Vista top dai piani alti. Camera con vetrata bella e letto comodo.
Per me la struttura è a tratti fatiscente. Si vede che le cose sono datate e per 5 stelle non è accettabile. La vasca da bagno era tutta segnata e la doccia non stava su dritta bisognava tenerla con le mani. Moquette in camera color marrone, sembrava un po appiccicosa.
Free Revier cross boat transfer between the hotel ang Icon siam shoping mall is excellent. Nice location and view. Spacious hotel. In Room facilties are excellent and luxury.
The breakfast was good; however, the layout of the food stations was not very clear. Some sections were located in different areas of the Breakfast dining hall, and there were no signs to guide guests or indicate that additional breakfast options were available elsewhere.

Very good breakfast with a lot of choices.
The room was excellent with an amazing view over the river. Nice pools, also for kids.
The breakfast restaurant is too small for the number of guests in the hotel. Sometimes we had to line up and wait until a table was available. I would not expact that from a five star location.
Location is excellent, love the shuttle boat that takes you over to the mall. Staff were very friendly and attentive
Room had a strong musty smell, really needs updating. Staff came to spray the carpets and put in air purifier. They tried to help as best they could but I think it’s just with the hotel being older…
We (Papa and two sons, 15 and 11) had an excellent 2-night stay here in August. We've been coming here for several years, and are always impressed by the hotel. It has a beautiful view over the Chao Phraya River: Both our room and the executive lounge had fantastic views. The food and drinks are excellent. The swimming pool is great. The boat is great fun. The staff are wonderful!

This hotel is brilliantly located, being on the riverside in Bangrak. Talat Noi is a 5 minute stroll away and the hotel has its own shuttle boat to Icon Siam.
The staff at the club lounge are especially kind and welcoming and treat everyone like royalty. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools - a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing or shopping.
Breakfast is consistently delicious with a wide range.
It’s unusual to find a hotel which is so consistently excellent, with so many thoughtful touches. Everyone works so hard here to make it special from the doorman to the chambermaids & chefs.
We always have a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.

La chambre était très agréable et la vue magnifique. Les piscines étaient super. Nous avions pris l'option petit déjeuner et dîner, et avons très bien mangé tout au long de notre séjour.
Seul bémol la douche dont la température n'était pas constante, passant parfois de brûlante à froide.
Room was spacious.
The wash basin balance between hot and cold was difficult to achieve a proper balance.
