Excellent Accommodation, Well Located
Pros:

Our room was very spacious and clean and was ready as soon as we arrived. The staff were warm and welcoming and amenities provided very good. The other aspect was the great location - only a seven-minute walk to the Chiba Station allowing access easily. There is also a great selection of places to eat to suit all budgets and tastes (the Italian around the corner to the left is next level good!).

Would highly recommend.

Cons:

We had some "disco" noise on the Saturday night so would request a quieter room next time. However this was not a deal breaker.

Great spot for a first night in Japan, due to proximity to train station connected to Narita Airport.
Pros:

Location was convenient. Staff were very welcoming, with lollies for the kids upon arrival. There is free coffee and soft drinks in the lobby. There are books and toys for kids to borrow. Amenities available in the lobby also have good variety. I recommend the nearby Musashino Mori diner and the basement food hall at Sogo Department store.

Cons:

Beds and pillows are not the most comfortable but are ok. There is a slight smell of smoke - seems like a business style hotel.
