サウナがあるのに、水風呂あれば最高だった！残念！

チェックインの説明が少々不十分。
JR千葉駅から徒歩5、6分と近く、しかも大通りから数十メートルほど離れており静か。未明に大きな地震のあった日の最上階（12F）に宿泊していたが、揺れは大きくとも恐怖感があまりなかった（ほどに安定感があったというか・・・）。朝食もメニューが豊富で満足できた。
空調のスイッチがわからず、若干暑さを感じた。

8月13日の大雨の日に伺いました。雨と風などで家族共々心身疲れ切った状態で、なんとか到着しましたが、びしょ濡れな我々に何も言わずタオルなど出していただき、いろんなお願いにも真摯に対応いただき、心から助かりました。特に冷え切った体に大浴場は本当に癒されました。
一本中に入った立地なので、雨の中では分かりづらく、道路に標識を出してもらえると助かります
Excellent property very near to Chiba station.Easy to travel to the airport with Narita express.Also monorail stop is very nearby as well.Lot of eateries nearby.Break fast spread was sumptuous and appetizing.Room was very clean with all amenities including plug ins for phone charging.Coffee and tea complimentary in the lobby and some rice dish in the evening with plum topping.over all great stay

気密がいいためなのか、清掃スタッフさんがアチコチの扉とかを開けたり作業するたびに自分の部屋の扉が連動してガタガタ鳴るので、誰かがノックしてるような気になって、そこは落ち着かなかった。改善されたらいい。
