Pros:

大浴場とサウナ、しかも清潔感がある、朝食も海の幸もありレパートリーが多く満足。
2人部屋と1人部屋を予約しましたが、1人部屋にもソファが欲しかった。
但し過去に泊まった類似のホテルと比較すると全てに於いて超えており、非常に満足。

Ticks all the boxes for me -- Clean, close to station, comfy!
Pros:

Hotel was just a few minutes walk away from the Chiba station, and there were konbinis nearby, as well as restaurants. I liked that it was a mainly Japanese hotel and they used the automated check-in and were helpful with familiarising us with the process. The public bath was big and well-maintained with a steam room -- so relaxing and warming after a day out in winter. Breakfast was a mix of local and Western options offering a small variety of freshly made and delicious options each day. I liked the room design which was sufficient space for our 2 large suitcases. Bed was comfy and hotel was very clean.

Cons:

Nothing. Will consider staying again when in Chiba :)

立地条件もコスパも良かった
風呂タブが広めなのとタブに手摺が付いており足先を洗うのに便利でした
また大浴場やサウナもあり快適に過ごせました
スタッフも挨拶が爽やかでまたこちらに来る際にはお世話になりたいです
