Cons:

There was no phone in the room. The court was missing front desk said they couldn't do anything. There was brown stains all over pillow cases. There was no toilet paper in the hotel room and because I didn't have a phone I had to go find a cleaning staff to get toilet paper because when I called the room from my cell phone, no one would answer while my kids were in the pool. Water from the ceiling was dripping on their head. There was hair in the tub. The toilet seat was filthy dirty. The lamp in the room was leaning and broken.The room was disgusting.Had it not been that we didn't have an opportunity to look for another place.Because we were there for a tournament.It was awful, and then I tell the staff and I asked for a cot in the room, and they wanted to charge me ten dollars, which was absurd.

Pros:

Easy access off of highway. Staff were professional and helpful. Several doors allowed parking closer to room as it is a large facility. Restaurant prepared a delicious breakfast at a reasonable cost and it was a large portion.

Cons:

Other guests were very loud - hockey kids running hallways, yelling and slamming doors till after midnight. Couldn’t fall asleep with all the noise. The bathroom wasn’t updated. Shower head was basic. Not enough towels provided and only one bar of dove soap provided. Front desk staff provided other items needed at no charge when asked.

Not so happy to stay there , might be good option for 1 night only

Cons:

Not well maintained, curtains in our room got some cuts, all appliances are too old, mattress are not comfortable & there is no elevator for the second floor.
