NL Amsterdam Hotel

The reception staff are very friendly and obliging. I arrived early to leave my bag and i was given my room three hours early without charge - this is very rare these days so i have to say a big thank you. The hotel is in a convenient location if you are on a budget - lots of good food at reasonable prices. The breakfast was good - the coffee machine provided excellent quality coffee.

I like they way the stuff handling the guests situations, they are very friendly and helpful, thr rooms they are very clean and tide, the food its amazing, nothing to complain its just was a 5*

I have spent there 10 days they were the worst ever
The rooms are not cleaned at all they just fix the beds they even didn't change the sheets, Even the cups they didn't wash them, and they never refilled the coffe or tea or even the sugar in the rooms for the whole 10 days.

About the management of the hotel they even was the worst, they were very unprofessional and so rude they talked in the worst way and they were teaching us the guests how to behave and they intentionally put a stained sheets in our room and they insisted to make us pay for it 350 liras while we were checking out and even it wasn't our fault at all

We tried to speak with the hotel manager before checking out, but he refused to see us or even speak with us on the telephone

The worst hotel ever I don't recommend at all

The only thing that was good in the hotel is that Mr Ahmed the receptionist helped us the whole time.

Felt like a scam. I booked a room but when we got there they told us we have to pay more because we booked for one person the price was less than a two person room which was the same two person room. That is stupid policy. It's not a dorm we don't book by beds we book rooms. We left.

Yeni bir otel. Zemini harika. Eşyalar temiz. Karşılayanlar nazik, kibar ve yardımsever. Tekrar tercih ederim. Umarım hep böyle kalır, temiz bakılır

イスタンブール新空港へのバス停や、メトロ、トラムのアクサライ駅から近く、アクセスは抜群。部屋は綺麗で、朝食のビュッフェは美味しかった。
ただ、テレビとエアコンが運悪く故障してました。
イスタンブール観光にはここを拠点にすると良いでしょう。

First of all I would just like to mention that the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. clean and good price, i will book again when i back to istanbul.

Too much bird in the Area so you can’t sleep in the morning they make too much noise!!!!

Good hotel and it very close to shopping district, bank and major tram/buses. Simple and nice.

Schoonmaakpersoneel vriendelijk en goed. Rest van het hotelpersoneel en restaurantmedewerrkers helaas een stuk minder.

Kleine krappe kamers. Geen parkeergelegenheid in de straat, ondanks de onjuiste vermelding op Expedia dat er gratis parkeren is.

Luidruchtige Russische hotelgasten die tot diep in de nacht harde tv en muziek ophebben en gieren en brullen en je wakker houden.

Kortom, we hebben hier helaas een zeer teleurstellende ervaring gehad. Ik kan dit hotel dan ook niet aanraden.

Habitación super pequeña, desayuno bastante flojo.

Das Bad war von Schimmel befallen. Wir hatten 3 Einzelbetten gebucht, beim Check In wurde uns erläutert, dass es kein Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten gibt und das Nachts um 2:00 Uhr!
Das Zimmer wurde nur auf wunsch gereinigt, von selber kam da keiner auf die Idee.
Das Hotel liegt im Rotlichtviertel!

Alles war in Ordnung bis auf Parkplatz diese Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplatz
