Well located to enjoy the downtown Fargo scene--close to shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. Linens and towels were good quality. I liked that an small coffee maker and a mini fridge were in the room.

Cons:

The room was a bit dark with no overhead light and only small bedside lamps. We also could have used a luggage rack (or two!) and another chair. I don't like putting my suitcase on the floor.

First rate hotel
Pros:

Stayed one night on a month long road trip. Best hotel we have stayed in to date. Large corner king with a view, lots of room, and a fantastic shower. Everything is well thought out. Would love to stay longer.

Cons:

Breakfast option wasn’t great- no buffet, only sir down with wait staff. Unfortunately the wait times were very long.

It was very clean and the staff was great.

Cons:

The bed was like cement, the shower was very slippery and the tv remote didn't work. Not worth the price. You could hear people in the halls, slamming doors and you could hear outside noises due to the fact we were there on a weekend. No black out shades. Very bright in the morning.

Pros:

Very clean!! The rooms are great. I just wish they had better lighting- maybe around the mirror area(outside the bathroom). Slept well. And the access to food and drinks is top notch. Good stay.

Fine for a quick stay
Pros:

Location of hotel was excellent and it seems like they have tried to update the rooms to make them more modern but the rest of the hotel feels worn. The biggest pet peeve was whoever designed the bathroom doors did not think of how much of a pain they would be to actually close…just install a real door!!

Noisy rooms/uncaring staff
Pros:

This hotel is supposed to be the host hotel for the Fargo Marathon. I made a reservation last September. I have to get up at 4: in the morning to run a race. They put me in a room next to a party room with an all day party that lasts 10 PM. Nicks/Nix the manager was extremely rude and argumentative and said quiet hours start at 10 PM. Then you should not be a host hotel for a with clients that get up at 4:30 in the morning. Noisy rooms, argumentative staff. Disappointing experience and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
