Location was perfect for us for a family visit and downtown experience!

Room service was excellent.

Cons:

Im sad that Open Table let a reservation be created for a lunch that didnt exist at the steakhouse that weekend, and we ultimately had a second breakfast! And the experience was then topped by that at the competing restaurant in the Jasper Hotel!

Disappointed
Pros:

What happened to the Radisson ? We have always stayed here when overnighting in Fargo but we were disappointed this time. The rooms are small and so generic feeling, white walls and barrack type furniture. Only one desk chair, not even an additional comfortable chair to relax in. Bed linens seemed dingy, pillows need replacing and the sink in the bathroom was so slow to drain it would fill nearly to the top before draining. Water in the shower was cold even after running it for a long time and then never got warmer then slightly lukewarm. The rooms were very expensive, we have stayed at lovely hotels that we could have a two room suite for less money and a complimentary breakfast is included, not even a discount voucher is offered here for breakfast.
Sorry to say next time we will consider other options to stay in Fargo.

Best sleep
Pros:

I sleep so well when I stay here!! Love the room layout and cleanliness! Quality built so little to no outside noise compared to others!! Great views of downtown!! By far my favorite place to stay!!!!!

Convenient to downtown BUT will likely try a different establishment next time.

Cons:

I was told I had received several upgrades none of which were reflected in the pictures. Shower was not as described. Room size was much smaller than described. Paint was peeling off of the ceiling in the entryway of the room.

Short stay, good location, wouldn’t classify as 4 star hotel.
Pros:

We loved being downtown, as there are few options for places to stay downtown. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

When we arrived, we parked in the location suggested by the hotel, next door. The stairwell of the parking garage smelled really bad (part drugs, part urine, part something else). We live downtown in our city, so we have a pretty high tolerance, but this was a poor first impression.

Also, for a 4 star hotel, I would have expected to have glass, not plastic, cups in the room. It’s not particularly environmentally friendly, and it cheapens the place.

Clean but NO reason for $50 hold!!! Expect this back or will dispute this thru my bank!!!!

The staff has not yet confirmed to give me my $50 hold fee back!!!! The staff tried to explain to me about parking and I paid for parking anyways as this hold was to take car of parking and did NOT see the point for the hold!!! I have asked for the $50 and still have not heard back!!! I will be expecting this or I will dispute this thru my bank and a week or so!!! Venia Kelley! Only stayed one night the 21st!!!
