Our kids loved the pool and breakfast. Location is great and walking distance to Canada Life Place for concert goers.

Cons:

Dad Frühstück war eher einfach und mit umgerechnet € 20,00 pro Person komplett überteuert. Das Parken war mit etwa € 27,00 ebenfalls nicht gerade günstig.

Die Zimmer haben auch schon bessere Tage gesehen.

Good for a one night stay if attending an event in downtown London.
Pros:

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was not very clean, though. The pool water was warm but a bit murky, and the ambient air in the pool area was cold. The front desk staff and the staff for breakfast and the lounge were very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was okay, but it would be better if there were more options, as the hotel described it as "fabulous".

Cons:

The pool area could be warmer, and the floor around the pool could be cleaner. Some kids were jumping from the wall/platform beside the pool, and were not accompanied by adults.

Enjoyed our time , comfort and the security of the hotel.
Pros:

Beds were so comfortable, security at night , pillows were perfect.

Cons:

The temperature in our room kept on going back to 21 when set for 25. It was cool the whole time, never reached 22 degrees. Just kept warm under the blankets.
