its exactly what we wanted and close to where we needed to go.
not saying its there fault but we ate at the restaurant she brought my food on it and there was an ant. they didnt charge me and thank you for that. we will stay there again
The way it smelt like a cruise in the lobby, the lemon water at the elevator was delicious. Pillows were like a cloud. The staff was great. The valet person named diago stood out the most with great hospitality.
Surprisingly, no hot tub, that would have been nice. Breakfast was open till 10, it would have been nice to be open longer.
I liked the comfort the hotel provided and the staff were very hospitable and nice.
The hotel didn't include the breakfast in the fees paid. The location was also not so safe, full of homeless people around.

Too many renovations going on. One of two elevators not working. Ice machines on floors that were occupied not working. I booked specifically for the pool, however when I got to the pool there was a children’s party with 10 children in the pool so nobody else could use it. The area around the property was not very desirable.

No hot tub but the sauna was great
