Value. The property is very plain, basic and a bit outdated. Room cleaning was completed late in the afternoon during my entire stay and they didn't clean the bathroom floor during my stay. The level of services did not match the price the hotel is charging.

Disappointed, I had high expectations on coming back but the experience wasn't good.
Pros:

Didn't really like much of anything beside the food I ordered from meatmarket.

Cons:

Upon arrival, inspected room and it wasn't properly clean...the coffee machine was dirty and filter was in from the last person in that room, dining room chair was dirty with bread crumbs, toilet wasn't working and had to call for maintenance service, burning smell for an hour and reported to front desk(someone was cooking on the balcony at the lower level), difficult sleeping at night because there was a knocking noise and a dripping noise that was coming from the A/C area.

Perfect of buisness trips.
Pros:

Cons:

Pool was extremely cold, alcohol at pool bar very pricey. No beach.

Pros:

Friendly staff but housekeeping was non existent and there were no viable food options directly from the hotel. The air conditioner was extremely loud and we could hear every single person coming on and off the elevator. I got locked out of my room accidentally and in order to get a new key they had to cancel the other ones, so my husband could not get back in. Overall disappointing experience but the rates were great.

Pros:

The staff was not friendly. The service help was loud in the hallway each day at 7:00am. Doors were constantly slamming in the hallway. The elevator was down. The restaurant took all the hotel parking and I had to park on the third floor of the parking ramp. For an older lady, it was difficult and scary, especially at night. The breakfast at the restaurant…I was the only guest at 8:30am…, was horrible. Simple questions to the front desk staff were met with blank stares.
