Pros:

Staff was pleasant. Areas updated look good.

Cons:

Other guests allowing doors to slam shut starting around 5:30 am. Coffee machine choices are nice, but coffee splatters, creating a mess around the unit, the floor and if not aware, on the guest. More outlets needed by beds.

Refused simple reschedule-- very frustrating.
Pros:

Absolutely terrible customer service. I attempted to reschedule my trip for just one week later, but the hotel flatly refused. Even after speaking with both the property and the booking site and clearly explaining the situation, there was no flexibility or willingness to help. The lack of understanding was both surprising and disappointing.

Cons:

The carpet in my suite was soaked with water which had apparently come in through the AC unit on the window.
