Great location for the TD Garden
Pros:

The staff was excellent. On the first night we ordered room service and the food was a good value, but the staff who brought it was very kind and a delight. Both mornings in the executive lounge we were met with a very kind staff member as well. We were attending a show and this hotel was placed perfectly for us to be able to walk there.

Cons:

We were there for only a short stay and this hotel fit our nedds.

Location was great. Very clean

Cons:

My daughter in law dropped her keys and they fell through the crack down the elevator shaft. The staff were very unhelpful. They said they could call the elevator company but she would be charged $500.00
