Staff were okay, hotel not very clean, hotel parking was easy to figure out.
Pros:

I liked how there was a Starbucks in the hotel, the hotel was walking distance to where I needed to go.

Cons:

I didn’t enjoy coming to the hotel to stand in the line, to have another couple but in front of me while trying to check in, the hotel staff did not say nothing to the other customer. Also when I went to my room, to find a pair of eyelashes on the hotel shower wall. The shower had clearly not been cleaned. I went down to the lobby to complain but the lobby was packed. I complained the next morning, the hotel manager did however give me a free parking pass that I didn’t have to pay for my stay, so that was reasonable but other than the lack of cleaning I wasn’t to happy.

Pros:

The room and stuff was good.

Cons:

I wasn't able to hook ps5 up to TV and connect to internet. Wasnt happy I paid 350$ for a room and hose things didn't work.

Everyone from the front desk to the security to the cleaning folks the the restaurant staff were very kind and helpful.

Be careful with the parking garage
Pros:

My spouse and I stayed here as it is convenient to access the TD Coliseum The room was fine the gym good and access to the Club Lounge very nice to grab a coffee or whatnot
The big issue is that the parking garage is easily accessible for some criminals
Our car was broken into overnight and in the morning g noticed the passenger door ajar with a bong and some other illicit parafenalia
My husbands gym clothes and shoes were stolen and it looks like someone may have spent the night in our car Kind of gross and sad
I really think they need either security there in the garage or at the entrances and exits
When we reported it we were given some Marriott points

Hotel was great but would not go again if they won’t be providing a notice ahead of time.
Pros:

Good location near all amenities.

Cons:

Hotel had film crew on site during stay. A heads up that certain parts of the hotel were closed due to this would have been nice. Felt uncomfortable walking around hotel as film staff kept asking us to keep quiet.

Pros:

The staff member kevin that checked us in was excellent. It was very late at night and we had two kids with us he made them laugh and was so friendly the kids have been talking about him for days.
