I booked this hotel because I was traveling with my two sons, who are professional athletes, yet we were denied access to the gym without any prior notice! The gym was the sole reason we chose this hotel, as we needed it. The receptionist mocked us in a racist manner when we complained about the situation. We later found out that the Ghana national football team had taken over the entire gym for their own use.

Bize koridorun en sonunda oda verildi. Tüm gece kapı arkasında bulunan havalandırma ya da klima kapağı gibi bir yerden makine sesi geliyordu. Ertesi gün bunu söyleyerek oda değişimi istedik fakat değişiklik yapılmadı. Her şey güzelken bir oda da böyle bir sesle uyumak çok kötüydü. Makine dairesi gibiydi.
The room was beautiful, the staff were so helpful to us and made the stay just a great experience. This hotel is a very short walk away from the historic sites.

The location was great! And the room was really comfortable too. The front desk people were very nice and extremely helpful. I was charged twice, once from Booking.com and again when I checked in late that night. I told them I had already paid and they told me they would sort it all out and let me know. The next morning, someone stopped me and told me it was all worked out and it was. I appreciated that I didn't have to ask and that they followed through so quickly.
I wish there were more hooks and places to put things like your clothes in the bathroom. It was kind of awkward and not easy to get ready in the bathroom.
Loved the gym, beds were comfy, location was good
No coffee in the morning and cafe opened up late, rooms were clean but meh for the price parking was ridiculously expensive and a Honda pilot (standard SUV) is considered oversized
