Pros:

The bed was cony the property were nice and clean

Cons:

You can hear everything thing through the walls and the bathroom we're too small and the air didn't work correctly i had to keep getting up throughout the night to keep turning it on for the price i had to pay other than that it was ok

Management never cared enough to get with us regarding our dissatisfaction.

Cons:

Mold on doors, walls, baseboards. Brown something on bathroom mirror. Horrible odor. Had to switch rooms to ones only slightly better. Stains on bedspreads. No table. One pneumatic chair that sank if sat on. Dirty microwave. Fridge front that looked like it had been mangled. Management would not provide monetary compensation for uncleanliness. Stains on ironing board. Dirty highchair. Substandard breakfast. Other guests who were intoxicated or mentally disturbed banged on door at 4:00 am looking for someone.

It was a good experience - the breakfast offerings were good and we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The room was satisfactory - the amenities were good.

Cons:

The bed had a metal skirt that created quite a noise whenever you sat on the bed or rolled over in bed.

Pros:

Check in was fast and easy and the room was nicely updated with everything you'd need.

Cons:

At one point in the night my spouse and I both woke up to a smell of burning or sewage, we weren't sure which. After checking out room and the outside we went back to sleep. In the morning the smell was gone.

Cons:

We booked a king room. When we arrived it appeared our AC unit was taking a while to kick over, so we turned it on and went to dinner. When we got back it was still muggy in the room and was not working. I’m not a complainer, but I can’t sleep when it’s hot so I called to let them know. I was not rude or mean when speaking with the lady and she comes to check it out and tried to make me believe it was working and IT WAS NOT. I asked for a room change and she basically asked if I could stay in the room until the following morning so someone named Hank could see it wasn’t working because the only room she had was a double and it was more expensive and the only room left. So if customer service when a legit issue arises is high on your list…don’t go here!

Overall I was satisfied. The staff was the greatest.
Pros:

Waffles and cereals and sm muffin and a fruit offered every day. Juice and white wheat bread, muffin also.
Get eggs and sausage on weekends. It was OK but I've had better selection at other places such as yogurt, variety of fruit, optional hot meals,. For what i paid to stay it was satisfying.

Cons:

Would like variety on breakfast.
