BEST hotel staff I’ve ever experienced! The bartenders Patrick and Trent were so kind and fun and made sure we were well taken care of. The valet guys were all amazing- so friendly and helpful, especially Tristen, Will, and Jonathan!

I want to sincerely thank and praise Jonathon who works on concierge on the driveway who went out of his way to organise a private taxi, charge my phone which was not working and assist with any questions and advice which was very much appreciated! Kind regards Lyn

The hotel was very conveniently located to get to a concert at the Amphitheater and having the restaurants attached to the hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend!

I am very familiar with the Harbor Island area of Tampa from living there many years ago. For the views and familiarity with the area, I like to stay at the Westin.

I arrived a day ahead of my group and was I happy to find a smiling face, that I recognized behind the bar. Sylvia was there to mix me some yummy creations, keep me company, and make me feel right at home!
The food, as usual, was wonderful as well.
The customer service at the Westin…especially behind the bar…does not disappoint!
Bravo again to Westin!

My wife and I stayed at this Westin recently and were very impressed at how on top of everything the staff were. The valet, front desk and housekeeping folks are all customer service experts. The rooms are large and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the view of Tampa Bay. The drinks were also amazing. It's pet-friendly, to boot! We'll certainly be back soon.
