We stayed at the Westin for Gasparilla race weekend. Our room was a junior suite overlooking the bay. It was beautiful and quiet. We had amazing check in service and Roberto was great at putting us in a great room. Great restaurants attached to the hotel so I would say the location has the perfect atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again.

I stay here for business on a monthly basis and have yet to have a bad experience. From the amazing Valet staff, front desk, bar/restaurant staff and housekeeping has always been a welcoming experience. On this last visit, CJ at the front desk was very helpful and provided great customer service when I had to extend my stay.

Check in was easy. Our room was clean and spacious. Staff was very kind and answered any questions we had. Valet service was great. John was very friendly, excellent attitude, great problem solver. Need more people like him.

Had a wonderful day at the Western in Tampa. Accommodations were wonderful venue perfect for walking the Riverwalk and fine dining.

This hotel was very below average. The Front Desk staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing, gave me a handicap room ( I am not handicapped.) when I asked them about it they insisted it was a typical room. The room smelled musty, and the mattress was horrible

We had to get the car from valet several times and John, James, and Nick were awesome to work with. Such wonderful service, manners, and smiles!

I had a great 2-night business stay at the Westin Tampa Bay. The location was convenient to the airport, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and resting after meetings. The waterfront view was a nice bonus. Overall, a solid choice for a short business trip.

Great stay with amazing bed, great restaurant, and nearby convenient Starbucks! Love the lavender spray left by the beds, the delicious down comforter, and the great pillows.

Good hotel, very convenient to the convention center and the arena. Nice restaurants close by. First room was kind of dingy and overlooked the parking lot. They moved us upon request without issues. Friendly staff.

Absolutely love staying at the Westin Tampa Waterside! The pool area is private and lovely, the breakfast is always so healthy and fresh and the beds and pillows are the most comfortable anywhere! We will be back!

Great Hotel, near everything (food, Shopping etc..) on Harbour Island. Your also near the arena that the Tampa Bay Lightning play in. JP Park was awesome at the Front Desk!

It was an amazing experience for Gasparilla. The view was awesome from the room. The service was outstanding, even on such a busy weekend.

The Westin Tampa is hands down my favorite hotel when I'm staying in Tampa for work or leisure. It's located right on the water and in a prime location to all the restaurants and bars. I've stayed at this location multiple times and will continue to do so. Along with that, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating.
