The location and the restaurant in the hotel was very good.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rugs needs to renovated. They were very dirty.
We had to request to change the room because it had a strong smell of cigarettes.

Das Personal war sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich! Die Aussicht in den schönen Garten, beim Frühstück gab es für jeden Geschmack etwas, sehr gut!

Die Matratzen und Kissen waren etwas zu hart.

Pros:

La situation en plein centre et la gentillesse du personnel
Belle bâtisse mais mériterait un rafraîchissement car déco un peu vieillotte

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est peu accueillante. Dommage que la belle terrasse ne soit pas exploitée. Nous nous y sommes installés mais tables non dressées et on apporte son plateau comme à la cantine.

Il PHI Hotel Canalgrande è uno di quegli alberghi che rendono ancora più piacevole il soggiorno in una città. La posizione, nel pieno centro storico di Modena, è eccellente, ma ciò che lo rende davvero speciale è l’atmosfera: un elegante palazzo storico, con splendidi saloni, arredi classici e un bellissimo cortile interno.

Il fascino di una dimora d’epoca si accompagna però a un livello di comfort e di servizio assolutamente moderno. La pulizia è impeccabile, la colazione ottima e, anche in pieno agosto, l’aria condizionata funziona perfettamente sia nelle camere sia in tutti gli ambienti dell’hotel.

Il personale è estremamente professionale, disponibile e gentile. Un ringraziamento particolare al signor Massimo per la sua cortesia, attenzione e professionalità.

Un albergo con una vera identità, elegante e accogliente, profondamente legato al carattere di Modena, nel quale tornerei senza esitazione.
