Hôtel de charme proche du centre
Pros:

L’emplacement très proche du centre ville et le charme légèrement désuet de l hôtel. Le petit déjeuner : un très joli buffet avec beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

1 seule bouteille d eau mise à disposition sur un séjour de 4 nuits et du café lyophilisé décaféiné uniquement.

Canalgrande does not fail to deliver - excellent in every respect.
Pros:

The hotel itself is an older property with great bones. You expect buildings of this age to have character and quirks and this is no exception. Even though not all rooms are fitted with the latest bathroom equipment, what was there worked well and was more than adequate. The real high point are the staff, however. Faultless customer service, attention to detail, friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble and everyone was charming - from housekeeping to breakfast staff and front reception - perfect!

Cons:

Maybe provide proper cups and glasses in rooms rather than paper cups? It's a small observation but undoubtedly a nicer touch.
