Buds, il kids club è sicuramente tra i migliori al mondo. Peccato non sia incluso nel costo struttura e che le sessioni siano o mattina o pomeriggio e non serali. Colazione e ristoranti fantastici! Bella piscina, Spa
Non ho trovato corretto far accedere ospiti esterni ai ristoranti senza lasciare spazio per gli ospiti dell’hotel. Ok la possibilità di prenotare, ma in un 5 stelle ci si attende che ci sia posto per chi paga il soggiorno, non si vuole avere pensieri. Fare la fila per mangiare a colazione non mi sembra adeguato… prima volta che mi accade in anni di viaggi. Richiamato il personale, con due bambini piccoli, ci hanno risposto seccati. Inoltre nonostante l’hotel fosse non pieno e avessimo prenotato un auto per il trasferimento serale in aeroporto con loro, non ci è stato consentito il late check out promesso. Peccato.
Good location and staff at check in especially Frances and the porters and door men were very good, so were the room cleaners
The staff at the Line restaurant where we had dinner party were very callous, refused service to a few of our guests, wouldn’t put out the wine or serve the cake- very bad attitude
Room service was v v slow and request for a flower vase took 3 hours to come
We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Singapore! The hotel was beautiful, but what really stood out was how friendly, welcoming and helpful all the staff were. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.
We stayed in a ‘family room’ so we also had access to the laundry room to wash and dry our clothes which was a nice surprise!
The breakfast was amazing too - one of the best spreads I’ve seen.
Our room was located very close to the lifts, and at night we could hear them operating. The noise sounded like a continuous rushing wind, which was a little distracting when trying to sleep.
The kids’ facilities seem to be geared more towards younger children. It would be great to see some additional options for tweens and teenagers, such as a table tennis table, arcade games or a billiards table, to give older kids more activities to enjoy during their stay.

Location, staffs are friendly and approachable.
I was in a wheelchair, mostly accessible but some room for improvement. For example the cocktail bar only accessible up stairs, other areas required circular routes to access. Getting in lifts at busy times very difficult no priority. Had to give up on breakfast in the kitchen restaurant as I could not get around. I think perhaps the hotel could ask a member of staff to move around in a chair for a day or two. There were quite a few smaller problems (irritating if you are in a chair) however staff always tried to help.
As a disabled person my room was very good, except opening and closing the door was difficult at best, really struggled.
