Great hotel , but too cold indoors !
Pros:

The balcony in Garden room was brilliant , lovely place to sit . Also loved the green spaces in hotel and decorations in the lounge .

Cons:

The temperature everywhere inside the hotel was too low. In the main lounge several people were sitting with warm sweaters . Be prepared ! Doesn’t encourage you to sit there for long .

Pros:

Good hotel
Very nice and helpful concierge.

Cons:

Breakfast was very good although it was super crowdy that makes me feel like in the school cantine. I exepected more from 5* hotel.
A noticeable musty mold odor in our room.
Location is very nice, however for the pure touristic purposes I woulnd't choose this hotel again, was 20/30 minutes away from the city center.
Kids club is not included in the room price, you need to pay extra for it!
