We had a great stay at the Shangri-La: it was very clean, our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, room service was good and the pool area and gardens were really nice.

Disappointed staying. Usually Shangri-La offers much more for her guests.
Pros:

Breakfast is great.

Cons:

It’s ridiculous that Club access only for guests aged 12 and above during the week. People with kids can’t go there without kids. It doesn’t make sense to book a room with Club access.

Amazing family luxury
Pros:

They checked us in super early after a really long flight from London.

Cons:

You had to pay quite a lot for the soft play and you had 3 hours, which is too much they need to be cheaper and do 1.5hrs for a 3yr old
