Schöne Anlage - insgesamt trotzdem enttäuschend

Die Qualität des Frühstücks, die weitläufige Gartenanlage, wie ein Resort - dort sind auch genug Liegen vorhanden, die Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Lange Warteschlangen beim Frühstück, Lautstärke wie in einem Bahnhofslokal - vor allem abends. Zimmer im Tower mit fleckigem Teppichboden, alle Steckdosen im Zimmer "ausgenudelt" d.h. die Stecker fallen entweder wieder heraus oder haben keinen Kontakt, Leselampe am Bett funktioniert nicht. Insgesamt ist die Anlage etwas abgelegen. Das Schlimmste von allem war allerdings, dass man unserem Wunsch nach Verlängerung des Aufenthalts um 3 Tage zwar nachkam und die "preisgünstigste Rate" anbot , die sich aber bei Ausstellung des Quittungsbelegs als 570 Euro teurer erwiesen hatte, als wenn ich eine neue Buchung bei booking.com abgeschlossen hätte. Sofortiger Widerruf war zwecklos, wir hätten dann eine von den 3 verlängerten Nächten bezahlen müssen... was soll man dazu sagen??? Sehr inkulant gegenüber einem Gast, der immerhin insgesamt 9 Nächte bleibt, inakzeptabel.

A classic Singapore hotel that stays up to date
Pros:

This is the first hotel I ever stayed at in Singapore, over 30 years ago. I was curious to see how it has held up over all these years and was pleasantly surprised. It is popular with families and business people and always feels lively. The pool is great, and very busy. Breakfast buffet is enormous. The location is convenient for Orchard Rd and the botanical garden, a bit further from the Marina Bay Area, but nothing in Singapore is very far. We enjoyed the festive atmosphere, as Chinese New Year was approaching.

Cons:

Check in process took a long time. There was a problem with our bed but it was fixed quickly.

Magnifique hôtel, notre fils a adoré la piscine. la décoration est magnifique. Le personnel est adorable.

子供向けのプレイルームの他、プールや遊具が充実していた点が良かったです。

Cons:

15時になっても部屋が用意できていないと言われ、待ち続けた結果、部屋に入れたのは17時を過ぎてからでした。
また、スタッフの対応が全体的に不親切で、再訪はないです。
