I really loved the hotel, stayed in many 5 star hotels this was as good as it gets.
Pros:

I was in a wheelchair, mostly accessible but some room for improvement. For example the cocktail bar only accessible up stairs, other areas required circular routes to access. Getting in lifts at busy times very difficult no priority. Had to give up on breakfast in the kitchen restaurant as I could not get around. I think perhaps the hotel could ask a member of staff to move around in a chair for a day or two. There were quite a few smaller problems (irritating if you are in a chair) however staff always tried to help.

Cons:

As a disabled person my room was very good, except opening and closing the door was difficult at best, really struggled.

Pros:

waanzinnig goed ontbijt / buffet eten.

Cons:

mindere akoestiek bij ontbijt, soms even wachten op tafeltje
speeltuin binnen enkel betalend per kind, volwassene dient aanwezig te zijn tot 3 jaar. Het zou leuker zijn als kinderen na het ontbijt nog even kunnen spelen.

Great mix of luxury and kid friendly
Pros:

good service, beautiful surrounds. plenty to keep us entertained. The kids enjoyed splash and the pools were great.

Cons:

The hairdryer was pretty bad, not what you expect in a 5 star resort. And not being able to leave your kids U4 at the kids club.
