Hotel opravdu moc dobry. Zaroven jsem presvedcen ze by hotel byl jeste více vyhledáván a hosté maximalne spokojeni pokud

Hotel velmi moderní, čistý, příjemné prostředí. Moc dobře jidlo, velký výběr snídaně a spokojenost s italskou restauraci. Personál skvělý.

Cons:

Jen dvě věci, které byly k našemu překvapení, tak byl vstup do dětského koutku, zpoplatněn. Nevšimli jsme si ze by tato informace byla někde k dohledání. Stejne tak vstup do splashe (dětské venkovní vodní hřiště) kdy jsme mohli jít buď dopoledne nebo odpoledne. Tohle nám přišlo nešťastné, kdyz volíte hotel pro aktivity s dětmi, zaroven plánování s nimi neni úplně nejjednodušší, tak tohle nás zaskočilo, negativně.

Pros:

Breakfast had a huge buffet and various cuisines, very nice! Location was also great, 10 min walk to Orchard Rd

Cons:

Room was very clean and nice, the only thing is it was a bit dark and you couldnt open windows

Traditionsreiches 5-Sterne-Hotel mit prachtvollem, tropischen Garten, in dem
auch ein großer Pool liegt. Die geräumigen Zimmer bieten kategoriegemässen Komfort. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants mit unterschiedlicher Küche, alle sind ausgezeichnet, im Buffettrestaurant wird ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet geboten. Das Hotel bietet auch ein gut ausgestattetes Gym und eine Sauna, auch Massagen und andere Therapien sind möglich. Eindrucksvoll ist auch die Herzlichkeit und besondere Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals

Nice but noisy

The room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

All the public spaces, including the restaurants, were very loud with piped in music, voices, luggage, maintenance equipment, etc. It was difficult to have a conversation at a normal volume in most of the restaurants due to the excessive ambient noise. The lobby restaurant is beautifully furnished, but it’s so loud that it feels more like sitting in the middle of the lobby than in a restaurant. Origins is the quieter option, but the menu is a bit limited for frequent or repeated visits. The Line is just ridiculously loud with piped in music blaring over clattering dishes, children screaming, and people shouting to be heard over all the other noises. Even the music in the spa seemed several decibels louder than in other spas we have visited. The constant noise felt oppressive to us after a few days.

The early check and after a long journey was the definite Plus. Helpful staff.. thoughtful little goodie bags for the children.. amazing heated pool

Nice hotel but very impersonal- Like dealing with robots!
Pros:

Overall nice hotel but felt very impersonal. every message you send is met an automated response.

I enjoyed meeting the actual staff who are helpful but the hotel overall experience is ruined by the lack of personal human touch.
