Location and staff
Little upgrades in rooms needed. They are very clean though. New pillows
Nice location
My air wasn’t working that well. Room was hot
The location
I paid over 200 dollars to stay at this hotel that you have to pay for breakfast no microwave the TV barely worked small beds not to mention even a pool. Never again! I paid 180 at Hampton inn suites for a bigger bed a pool microwave and a good ass breakfast for FREE. The only reason I choose this hotel is bc my daughter is graduating at the convention center. One more thing the parking you have to pay to stay at a hotel that’s supposed to be a fancy hotel.
Easy check in and parking. Nice lobby area to meet friends.
rooms seem a little dated. Bathroom tub and sink were stopped up and could have used an upgrade.
Nothing
Bad attitude, communication
Cockroaches on the 15th floor !!!
We stayed 3 nights on the property. It was in a good location. Our room was fine. After looking at some reviews I was concerned but we did not have any issues. I wasn’t overly thrilled with the bed or pillows, not very comfy. I liked that they had a few tables put back that u could sit and hang out with friends. I would stay here again. Lots of restaurants and bars close by.
I loved how close it was to the red hat amphitheatre and the museums and restaurants. It was quiet, and clean and beautiful. The staff was very courteous.
Not really a complaint. Upon check in there was a moment where they had trouble finding my reservation because my first and last name had been reversed in their system. But the confusion only lasted a few moments and I had no other problems during my stay.
Convenient to restaurants and the convention center
When we arrived 2 hours after check in our room was not ready. I understand being short staffed and extremely busy but we didn’t get our room until 3 & a half hours after check in. My plan was to get there early enough for my daughter to get ready in the room so she could make her two hour call time for Dance that evening and it didn’t happen. However the staff was very friendly and respectful and did give us free breakfast for both mornings we were there. The staff did make everything right and went above and beyond for our stay
extremely expensive - $300 for one night is super expensive
Lokalizacją
Amerykańska toaleta się zatkała, po zgłoszeniu czekaliśmy 6 godzin aby w końcu ktoś ją przetkał.
Great location but parking was horrific.
Extremely overpriced.
Gute Lage, sehr sauber
Gehört nicht wirklich zum Hotel, aber die Bar ist ungemütlich und nicht sauber und einladend. Aber gibt genug Alternativen.
The staff was friendly. Beds were super comfy. The location was very convenient.
It was very little lighting in the room. Just 2 dim lamps.
The lobby was nice and where it was located at
The room would not get cold. Even with the AC on it felt very muggy and very humid in the room. I was there in the beginning of March. For the price of the room it was not worth it for just a bed, tv, and a fridge. The water pressure was horrible. I spend about 800 for 2 nights.
Staff lovely and helpful. Really great lounge on 17th floor for snacks and light breakfast.. staff really great. Chris helped us with bags and driver to the airport. Really made the trip nice. Check in and out easy.
Nothing. Everything we needed.
Terrible stay overall. I was told on check-in that they would turn over my room every 3 days, unless otherwise specified. Well, it looked like they'd done nothing but change the bedding and take out the trash in this room for the last 3 YEARS. The room was FILTHY, with just little crumbs and debris and stuff all over the floor and on the table. I didn't want to take my shoes off in there at all. They definitely needed to run a vacuum in there. The bedding looked clean, but then, who really knows... The shower didn't drain properly and I stood ankle deep in water the whole time. I needed to hold down the handle for a while to get the toilet to flush each time. The bathroom sink dripped. The coffee maker was missing the little basket in which to place the coffee packet. When I arrived at the front desk at 4:30am with this complaint, I was told that maintenance would be in at 6:30. When I Asked, "So, what's the plan?" The rude front desk girl repeated, "Maintenance won't be in til 6:30." She didn't offer to take my room number to have a new basket or replacement coffee machine brought up later. She didn't apologize on behalf of the hotel, or express anything but passive aggressive annoyance with me for asking the question. In my search afterwards, I also learned that you basically can't buy a coffee anywhere in walking distance until 6:00am or 7am, either. I called the front desk later that morning to notify them again that I would like a new basket or coffee maker. I was told that it would be sent up to my room. By afternoon, it hadn't arrived. So, I went to the front desk and told another person there (by now the THIRD time). I was told again that they would have housekeeping bring it up to me. Housekeeping brought A basket, but it was not THE basket that fits my coffee machine. Finally, they just brought me a new machine. But seriously...how hard is it? Anyway, I do not recommend this hotel.
