Great location but parking was horrific.
Extremely overpriced.
Gute Lage, sehr sauber
Gehört nicht wirklich zum Hotel, aber die Bar ist ungemütlich und nicht sauber und einladend. Aber gibt genug Alternativen.
The staff was friendly. Beds were super comfy. The location was very convenient.
It was very little lighting in the room. Just 2 dim lamps.
The lobby was nice and where it was located at
The room would not get cold. Even with the AC on it felt very muggy and very humid in the room. I was there in the beginning of March. For the price of the room it was not worth it for just a bed, tv, and a fridge. The water pressure was horrible. I spend about 800 for 2 nights.
Staff lovely and helpful. Really great lounge on 17th floor for snacks and light breakfast.. staff really great. Chris helped us with bags and driver to the airport. Really made the trip nice. Check in and out easy.
Nothing. Everything we needed.
Terrible stay overall. I was told on check-in that they would turn over my room every 3 days, unless otherwise specified. Well, it looked like they'd done nothing but change the bedding and take out the trash in this room for the last 3 YEARS. The room was FILTHY, with just little crumbs and debris and stuff all over the floor and on the table. I didn't want to take my shoes off in there at all. They definitely needed to run a vacuum in there. The bedding looked clean, but then, who really knows... The shower didn't drain properly and I stood ankle deep in water the whole time. I needed to hold down the handle for a while to get the toilet to flush each time. The bathroom sink dripped. The coffee maker was missing the little basket in which to place the coffee packet. When I arrived at the front desk at 4:30am with this complaint, I was told that maintenance would be in at 6:30. When I Asked, "So, what's the plan?" The rude front desk girl repeated, "Maintenance won't be in til 6:30." She didn't offer to take my room number to have a new basket or replacement coffee machine brought up later. She didn't apologize on behalf of the hotel, or express anything but passive aggressive annoyance with me for asking the question. In my search afterwards, I also learned that you basically can't buy a coffee anywhere in walking distance until 6:00am or 7am, either. I called the front desk later that morning to notify them again that I would like a new basket or coffee maker. I was told that it would be sent up to my room. By afternoon, it hadn't arrived. So, I went to the front desk and told another person there (by now the THIRD time). I was told again that they would have housekeeping bring it up to me. Housekeeping brought A basket, but it was not THE basket that fits my coffee machine. Finally, they just brought me a new machine. But seriously...how hard is it? Anyway, I do not recommend this hotel.
Very quiet, clean, and stylish.
Nothing, unpleasant stay, staff was not friendly
Convenient location to Convention Center
Dirty and dated rooms
The room wa cozy
One elevator was down and no sign was on it to indicate. Dozens of People were waiting on 2 Elevators
Room Service was to expensive and we could not eat in the restaurant because of a large convention that was given preference.
hotel staff was pleasant- agreed to a (slightly) later checkout time,
We got very basic services at what we believed to be a high cost. for example, very minimal amount of towels in bath, no written material describing hotel services, early (11 am) checkout time, absolutely no wasted space. Everything about the room was about efficient use of space with nothing extra provided.
Location
It was really hard to get inside for checking, nobody help for carry baggage, coffe shop close really early , not opening Monday morning, we told the receptionist we will do late check out , because we were taking class until 12 , he said ok , but he didn’t put notice , other receptionists were bad talking to us because we were late , pillows are really bad , not coming back this hotel
Convenient location, very comfortable beds and pillows.
Room a bit shabby - closet door off track, hair dryer was missing, some outlets wobbly.
The location of the time of it being new years
Perfect location for the Raleigh Acorn drop celebration (New Years Eve). Nice size king room. The bed was comfortable with large soft pillows, shower (water pressure) was amazing, everything was clean. Security was a plus. You need your room card to use the elevator and to enter your room.
Unfortunately, there was no microwave in the room, the fridge was tiny, and the TV could be bigger. No free breakfast is available.
Everything was lovely, clean, the location and the restaurant on the premises was delicious
One of the security guards verbally attacked my husband. He questioned his existence in the hotel lobby even after my husband showed the guard his room key.
The location was perfect for the parade route.
It was also walking distance to allot of amenities such as bakeries, parking garage.
It would have been nice if they took care of parking cost due to they have no parking for customers.
