Pros:

Central on Orchard Rd. I got two rooms joining. King bed and two singles. The 28m2 space is utilised well. For Singapore it’s very spacious and good value for the location and size.

The stay was ok thanks to the hotel team.
Pros:

Location is perfect for shopping. Breakfast was good, staff very helpful, room was cleaned very good and during the breakfast waiters helped a lot with kind smiles on the faces.

Cons:

In the room Very dirty ,stained carpet,old towels,and very tired rooms. We advice to choose the room looking to orchard street (takashiyamay), very quite compare to other side (sounds from AC cooling)Room was humid and no hygienic shower and fungus in the bathroom.

Good location, decent hotel, general maintenance could be better
Pros:

Great location, centre of Orchard, close to all the shops. Room had decent amenities.

Cons:

Shower pressure was weak and the temperature wasn't consistent. Our room had a bad sewage smell to it (we called the front desk to help and someone came but it didnt fix the problem). The air conditioning in the room wasn't particularly comfortable with it blowing too strong.

Ne pas reserver les diners !!
Cons:

Petits-dejeuners et diners etaient inclus dans mon séjour. Heureusement que je n'y suis restée que 2 nuits... Il n'y avait qu'un seul menu disponible à chaque diner, meme si choix dans les entrées et dans les plats. Par contre, 2 desserts..

Pros:

Freundlicher sehr später Empfang möglich, da wir erst sehr spät ankamen, gut vom Flughafen mit öffentliche verkehrsmittel erreichbar, direkt im Zentrum, schöner Pool , fitnessstudio vorhanden , es gibt ein Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl

Cons:

Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, gerade der Teppich, sehr hellhörig. Die Qualität des Frühstück war nicht besonders.
Der Preis war für das Zimmer nicht angemessen, aber das bedingt singapur.
