Pros:

When asked, receptionist said he upgrade our room to a bigger room and better view. When We got to the room, it was extream Lt smaller. I was too tired to complain but aside from that, location was excellent and close to my hospital mount Elizabeth.

BTW, I forgot my 2 tumblers. Can you inform me if ut has been found? 2 tumbler. Small stainless steel.

Would not recommend if you value good sleep and a quiet room.

Location is fantastic; rooms sizes are great.

Cons:

Doors and windows are not soundproof. Noise from the crows along Orchard Road was loud can be heard from the windows, and went on through the night. Sleep was not too good as a result. Additionally, doors were also not soundproof, sleeping near the lift, I was disturbed by loud walking and talking by other customers.
