Cons:

If you are sensitive to smells, you may notice an unpleasant odor throughout the hallways, similar to an old building, as well as a urine-like smell coming from the bathroom. The towels were noticeably worn out and stained, the carpets did not appear clean, and the hot water system was extremely inconsistent. While showering, the water temperature would suddenly turn scalding hot and then switch to freezing cold, making it very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Breakfast was also underwhelming, with very limited choices and poor taste. In addition, the tables in the dining area did not seem properly cleaned.

Pros:

Pullman Singapore Orchard is ideally located in the shopping district.

Cons:

An extra dining venue would be nice but the location compensates that as there are numerous food joints around
