Pros:

Freundlicher sehr später Empfang möglich, da wir erst sehr spät ankamen, gut vom Flughafen mit öffentliche verkehrsmittel erreichbar, direkt im Zentrum, schöner Pool , fitnessstudio vorhanden , es gibt ein Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl

Cons:

Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, gerade der Teppich, sehr hellhörig. Die Qualität des Frühstück war nicht besonders.
Der Preis war für das Zimmer nicht angemessen, aber das bedingt singapur.

BEST STAY EVER😊
Pros:

I loved the whole experience, the staffs,the managers and the food.
Especially TAL the staff in the bar and pool section went out of his way to ensure we well taken care of,thanks TAL.😍
Jessie tge manager was lovely, she made sure we got a cool grab to the Sentosa Island,thanks Jess you are great😍
Will highly recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future.

We would never return here- it is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

The pool area was great.

Cons:

The rooms on floor 7 were really old and poor. Furniture was not good condition with carpet stains and scratches on furniture. There was a bad smell on floor 7 which the hotel tried to mask with strong perfume and humidifiers. This was unexpected for a five star hotel, especially when they were “upgraded” rooms.
We had a poor lunch one day too where they got our children’s meals wrong twice. Eventually we had to abandon the meal as my children were starving. No compensation or major apologies were made.

Its my 3rd time staying here. The place really has a certain pull.
Pros:

Great location with alot of food options. 1 min walk to the mosque. Always looking forward to walk through the tunnel back to the room after a day of exploring. Really sets the mood.

Cons:

No halal options for the hotel dining.
