Important information:

The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.

Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .

The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.

Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.

All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.

The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good location as long as they don't put you in a room on the seventh floor!
Pros:

The location; the amenities in the room including the refrigerator.

Cons:

If I had known my room with be in the roof with no windows except for a small skylight, I would not have booked it.
Also, the air con unit was very noisy.

Nice property and staff, not the cleanest but fine for a few nights
Pros:

The property looked nice when walking in and staff was welcoming. The elevators are very small and hallways are very narrow with carpet which made it a little hard to roll around your luggage but that only affected us on day of arrival and departure. The beds were fine, but the room was extremely cold the first night since the AC didn’t work and the radiator didn’t heat at all, although it was very noisy. The rest of the nights were better after the staff sent maintenance to fix it.
Location was nice, very close to Hyde Park and right in between two tube stations (Queensway and Lancaster Gate) with the central line. Found a few good restaurants close to the hotel which were nice for breakfast (highly recommend Les Filles Cafe, great service and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options for both of us, one with gluten intolerance)! We only had breakfast in the hotel once (day of departure) and it was fine, though I would have liked a better selection of bread.

Cons:

The carpets both outside and inside the room is very dirty looking and could use a deep cleaning at least, I regretted not packing slippers to wear inside the room.
The fridge did not work at all, even after maintenance looked at it which was disappointing, I love my cold drinks in the morning and evenings after a long day outside.
The bathroom was freezing in the mornings when we had closed the bathroom door before going to bed, even though the towel radiator was turned on. Another reason I wished I had slippers.
The walls of the bedroom could use a good cleaning or a coat of paint.

Pros:

In einer Seitenstraße in der Nähe vom Hydepark und der U-Bahn Haltestelle Lancaster Gate.
Zimmereinrichtung war neuer.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Nachts und morgens früh hat man die Centralline gehört. Ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit, gegen 6 Uhr ging eine Lüftung an. Diese hat dann die Geräusche der U-Bahn teilweise überlagert.
Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte besser auf ein Zimmer weiter oben bestehen.

Pros:

Hotel situato in zona tranquilla, stanza silenziosa e grande. Recentemente ristrutturato per la zona reception e ristorante/colazione e per i bagni delle stanze. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione molto varia e servita in un ambiente molto carino e di buon livello rispetto ad altri hotel londinesi.

Cons:

Le camere seppur grandi presentano ancora la moquette usurata a terra.

Top Quartier für einen Städteurlaub
Pros:

In der Hotellobby gibt es die Möglichkeit gratis Kaffee zu konsumieren (Vollautomat). Getränke können gegen Aufpreis erworben werden. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend ausgestattet und für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr großzügig bemessen. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. Kühlschrank und TV sind im Zimmer vorhanden. Die Lage eignet sich gut um Kensington bzw. Notting Hill zu erkunden. Der Hydepark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel liegt trotz der Lage in einer ruhigen Seitengasse.

Cons:

Das Fenster konnte nicht absolut dicht geschlossen werden. Bei kühlen Nachttemperaturen kann das im Zimmer unangenehm werden.

Pros:

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the nearby church. Location was a short walk from Hyde park, and close to 2 different train stations allowing for easy navigation around the city.
