Important information:

The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.

Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .

The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.

Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.

All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.

The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Perfect for a city trip with London vibe
Pros:

The Hotel is amazing, very welcoming in a historic Victorian building.
I was early for check-in, so I had a coffee and pastries for free while waiting 15 min in the lobby.
The rooms are really nice and very clean, so is the bathroom.
You can hear people walking in the room above you, but you have the charm of a historical cozy building. It was still calm and relaxing though.
The location is super central for a walk in Hyde park and close to the central line and it is a super nice neighborhood.
The stuff in the hotel is really nice and helpful.

Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Bir çok yere yürüyerek gidip geldik. Yürüyemediklerimiz için de metro çok yakınımızdaydı. Oda günlük olarak temizlendi. Standart oda satın almıştık ancak boş olduğu için suite yerleştirdiler gerçekten harika bir deneyimdi. Ek olarak erken gitmemize rağmen rezervasyonda sorun çıkartmadılar. Çok çook memnun kaldık.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in quiet street right across the road from Hyde Park. It’s a little further to walk from Paddington Station but well worth it.

Cons:

The insulation could be better - no street noise but some from the other rooms. They don’t provide a glass to drink water from, which is a bit odd. Also, no shelf in the bathroom to put a wash bag on.

Konumu gayet merkezi, metroya yürüme mesafesi 5dkdan az. Oda gayet temiz ve her ihtiyaç düşünülmüş. Universal priz ve taharet musluğu var. Çalışanlar da oldukça ilgili.

Perfect for a walk in Hyde Park
Pros:

Very competent staff, everything went smoothly. Situated between Paddington Station and Hyde Park in a reasonably quiet neighbourhood. Everything in the room was well-kept and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was offered as a buffet in the sous-terrain without a view.

Absolut lohnenswert
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Zimmer ausreichende Größe. Frühstück ist nicht wirklich umfangreich, trotzdem ganz ok. Die Gänge im Hotel sind sehr sehr eng. Für Menschen mit Ängsten nicht wirklich geeignet.

Cons:

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Paddington Station und die Busstation sind in 5-8 Minuten erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher und der Hyde Park direkt gegenüber.
