Important information:

The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.

Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .

The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.

Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.

All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.

The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Fine hotel for short stay excellent care from staff Breakfast and facilities require minor ash
Pros:

Hot breakfast good ,inadequate signage at entrance and inside indicating choice of eggs could be cooked.Arrows locating cereal required.Poor choice of fruit ,water melon or cut up melon and apple orange in a bowl inadequate compares poorly with other hotels of similar size and standard .Looking for a bowl of freshly prepared cut up mixed fruit not .Coffee from machine not the best

Also missed a reading light if not possible at side of bed then à light above bed would allow one to read or see one’s way into bed!
For anyone over the age of 70 then stairs had to be treated eith care to get to dining room
