Important information:

The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.

Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .

The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.

Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.

All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.

The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Brilliant for a central London stay: great value for money.
Pros:

Compact accommodation but everything necessary was there. Extremely clean ; Shower room spotless .Staff very p;leasant and helpful. Location great for central London, bus routes etc. We went to see Les Mis and the Ramses Exhibition.

Cons:

Absolute nightmare finding the Hotel; we spent 30 minutes searching for it. The address just isn't adequate. More detailed information is needed .Now we know we'll use this hotel again.

Excellent London stay
Pros:

Staff were very helpful at all times. They got us checked in early so we didn't jave to trains around with our bags. The room was lovely and spacious, with lots of light.

Cons:

I thought everything was amazing except the breakfast.

Muy buen hotel y servicios alrededor
Pros:

Me encanto la habitación, la zona y el personal del hotel. El metro a menos de 5 mins andando y el parque de kensington en frente para pasear, muchas tiendas a 1km aproximadamente. Carca de Paddington Station para poder llegar a los aeropuertos.

Cons:

La zona de nuestra habitación estaba bastante apartada lo cual para el ruido bien, pero estaba un poco mal adaptada con tantas escaleras para llegar con una persona con movilidad algo reducida. Además, la moqueta estaba un poco sucia.

Very frosty and unhelpful staff. The room smelt like drains and wasn’t a 10/10 clean, despite telling staff about this they did not take much notice.

Cons:

The walls were like paper, you could hear EVERYTHING like I mean EVERYTHING through the walls and from the other rooms and from the hallway, but in London many of the hotels are the same. Also our room was low and it was giving us an oppressive feeling. If I would go back I would ask for a normal room. There should be a stated that the rooms are lower. Do not mean it was a bad experience but these two things was major for us. Would probably go back still!

The Commodore offered everything a big chain hotel had with a quaint personal touch.
Pros:

Location was in a great area, close to public buses and trains. Quiet, safe, walkable area. Rooms were spacious and nice amenities. Front desk & housekeeping responded on timely basis.

Cons:

Our room (301) had a balcony door that was difficult to open and close.
