The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.

The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.
Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.

The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was great: a charming, walkable neighborhood, with bus stops nearby.
There didn't seem to be any insulation in the interior walls. I could hear the people next door when they were talking.

Everything . From the rooms. The facilities. No bar. No complimentry water the second day. Rooms were small . Dated. No direct lift access
The hotel was 2 mins from Hyde Park and 5 mins from Lancaster Gate tube. Excellent location. The hotel was lovely, our room was a suite and was very inkeeping with the age of the building. A little dust but nothing major. Bed was comfy and clean which is the major thing. A/C in room was a godsend!! To note, the toilet was separate from the shower room, this was located as you walked in the room, the shower room was then upstairs with the bedroom next door. If you want everything on the same floor this is not the room for you. We loved it and it wasn't an issue. The room was plenty big enough. The downstairs lounge was gorgeous with complementary tea and coffee. Lovely relaxing space. We had breakfast with our booking which was a decent breakfast. Overall a lovely hotel which I would go back too.

Teniem l’habitació a la setena planta i l’ascensor només arriba a la sisena. La pujada per l’escala estreta amb la maleta no és fàcil. Els llits petits i sembla que havies de caure del llit.
