Important information:

The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.

Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .

The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.

Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.

All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.

The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

We recently stayed in the Commodore hotel after a concert in Hyde park.

Location was very good for atteding concerts in Hyde park, Aircon in the room was a bonus

Cons:

for the price of the hotel we were let down by quality of the room.
No windows and only 1 sky light - The roof was at slant and if you were over 5ft 10 you would hit your head and only have access to half the room.

Trevligt och fint om man ej behöver restaurang eller bättre frukost.
Pros:

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stiligt hotell.

Cons:

Frukosten var väldigt basic. Den hade gått att uppgradera med enkla medel. De säger att de har en restaurang men det är endast en frukostmatsal.

Fab, would stay again
Pros:

Gem of a hotel in a fabulous location, it's just a 2 minute walk to Hyde Park. For a London hotel the room size was wonderful, you could walk around the room and not knock into a wall. The staff at reception were extremely helpful, I wanted to use the gym which is in the basement and the lady took me down and made sure I was okay. I also needed an iron and within 2 minutes it was delivered to my room as promised. The bathroom was also of an excellent size, it had a large walk in shower and room to dry off, again without hitting your elbows on the wall

Cons:

The carpets in the room could do with an update. The walls look fresh but the carpet lets it down, although I understand how difficult it is to lay carpet
