Wonderful staff
Excellent location. Interiors had all been updated and were nicely done. The room I had has very spacious - unusual for central London
Soft opening so one would expect hiccups regardless
1. Staff entering room without permission. I woke up one day to see a man working on my bathroom without first getting permission
2. No price list on minibar. In neighbouring hotels, minibar is comp with a suite. Not this one

Stunning hotel. Great service, comfortable beds, best bathroom, spotless rooms and so quiet for London! We highly recommend and would return!
The rooms were large and comfortable. Not enough light or electrical plugs around the mirrors in the bathroom or in the main room to plug in hair dryer or hair straightener.
The staff at Hotel Baglioni was fantastic. Incredibly helpful from the door manager to front desk to housekeeping to the wonderful staff in the dining room. They were simply amazing all around. Though some of the interior feels dated with dark wood etc it has a charming cozy feel that you don’t get at larger hotels. It truly is a boutique hotel with all the charms and superb attentive service that you could ever want. We were upgraded to a larger room without even asking. Emails were responded to within hours. Location is amazing.
Great location just far enough along high street to be less busy but easy walk to tubes and shopping/dining. Taxis and buses driving past every few minutes - great spot. Lovely to walk around the back streets safely
Excellent hotel right next to Hyde Park and convenient to South Kensington. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only slight criticism would be the food for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Most of the pastries are good, but the omeletes were very overcooked and dry.
The Hotels location is ideal, we were upgraded to a bigger room with a view on the park, the staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful, the food was delicious, and nothing was too much trouble.
I really can’t fault anything about this hotel. Would be staying there again.
The hotel at Hyde Park is in a very nice neighborhood area. The suite on the 5th floor has a beautiful window view of the park. The service is friendly with hospitable.
The hotel is located across from Hyde Park and near excellent restaurants and pubs. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were quite large compared to most hotels. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was included daily and the service was exceptional in the dining room and bar. We especially enjoyed visiting with Filip in the bar during the evening.
The property is in a bit shabby conditions, the whole floor didn’t have an air conditioner working while we were staying there and we had to move to another room. The breakfast area as well as the entire hotel was run down.
This property should not be a five star. It is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at in London with a 5 star rating. All the furniture and furnishings are chipped and stained. We had sticky tape holding tiles together in the bathroom. Chairs and headboards were stained. The bathroom had watermarks all over. The staff were friendly and I can’t blame them. It what a disgrace of a hotel.
Overall, we were happy with our stay. Location was decent in that it was away from all the businesses but still fairly easily accessible via bus or metro. We felt safe in the area. The dining option at the hotel itself was great. Amazing breakfast. Staff was fantastic and very hospitable.

If I could rate Baglioni Hotel London higher than five stars in each category I would! Everything from check-in, to dining, cleanliness of rooms, and the friendly dispositions of staff and their willingness to help was exceptional. (Our favorite staff member was Tulio! He was so kind and went above and beyond to help us.) I would highly recommend this property.
