It was close to restuarants and shops
I’d avoid this hotel. I stayed here a few years ago and it was ok. But it has fallen off since then. The room itself is fine, standard Marriott. But everything else is poor. Especially the service. Expect long waits for the elevator, broken ice machines, faulty gym equipment, and spotty WiFi. I do not recommend this hotel.
If there’s one thing this Marriott is consistent at, it’s being consistently terrible. From the poor service and subpar food to the lack of cleanliness and zero attention to detail, it was a disaster. Our room wasn't even stocked with basic soap or shampoo. Despite multiple calls and requests, housekeeping didn't show up until 6 PM. This is my absolute last stay here. Marriott should strip their name from this location—it’s an embarrassment to the brand.

My experience was good due to location. My room was clean and tidy.
This property needs to fix the garage exit bar. For those who stayed and paid for parking there should not be any problems when we’re leaving the property. There are three vehicles, trying to leave the garage myself included, and our key cards did not work. We had to notify The front desk.! We all were very flustered. $30 for that inconvenience is not OK.
Very clean. Soundproofing kept the children chaoes and noise to a minimum.
The staff, except the bell captain at the entrance, had remedial social/Communication skills. Very loud lobby. Poor telephone communication.

Temperature control systems in room were not operating properly. When I informed front desk staff of this they said they would send an engineer up immediately to address the issue. No one came during the next six hours. I repeated the complaint the next morning and the matter was finally handled.
The hotel bar/food venue service was spotty. Breakfast pastry and coffee service operated smoothly. At other times of the day, the staff seemed stretched thin and unattentive.
This property is undergoing renovations, and is currently a very affordable place to stay. It was under $300 for two nights. There is no pool or guest laundry. The elevators are being worked on abd sometimes there is only one available. The bed was more on the firm side, and the shower head shoots all over the place. They are in the process of adding an M Club. Breakfast on concierge level was very good.
I came into town for a job interview. I was able to check in early, which was very important. The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly and informative. He went out of his way to see if he could accommodate my early check-in, which I needed to prepare for my job interview. The room was great, and the location can't be beat. I had a lovely stay.
