Nice and clean but pool was under construction
Pros:

Clean and nice and down the street from downtown

Cons:

They were fixing the pool and that was the main thing I wanted to use. We had to go across the street to the Hyatt for the pool so we didn’t go.

Great location in Riverside and clean comfortable rooms
Pros:

Breakfast was not included and would have been 25.00 per person. We also had to pay $30.00 a day for parking. The hotel is well situated and close to the convention city and the downtown.

Cons:

The pool was being repaired and unavailable but the hotel had made arrangements with the Hyatt to use their pool.

Decent but expensive. Caters to the elite.
Pros:

It was a lot like you would expect. The breakfast was very nice but very expensive. The room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Reservation was messed up initially although they did fix it. Everything costs extra - parking, breakfast, internet, you name it. Couldn't even get a late checkout unless you are a premium member even though we were traveling with a baby. It was fine but not great. And although it's comfy it's a lot more expensive than similar facilities.

Business hotel centrally located in downtown Riverside
Pros:

I was in Riverside on business and stayed at the Marriott Riverside at the Convention Center. The hotel met my needs. My room was spartan, but functional. The mattress was too soft for my tastes, but otherwise everything in the room worked well.

I had dinner one night at the hotel bar; it offered a good range of options and the service was quick and efficient. Another night, I took advantage of the hotel's central location and walked around downtown Riverside, including along a pedestrian mall with many restaurants and bars

Cons:

Wifi for $12.95 per day and $30 to park in the garage as a paid guest is ridiculous. Bed too soft as well. Cleaning crew turned our A/C down to 58 degrees and left it there. The room was freezing when we returned at midnight.

I like the hotel but need to be changed. Room rate and breakfast need to be changed. 😀
Pros:

Very nice property.

Cons:

Cost me for breakfast is too high. $25 dollars for breakfast. Should be free like other hotels in the area. Hyatt, Hampton and Hilton breakfast are free. Pay nightly for that hotels are cheaper than Marriott. I slept in that hotels in 2025 this year. Same kind of breakfast.

Disappointing for a Marriott
Pros:

location. convenient parking.

Cons:

felt we got the worst room location. noisy hvac unit, poor lighting in our room especially the bathroom. noisy outside - 2nd floor near elevator and reception area. room has no character - bland, unimaginative. outrageous price charged considering what we got.
