Check-in is at 3pm, however the hotel will store any luggage for early arrivals. Should your room be available, you will be provided with keys immediately. To guarantee early arrival your room will need to be reserved from the night prior to arrival at the cost of one night’s accommodations. Please let the hotel know your expected time of arrival.

Check-out time is 12 noon, but the hotel are happy to extend your check out time (subject to availability.) Please let the hotel know your anticipated time of departure if possible. If the hotel is exceptionally busy they do reserve the right to charge a late check-out fee.

Extra beds are ONLY available in Junior and Executive Suites and not in any Standard rooms.

Please be aware that on arrival at the hotel a credit or debit card or cash deposit must be provided for a pre charge/ authorization for the accommodations and for any extras. As a standard hotel policy, upon arrival an amount of £50.00 per night will be temporarily pre authorized on your card or taken as cash deposit towards any extras during your stay with us. Anything that is not used will be released from your card upon your departure from the Hotel.

Wunderbares Hotel mit einem herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Team, das einem das Gefühl gibt, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung stilvoll und stimmig. Besonders das À-la-carte-Frühstück hat mich gefreut – es ist nicht nur köstlich, sondern bringt auch eine angenehme Ruhe in den Frühstücksraum, die man so selten findet. Das Chesterfield ist genau das, was man sich von einem Hotel wünscht, aber heutzutage kaum noch bekommt: echte Gastlichkeit, Atmosphäre und Stil. Absolute Empfehlung! Extra plus für mich als Fotografin - es gab nicht nur eine ausreichende Anzahl von Steckdosen und Usb Ladestationen im Zimmer, diese wurde auch geladen wenn der Zimmerschlüssel nicht steckte bzw ich nicht da war.

The staff in reception and breakfast excellent
The only sad point was I paid for chocolates and champagne to be placed in the room for my wife’s birthday when we arrived
Sadly let down by the room staff
No champagne in room when we arrived even though I specifically asked and paid good money for the service.
And when it do arrive it wasn’t even chilled so surprise spoilt sadly
And then afterwards ice bucket and bottle left in room by cleaners for two days until I personally moved
Just a small detail which takes the edge of a special occasion and the hard work and fabulous services provided by the other staff
But I’d definitely recommend the hotel and and front of house staff etc

Highly recommend this little gem smack bang in Mayfair
Pros:

Location, style and decor, ambience. Staff really were exceptional, though. Went above and beyond in a manner I’ve rarely seen, professionally and courteous yet comfortingly casual too. From the chambermaid to the concierge.
