Check-in is at 3pm, however the hotel will store any luggage for early arrivals. Should your room be available, you will be provided with keys immediately. To guarantee early arrival your room will need to be reserved from the night prior to arrival at the cost of one night’s accommodations. Please let the hotel know your expected time of arrival.

Check-out time is 12 noon, but the hotel are happy to extend your check out time (subject to availability.) Please let the hotel know your anticipated time of departure if possible. If the hotel is exceptionally busy they do reserve the right to charge a late check-out fee.

Extra beds are ONLY available in Junior and Executive Suites and not in any Standard rooms.

Please be aware that on arrival at the hotel a credit or debit card or cash deposit must be provided for a pre charge/ authorization for the accommodations and for any extras. As a standard hotel policy, upon arrival an amount of £50.00 per night will be temporarily pre authorized on your card or taken as cash deposit towards any extras during your stay with us. Pros:

Room was excellent. Bed huge and comfortable. Location just what we wanted for the visit. Staff always attentive and friendly

Cons:

The food whilst good is pricey but that's London.
Be careful in the bar because taking one twiglet from the nibbles which arrived unasked for will cost you £7.
The rooftop bar was closed for private parties whilst we were there

Highly recommended
Pros:

Location is excellent for tourists. Staff are all friendly and very attentive (special mention to Ellen who was fantastic). We stayed there during a heatwave up to 36 degrees C outside, and managed to cool our room down to 19 degrees C with the superb air con. Was much needed and the hotel was worth the money just for this alone.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was better than we expected.

Most beautiful hotel
Pros:

The area and the hotel were lovely, everything was clean, the room felt very cosy and exciting, the lobby is extravagant and smells amazing. The toilets were clean and beautiful! I loved the whole decor of the place. And such a short walk from Hyde park and all the nice shops, such beautiful architecture to see in your walks. The staff are very lovely and will grab your bags and the door for you everytime. We used the car valet option to store our car overnight and they were straightforward and quick with retrieving it the following day. The bar is a dark sultry vibe and is very relaxing to sit in. The only place we didn’t try is the terrace. And we didn’t have breakfast but we will be returning.

Pros:

I loved the location and the most helpful staff. I appreciated the wonderful and welcoming door people and the help when ordering a taxi or caring for my luggage after checking out but waiting for the time to go to the airport. The room food service was quick and food arrived hot.

Cons:

No real complaints however I do prefer the buffet breakfasts that are served in most hotels as it means less waiting and a wider choice of breakfast food. A small fridge in the room is also appreciated.

A Storied Hotel
Pros:

Great location. Friendy staff. Our room, the Study, was quaint and unique. We would like to stay in it again when we next visit London.
