A great hotel for tourism in London!
Pros:

We liked the room size, it was very spacious. They also let us check in early which was a pleasant surprise. The location was also very convenient, especially for visiting the British Museum.

Cons:

The shower was not very hot.

Nice relaxed stay with nice staff & great location for our needs.

Pros:

The room was very quiet which we wanted. The reception area was immaculate and there was a chance to have coffee and a work environment was very helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom wasnt completely clean and the receptionist who greeted us was very grumpy.

Pros:

The staff was nice and the location was convenient.

Cons:

We stayed for a week and we were given a room with a view of a wall with a window ledge that had a bunch of trash in it. The toilet wouldn't flush well. We had to flush four or five times to get solids down. We were told the toilet needed a part but we never got it fixed. The room would have benefited with another chair.

Pros:

Le service (restauration), l'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel, la propriété (de l'hôtel et de la chambre) et l'accueil par un personnel serviable et sympathique.

Cons:

La chambre aurait pu être mieux équipée pour ce prix et le standing de l'hôtel. Il n'y avait qu'une seule chaise et pas de table d'appoint (de salon). La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas correctement (entraînant du froid, du bruit et accessoirement une surconsommation sur la climatisation)
