Overall ok.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were good and friendly. Room was big. Our bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Additional bed for my 15 year old daughter was rubbish. Uncomfortable and very noisy and squeaky. It felt unsteady.

Two days stay
Pros:

Fantastic hotel we loved the huge chandeliers and grand staircase the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent the hotel was also in a great location for shopping and access to the theatre!

Cons:

The only downside was we were on the 6th floor and had no view outside our window just a brick wall

Buen hotel calidad/precio
Pros:

La habitacion suit Junior era muy grande, el armario era un vestidor grande.
El restaurante para cenar algo rapido esta bien

Cons:

La cama supletoria era muy incomoda para un adulto, quizás para un niño de 5 años esta bien
El desayuno no era muy extenso y la comida caliente no estaba buena

Konum olarak çok iyi, otel biraz yıpranmış. Hizmet ve servis memnun ediciydi.

Cons:

ODADA MİNİBAR YOK: Otel-oda bilgileri bölümünde ve rezervasyon yaparken, tercih ettiğimiz oda için minibar hizmeti bulunmadığının farkında olamadım. Normal şartlarda her otel odasında minibar olur, olmaması gibi bir durumla ilk defa karşılaştık. Çok rahatsız etti.

Comfortable and spacious room in a great location
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location - easily reached on foot from a number of underground stations, and yet in a quiet area, not too busy. The staff were lovely though their English was not entirely up to scratch - for example, there were three of us (mum and two daughters) sharing a suite, but only two coffee cups, two mugs, and two bath towels - we asked for an extra of each. They did not seem to understand ‘mug’, so instead I said ‘cup for tea’, and we were brought up a couple of shower caps…. anyhow, the thought was there, and no bad intentions, just misunderstanding.

Cons:

Room was very warm and windows don’t open very wide to let fresh air in, and there is no air conditioning, and very thick duvets.

Londonの中心部、大英博物館のすぐ近く。

Cons:

ちょっと遅くなると、エントランスのオートドアが閉まってしまう。
客室までの廊下が長く、階段を上がったり降りたりしなくてはならず、今時のホテルとは言えない。

Not worth it.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable, especially the pull out couch. You could feel the springs. The executive king room was small for more than 2 people. The staff was not pleasant. The bathroom tub had only half a shower door which caused water to fall out and make it slippery. The breakfast I would rate a 6.

Not worth it
Pros:

Location was great!

Cons:

Hotel did not pay attention to requests for the room. Staff was rude room was over priced. Room was noisy and loud winds! The room floor was not cleaned properly! Had booked for my hen party didn’t feel special at all! Was not offered any help with baggage and no one asked about my stay on the way out!

Prima, hele fijne locatie
Pros:

Bedden waren lekker, hele goede locatie in het centrum. Prima faciliteiten.

Cons:

De douche werd op sommige momenten niet warm, midden in de nacht begon de douchekop opeens te lekken in de badkuip wat voor veel geluid en gekletter zorgde. We moesten meerdere keren uit bed om de douchekop uit te proberen te zetten. Jammer dat we onze telefoon niet aan de televisie konden koppelen.
