Pros:

Location was good. Clean & comfortable.

Cons:

It was quite basic and the rooms could do with being updated & more welcoming.
I wouldn’t rate it 4* only 3* at best.

disappointing
Pros:

room was acceptable for the rate. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I booked the hotel over others as I was arriving in the evening and according to the website it said the restaurant was open until 23.00. I had a long day and knew I would arrive around 9-9.30pm and would want food. I arrived 9.30pm and the person on reception took an age to check me in. At 9.55pm when he had finished checking me in I asked about the restaurant he said it was closed due to a private party! Nothing on the website or booking said that. He then said the bar was open and I could get food there as the kitchen was open until 10pm. Then the staff member in the bar said the kitchen closed at 9pm!! They had no interest in trying to help me out. I had to go back out and find a restaurant to eat in at 10pm, not likely, and had to travel all the way to Leicester Square. So main point, very disappointed at not being able to eat at the hotel especially when it was th emain reason I chose it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Séjour correct mais décevant pour un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Emplacement excellent, vraiment idéal pour visiter Londres à pied ou en transports
Personnel sympathique et serviable
Possibilité de laisser les bagages en consigne, très pratique à l’arrivée
Chambre propre, ménage très bien fait
Changement de chambre accepté lorsque la première n'avait pas de vue
La seconde chambre offrait une très belle vue, ce qui a amélioré le séjour

Cons:

Grosse déception concernant la surprise d’anniversaire : j’avais fait une demande claire en amont pour l’anniversaire de mon copain, et rien n’a été mis en place, sans explication
On m’a assuré que la chambre du premier étage serait calme, alors qu’il y avait clairement du bruit
Eau chaude instable : l’eau devenait tiède voire froide aux heures de pointe, avec comme justification que “tout le monde se douche en même temps” — inacceptable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles
Pas de mini-frigo dans la chambre, ce qui est vraiment dommage pour cette catégorie d’hôtel
Chambre un peu triste / impersonnelle, manque de chaleur et de confort pour un 4 étoiles

Comfortable and ideally located.
Pros:

Location and staff were excellent. The room was small and a bit on the tired side, but it served its purpose, was clean and comfortable.

Not worth the money even for location
Pros:

Location was excellent for our theatre visit, and proximity to tube and other areas of the west end to peruse.

Cons:

A very hot room with a view of a wall, poor shower with minimal water pressure and couldn't get it above luke warm. Noisy air conditioning. Bare minimum bedding on beds that were not overly comfortable. Awful coffee at a mediocre breakfast. Nit worth the £230 for one night, even with the excellent location. Very disappointed.
