Le personnel chaleureux,la restauration, la chambre chic
Des cafards dans les toilettes
Hôtel très bien situé, près d’Oxford suite. L’endroit est un peu « impersonnel » de prime abord, mais le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous apporter un séjour agréable. Restaurant italien cher et sans intérêt. Petits-déjeuners copieux : buffet continental. La conciergerie est top !
La climatisation dans les chambres est difficile à régler, bruyante et mal réglée. Le Starbucks au premier étage est très mauvais !
Excelente la ubicación, la atención del personal, y el desayuno. Puedes dejar las maletas en una sala si llegas antes de la hora programada para el check in. Leí comentarios de que era muy grande y había un problema de colapso con los ascensores, que se tardaba en cogerlos, pero no es así, funcionan perfectamente.
Por decir algo, que arreglaron la habitación muy tarde. Se supone que si el check in para todo el mundo es a las 15h, a esa hora deberían estar hechas las habitaciones, y a nosotras nos la arreglaron por la tarde.
