Pros:

Great location . Clean, great size room for two people. Bar on site was lovely. Colleagues were really helpful . We didn’t eat at the hotel but the food looked amazing and menu had a good choice

I was disappointed with my experience, especially considering I stayed for 12 nights and paid a very high rate for my stay.

The hotel was not flexible at all with either check-in or check-out times. Even though I have stayed at this hotel several times before, my request for a late check-out was declined. They would not even allow an extra 30 minutes without charging an additional hourly fee. The same applied to my request for an earlier check-in—arriving just one hour before the standard 3:00 PM check-in time would have incurred an extra charge.

The room itself was smaller than expected, and the bathroom was also very small. In addition, the tables in the room were dusty upon arrival, which was disappointing.

On the days I chose to decline housekeeping, I contacted reception several times requesting only basic essentials such as toilet paper and bottled water. Despite calling at least four or five times and being repeatedly assured that the items would be delivered, nothing ever arrived. Eventually, I had to leave the hotel and purchase these necessities from a nearby supermarket myself.

Overall, I expected a much higher level of service given the premium price I paid and my loyalty as a returning guest. Unfortunately, the lack of flexibility, poor housekeeping standards, and failure to fulfill basic guest requests made this stay very disappointing.
