Pros:

During our stay we got instantly got given a room upgrade by the staff with not charge, overall staff were lovely and made us feel welcomed

The beds weren’t the most comfortable and the view of the room is a little poor

Pros:

A terrible room was provided this time, and the internet connection was poor.

During breakfast, the employee was forced to leave the breakfast area early. For example, I just went to grab some fruits, and when I came back, I found my plate was gone. They didn't seem to care; a person was still eating and sitting there.

King odaları güzel geniş. Temiz. Manzarası güzel. Konumu harika. Resepsiyon görevlisi Zeynep hanım bize çok nazik ve kibardı. Her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu.

Cons:

Otelde kötü bir koku vardı. Özellikle 5. Katta ki odamıza her girdiğimizde kanalizasyon kokusu vardı. Bu bizi rahatsız etti. Önceden havayı temizlemek için kullandığımız ozon makinesi çalışmıyor gerekçesi ile temin edilmedi.

Déçue ... malgré sa situation centrale
Pros:

l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal et à proximité des grandes artères de la ville dont Oxford Street. Cette situation permet de rayonner dans les différents quartiers et de profiter d'un maximum d'attractions dans un temps limité.

Cons:

Les équipements de salle de bain en très mauvais état et l'évier bouché. Une odeur désagréable et persistante dans tout l'hôtel, certainement l'odeur de produits d'entretien. Par ailleurs, au restaurant et bar, l'attente est extrêmement longue.

Comfortable and Affordable Central Hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We found the room very large for a central hotel, and the hotel was well serviced by a bar, restaurant and coffee shop right outside.

Cons:

The hotel is generally quite tired now, it's not been modernised and quite dated, but very clean and you tell it was an impressive hotel in its day. Very long wait for lifts down, but this can't really be helped.
