The room was very clean, spacious, cozy, and truly comfortable even for a longer stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we have no complaints at all about either the room or the hotel overall. The price-to-quality ratio was fully justified. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We would be happy to stay here again.

Staff are amazing , so friendly and kind. Hotel is great location too, easy access to all of London

Rooms and corridors are a bit of a maze, some room are quiet far from the lifts in the centre of the building

Pros:

La localisation avec station de métro extrêmement proche. La propreté et la qualité du room service. Chambre spacieuse. Personnel aux petits soins, toujours présent pour répondre à nos demandes. Un grand merci à Ismael et Ari qui ont étaient encore plus au top lors des petits déjeuners et dîners. Un grand merci à Djamel le cuisinier qui permet de prendre des repas délicieux avec très bons rapport qualité prix.
Le personnel de cet hôtel sait sublimer le séjour de ses clients.
