We absolutely love staying at 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. The property has a perfect blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, with beautifully designed interiors that really reflect the charm of Kensington. The location is fantastic, close to museums, restaurants, and transport, yet still feels peaceful and refined.
What truly makes the stay special, though, is the people. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which creates a relaxed and memorable experience every time I visit. A special mention goes to Elga, who always looks after us during our stays, her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail make a real difference and are a big part of why we keep coming back.
It’s the combination of atmosphere, comfort, and exceptional service that makes this property stand out every time.

Nous avions dans un premier temps chambre dont la fenêtre donnait sur un mur collé à la fenêtre ce qui donnait un sentiment d’enfermement insupportable. Nous avons cependant pu changer de chambre moyennant le paiement d’un petit supplément étant donné que l’hôtel était complet.

No solo era inaceptable que la mejor habitación del hotel a GBP430 la noche no tuviera luz y diera literal la ventana a una pared del aire acondicionado. La gestión por el personal fue lamentable ya que como alternativa me ofreció cancelar la reserva a las 23.00 de la noche en Londres

Reception staff werenot good
Location was great. Very POSH and lovely boutique style decor.
We were allocated a digital key which was pointless as we needed to go to reception for a keycard to activate the lights.
Avoid room 1018 - it’s lower ground and there’s a small window at street level that means people outside look directly down and onto the bed.
It’s also right next to to fitness suite, which meant doors slamming from 6am and our door rattled every time.
The sliding bathroom door was unnecessary too, as design allowed for a regular one. It was extremely heavy to move and the loop handle was tiny and dug into your fingers as you did so. Elderly guests would struggle with this, and the weight of the door.
the hotel location was great - the general areas were nice and staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice.
The room was rather tiny, the wardrobe was only half length so couldn't hang a dress without folding it, the bed was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE Bed we have ever slept on! The electrics in the room were a little sketchy with lose wires. The key card had to be replaced 4 times and the 2nd key just wouldn't work.... The water pressure was really poor so washing long hair was a task! You couldn't adjust the height of the shower without the bar coming off in your hand. The lighting overall was poor with dim lights and also over complicated with MANY switches. We adjusted the air con several times but it kept changing itself, turning up to 23oC and the TV had to be switched off the wall to reset itself a couple of times as error messages kept coming up. The corridor to the rooms was so dimly lit it was quite disconcerting - if i was travelling alone i would have been very nervous..
The Hotel was more than clean with the bedroom being very stylish, well equipped and comfortable. Slightly in the small size, but big enough for our needs. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, although we did have a bit of confusion when booking in, but hopefully that will be sorted.
Location was very good and the options for food in the local restaurants around the corner was very convenient.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, in that when we arrived the food hadn't been replenished so we had to wait around quite a while to get any. However, when we did eat, it was pleasant enough
