The room they ibtwnded to give me was a desaster - no window and the xorriedor had food smelll like crazy. On tip there was no elevator to the room. The check pwrson told me the romm was nor great that i should get an uograde. Very sneaky the proposal from booking on the app to what u get

We arranged to stay at the hotel for Christmas, and invited guests to spend Christmas lunch there with us.
I had asked for adjoining for our family so our two teenage boys could be close to us. The hotel said they had noted our request. When we arrived after a 21 hour trip, the hotel had not reserved rooms next to each other and then we spent the next 2 1/ hours wandering around the hotel trying to find suitable rooms. My husband and I ended up in a room on the second floor and our two teenage sons were in the basement (they call it the first floor) which feels like a fire trap.
Our relatives arrived for Christmas lunch everybody the only group in the restaurant. The food was clearly pre-cooked and very dry. Christmas pudding was on the menu and we were serve served something that didn’t even vaguely resemble Christmas pudding. It was an appalling experience and and a very disappointing way to spend Christmas Day. To top it off, the staff stood beside us and was hand drying cutlery and dropping it into drawers with complete disregard for the disruption they were causing. The hotel should never have offered Xmas lunch if the best they were prepared to do was microwave something pre cooked food. After strenuous complaints they refunded the cost of the Christmas lunch for seven people.
Although the hotel has a Hilton affiliation, I don’t believe that the Hilton group are aware that their name is attached to such an unprofessional substandard hotel. Save your money and your sanity and stay somewhere else.
Excellent hotel. Very comfortable. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious. Sanket is a kind and attentive server at the breakfast. He made sure I had enough coffee and brought a hot chocolate for my daughter, who loved it. Hope to stay here again on our next trip.
I came to have afternoon tea with my two young daughters and they were very accommodating and the service was top tier. We were served by Saksham who was particularly polite and provided a great service which contributed to a brilliant experience. Thank you

I had arranged a surprise Valentine’s delivery for my son’s stay, and thanks to my own mix-up it was initially delivered to a neighbouring hotel. What could have been a stressful situation was handled with such kindness, patience and professionalism.
Syed and the team went out of their way to retrieve the parcel and ensure it was ready for their arrival. As a mum, knowing that a special surprise had been taken care of so thoughtfully meant the world to me.
Communication was warm, prompt and reassuring throughout — and the surprise went perfectly.
It’s rare these days to experience service that feels genuinely caring rather than simply ticking a box. Thank you for going the extra mile and helping make a very special evening even more memorable.
