Excellent Stay in Woburn
Pros:

The breakfast had long hours of operation and the select was good. There was something there for all types of breakfast preferences from hot food to yogurt, fruit and even oatmeal and cold cereal. The beds were very comfy it is always some of the best sleep I have had all year. The blackout curtains are top notch! Water pressure and temperature was excellent.

Cons:

I got mixed messages upon arrival for breakfast so I was not sure if I was waiting to be served or was supposed to go to the buffet- this was irritating. The carpet was not as clean as I hoped which I discovered as I was sweeping my hand along the carpet for a lost earring back. Since I had a small child with me it is important that the room's floor was clean. Room was missing a coffee machine which I had to notify the front desk about so they didn't think I took. Also, it took a lot to get an extra towel.

They didn’t give me invoice, they claim that Booking needs to provide my invoice. I will ask my money back from my bank as there is no proof of service like invoice and make the payment whenever I will get my invoice.

Pros:

The hotel and room are well-equipped and the staff is very nice. Breakfast is decent. Convenient to highway and downtown Woburn, but tucked away enough that there is no highway noise.

Cons:

As has been happening with many hotels I stay in, I had a hard time with the pillows on the bed - they are all huge and thick, very difficult to sleep on (and no small pillows on the sofa to "borrow" for this purpose). This can really make or break a trip for me!

Pros:

Truthfully nothing. Still under construction and has been for years now it seems. Very disorganized.

Cons:

The pool is tiny. Couldn’t even take my daughter swimming. Room walls are so thin you can hear every sound there is. The fridge in the room smelled so badly.
