Disappointed
Pros:

The location was convenient. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The pool area was enjoyable.

Cons:

The hotel was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. The room didn’t have a microwave as advertised. The tv remote wasn’t working as well as half of the lamps in the room. Room was outdated, no usb ports, the bed was very noisy with any slight movement. The vent to the air conditioner was very dusty and dirty. Hotel restaurant wouldn’t allow anyone under 21 in after 9pm.

The stay was disappointing.
Pros:

I liked the pool because the temperature was nice and it didn't use a lot of chemicals.

Cons:

When I arrived at the facility the main entrance was under construction, so we had to enter by the bar/restaurant. There wasn't anyone there to greet us or give us any directions. Our room was freezing when we entered and when we tried to regulate the temperature it would either get too hot or blow cold air.

Amenities unavailable due to construction. Not disclosed prior to booking. No managers on duty to help. Just one front desk lady that told me I would get a refund and still have not even though I didn’t stay there!

Overall was a decent stay except for the poop on the toilet paper roll.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, hotel room was nice, some staff were really friendly and welcoming

Cons:

Two of the front desk staff were not too friendly and not helpful with issues we had, we had poop on our toilet paper roll when we entered the room and it took about an hour and a half for it to get changed after asking about 6 times.

Great hotel, I would say here again.
Pros:

Very nice room very quiet, breakfast buffet is the best one I’ve ever been to. The employe was great and helped me with everything I needed.

Cons:

Internet access kept wanting me to setup an account, for a short stay this should not be necessary.

Very nice facility
Pros:

It was very nice but over priced.

Cons:

We experienced one day where our room was not cleaned while we were away. House keeper called and service given.
