Hotel mit angenehmer moderner Atmosphäre, kompetentem und netten Personal. Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet, sowohl die Einrichtung als auch hinreichend Steckdosen an den richtigen Stellen. Großartiger Pool und Spa!

Cons:

Zimmer sind SEHR hellhörig. Musste sogar die Tür checken, ob sie geschlossen war. Stimmen auf dem Flur kommen einem vor, als seien sie im Zimmer. Auch aus den Nachbarzimmern kann man die Gespräche oder TV hören. Das irritiert bei dieser Qualität von Hotel

Ich habe meine Hochzeitsnacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und hatte mir für einen so besonderen Anlass natürlich einen entsprechend schönen Aufenthalt erhofft. Leider war das Gegenteil der Fall.

Ausgerechnet an unserer Hochzeitsnacht wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Noch unverständlicher war allerdings, dass mich das Personal um 4 Uhr morgens aus dem Bett geklingelt hat, um zu fragen, ob man mir jetzt frische Handtücher bringen bzw. die Handtücher wechseln könne.

Ich finde es absolut inakzeptabel, Gäste mitten in der Nacht wegen Handtüchern zu wecken – erst recht in der Hochzeitsnacht. Von einem Hotel erwarte ich deutlich mehr Organisation, Rücksichtnahme und Professionalität. Für uns war das leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung an einem Abend, der eigentlich etwas Besonderes sein sollte.

Best hotel in MUNICH!
Pros:

I have a very restricted diet, the Andaz prepared breakfast and dinner exactly as requested.
F & B Andaz 👏
The rooms are very nice and cosy, very nicely designed, the bed was hudge!
We loved the roof top bar and The loney Broccoli restaurant. The staff was so nice!

Cons:

The Spa treatment could not be billed at the room and they asked for cash money.
But at the end they found a credit card machine!

الفندق هادي وراقي وفخم وتصميم الغرفه مميز ومساحتها واسعه ، عزل الصوت ممتاز ، حيل هادي الفندق ومريح لدرجة حسيت اني بروحي فيه
مستوى النظافه عالي جداً وهذا اكثر شي حبيته نظظظظييييف
وتعامل موظف الاستقبال محمد اكثر من رائع وقدم لنا مشروبات مجانيه . له كل الشكر والتقدير
وكل العاملين بالفندق خدومين وبشوشين

واكل مطعم الفندق لذيذ جداً انصحكم فيه تطلبون ويوصلكم الغرفه

تحت الفندق كافيهات وقريب منه مطعم هندي وصيدلية dm
ومطعم ايطالي ومحطة بانزين

الباركنق تحت الفندق بكرت يحسبلك الساعات اقل من 24 ساعه طلع علينا ب 36 يورو
يبعد عن شارع المارين 13 دقيقه بالسياره تقريبا ، وما آشوفها سلبيه لان المكان هادي وبعيد عن الازعاج وحيل حبيته راح اكرر زياراتي له باذن الله
