- hervorragender Kundenservice
- schönes Hotel, grosse Zimmer
- grosses Parkhaus direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden
- sehr leckeres Hotelrestaurant
- mehrere Aufzüge

Cons:

- dieses Mal war das Zimmer leider etwas staubig und es hatte teilweise noch Haare herumliegen.
- Zimmer war bereits stark benutzt (Maken in den Wänden, Lesesessel nicht vorhanden, Wasserhahn wackelig)

Perfektes Hotel

Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und hat bei Fragen uns top beraten. Die Zimmer sind der absolute Hammer und das Frühstück lohnt sich in jeder hinsicht. Es war eines der schönsten und besten Hotels in denen ich war. Es war einfach perfekt.

Almost a 5-star experience
Pros:

The property is modern and has an expansive lobby and lounge area. The overall hotel design, however, is mixed, including the room design. In the common areas, the architect has chosen red glass for the railings and baseboards, with a dark carpet on the walkways. It simply does not look clean, and the housekeeping staff does not maintain the carpet clean (see the attached picture from the 4th floor). The rest of the staff, however, is wonderful, and you will enjoy your stay here even if some minor design issues and housekeeping issues extend to the room as well.

For those of you here on vacation, the property is a bit far from the center of Munich, but the tram stop is right in front of the hotel. You do have to transfer to the bus/metro at Munchner Freiheit, but that is only a couple of stops away. Also note that, for some reason, Google Maps shows Schwabinger Tor as the closest station for Andaz, but the stop right in front is Parzivalplatz.

Cons:

Anfahrt zur Tiefgarage nicht gut ausgeschildert und auch in der Tiefgarage schlecht ausgeschildert. Gebühr mit 35 Euro überzogen.

Frühstück sollte bei diesem Preis beinhaltet sein.
Komisch dass die Roof top Bar am Sonntag um 23 Uhr bereits zu hat. Hätte ich mir bei dem Münchner Nachleben mehr erwartet.
