Es war eine perfekte kurze Auszeit aus dem Alltag

Der Wellnessbereich und die Massage, der Empfang im Hotel, das Zimmer, die Bareinrichtung, generell das Ambiente, die Freundlichkeit des Personal bis auf 2 Ausnahmen, das Beschwerdemanagement

Cons:

der Service im Barbereich, das Personal läuft unachtsam durch die Gegend, viele leere Wege, der Umsatz könnte weit mehr betragen. Die Milch und der Zucker wurden im Zimmer nicht aufgefüllt.

Andaz Hotel, immer wieder sehr gerne.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Das Personal zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein tolles, geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr guter Aussicht auf München. Im Hitergrund die Berge. Das Bad ist perfect. Der Platz am Fenster mit Kissen lädt sehr zum Verweilen ein.

المكان هادي وبعيد عن الازعاج

Cons:

مكان الغرفة كان سيء جدا وكانت تحديداً بالدور الخامس وطلبت منهم ان تكون الغرفة في الدور الثامن او التاسع
وطلب مني زياده بالسعر بصراحة شي غريب
