Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel. All the facilities were excellent and breakfast was great. Nice restaurants nearby … a little removed from the main town but still a nice location and an easy Uber or tram.

Cons:

Most of the staff at the hotel were great but I did encounter a couple of abrupt b rude-ish staff members who seemed impatient with me (I don’t speak German … maybe this was it … but they work in a hotel/hospitality so they should act pleasant)

Breakfast, saunas, gym, nice, quiet and clean rooms. Best City Hotel I've ever been to.
Pros:

Breakfast is just insane. For the breakfast alone I've already stayed at this hotel 8 times. But everything else is great as well. Great, quiet, beautiful and clean rooms and an incredible spa area with many different saunas, pool and a gym. Simply the best city hotel I've ever stayed at.

Good overall
Pros:

A clean, 5 star hotel with very good staff. Rooms are spacious and nice

Cons:

Location is far from city center. Room service cleaning was not good. Even a used coffee cup was not cleaned

- grosses Parkhaus direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden
- sehr leckeres Hotelrestaurant
- mehrere Aufzüge

Cons:

- dieses Mal war das Zimmer leider etwas staubig und es hatte teilweise noch Haare herumliegen.
- Zimmer war bereits stark benutzt (Maken in den Wänden, Lesesessel nicht vorhanden, Wasserhahn wackelig)

Pros:

Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und hat bei Fragen uns top beraten. Die Zimmer sind der absolute Hammer und das Frühstück lohnt sich in jeder hinsicht. Es war eines der schönsten und besten Hotels in denen ich war. Es war einfach perfekt.
