Upon entering our assigned room found a woman using the bathroom, as she was also assigned same room. Process at front desk was focused on the mistake and took too excessive time to be assigned a different room.

Great airport hotel!
Pros:

We just spent the night here last month prior to our early morning flight to Aruba. It's so convenient being located right within the airport. It's only a quick walk to the terminal with luggage at 4:00 am. The staff is always welcoming, the rooms well appointed. This year we were happy to see a newly renovated lobby and restaurant area. We're already looking forward to staying again next year!

Always exceeded my expectations
Pros:

There is no better option for a traveler that has an early flight out of Bradley international airport
I always stay there when I travel to Hartford. The rooms are exceptional. The dining is also very good and you don’t need to leave the property.

Location and recent renovations make it much more pleasant in lounge, etc.

Cons:

It’s kind of annoying that you don’t have an outlet on both sides of the bed so guests can charge their phones.
