Very convenient for an early flight
Pros:

Easy check in and the room was quiet.

Cons:

My credit card was charged $200 for incidentals and removed six days later. But now three weeks I am being charged another $100 dollars!??

Always exceeded my expectations
Pros:

There is no better option for a traveler that has an early flight out of Bradley international airport
I always stay there when I travel to Hartford. The rooms are exceptional. The dining is also very good and you don’t need to leave the property.

Pros:

Location and recent renovations make it much more pleasant in lounge, etc.

Cons:

It’s kind of annoying that you don’t have an outlet on both sides of the bed so guests can charge their phones.

Great location, but loud room.
Pros:

The location is great, which is what you're paying for here - nice to walk to the terminal, not needing to go outside in the cold weather at 4:30 am to catch my early flight.

Cons:

The facility is showing its age - all the fans (heat, fridge) are very loud - to the point that I needed to turn the heat off at night to be able to sleep. I was expecting a nicer physical locale for the high price.

Overall staying there the night before our very early flight took a lot of stress off me.

Would like to have wheel chairs there that could be left at the airline your flying with.

Not worth the high price
Pros:

Great location right at the airport

Cons:

I ended up slipping in the shower and fell out of the tub hitting my head. I had a slight cut to my head and it was bleeding. It was no big deal, but I think that the bottom of your tubs should be non skid. My friend warned me that the tub was slippery before I got in, but I didn't realize just how slippery it was. I did appreciate the grab bars and drop down seat.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The shower was pleasantly hot.

Cons:

My 4 a.m. wake up call never came. Fortunately, I set another alarm.
Location was why I chose this place but the price I paid was about equal to my flight from the east coast to the west coast. Overpriced.

Very convenient
Pros:

Being able to walk to the airport without going outside.

Cons:

I really needed a shower cap and toothpaste but when I realized I needed it it was after midnight. It would’ve been great if those little items were already in the room.
