Great for business trip
Pros:

Stayed here for a business trip - check in was a breeze. Room was large. Internet was fast. The M Club lounge on the 9th floor is well stocked. Pretty good bar in the lobby. Pretty good gym. I stayed for 1 night. good sleep quality. Would stay here again

My go-to Marriott in Jacksonville
Pros:

Another fabulous stay. Rooms are clean and the staff is so helpful, but the most outstanding part is Elvie in the Concierge Lounge. I've only stayed here 3 times, but she remembers me each time - granted my cell phone charm does standout - but that small detail she noticed and greets me so warmly and her kindness is nice when I'm away on business. I'll be coming back because of her.

Great accommodations all around.
Pros:

Carrie knight was a great at checking and check out great personality and service. The stay was great as well. Very clean gear location for our event and definitely loved the very comfortable Beauty rest brand mattress on the bed. This Marriott holds up its brands excellence!!! Value is outstanding. I also noticed the noise level once you closed your room door was close to none. Will definitely stay at this location again if I’m in this area again

Pros:

Immediately noticed a clean and comforting atmosphere. I was offered help with my luggage at check in (Thank you again Ms. Shavers) Our stay was seamless and too short. Not too far from the airport and plenty shopping centers

Wonderful customer service. Nice hotel!
Pros:

I am a titanium elite Marriott Bonvoy Member, which means I travel quite extensively for work and for pleasure as well. I’ve always had customer service that were good when I stayed at Marriott however, when I came to this particular location, the experience I had was exceptional and above and beyond. I had to make an additional room reservation the next day of my total stay, and when I did my reservation and went to the front desk to get checked in with the clerk the desk, whose name is Ashlee Long was exceptional in her customer service to me. She was very helpful, professional, and went beyond and abovefor providing me the help that I needed. I highly recommend this location as it is beautiful as well as their staff being super friendly and helpful.
