I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient.

I would especially like to thank ChangLi for the outstanding service. ChangLi was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We stay here about 3 times per year and always have an excellent experience. The front desk, bar, and dining staff are phenomenal. There is a reason we continue to stay here. Also the food in the dining is very good! We look forward to eating here actually. You will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Marriott hotel. The property is well‑maintained, and my room was impeccably clean, cozy and quiet, ideal for relaxation after a busy day. The on‑site restaurants served amazing, tasty dishes with great flavor. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Changli, a member of the hotel team. Changli was extremely professional, attentive and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. This is a great Marriott choice, and I would love to come back again

Frequently choose to stay at Marriott Jacksonville for work— rooms are always immaculate, lounge is lovely and front desk (especially Haley) rock! This team goes out of their way to make your stay top notch!

Amy and Susan were incredible. Made two new friends after a quick weekend stay! They knew the menu well, went above and beyond and were soooo easy to talk to. ❤️ and they’re a Mother daughter duo!

This is one of the best Marriotts I’ve stayed at, and I’ve traveled a lot for work. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Two employees, Conor and Izabel, helped me print some documents for work when I was in a time crunch and really saved the day! I would Reid I felt stay here again!

I come to Jacksonville for business and have a choice where I stay. I prefer to stay at the Marriott Jacksonville because Amy and Susan always welcome me as a family member. That’s why I prefer to stay in Butler versus downtown Marriott properties or the beach. When you’re in town visiting go to the Jacksonville Marriott (Butler) and stop by the bar to say hello to Amy and Susan and enjoy their warm welcome. I’ve been coming here for 4 years.
