Fantastic service. Always very accommodating and personalized. They know just how travel takes the energy from you and they always take the time to put a smile on your face. Go say hi to Amy and Susan and lighten the travel load a bit.

FYI, stellar service!

Awesome room. Concierge lounge was very nice as was the attendant. Dinner at the bar an incredible experience. Bartender was efficient and friendly. Chicken quesadilla and shrimp cargot were very tasty. Drinks on the other hand were a little too pricey.

Had a great experience at this Marriott. Central to everything in the city and the food in the restaurant is great. Highly recommend trying the breakfast in the morning. Haley and Diana the night audit manager and agent showed incredible hospitality. Will definitely be coming back.

My stay at the Marriott Jacksonville was made noticeably better thanks to Haley. She handled everything with ease, was quick to assist whenever needed, and always remained kind and approachable.

I dined this evening at the bar after a very stressful day of multiple flights and hours of travel. These ladies went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional.

What stood out most was how seamlessly Susan and Amy worked together as a team. Every detail was anticipated before we even had to ask: drinks were refreshed at just the right moment, courses were perfectly timed, and they took the time to offer thoughtful recommendations that elevated our entire dining experience. It never felt like routine service—it felt like genuine care. They were knowledgeable about the menu, gracious with every request, and clearly take real pride in what they do.
In an era when exceptional customer service can feel increasingly rare, Susan and Amy are a reminder of what hospitality is supposed to be. They represent the very best of the Marriott brand, and the Jacksonville property is fortunate to have them on its team. Management should know what an asset these two are as they are the reason guests return.
