Marriott Jacksonville

The hotel was great. It was very clean and the staff was excellent, especially Hailey and Berry!

This is one of the best Marriotts I’ve stayed at, and I’ve traveled a lot for work. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Two employees, Conor and Izabel, helped me print some documents for work when I was in a time crunch and really saved the day! I would Reid I felt stay here again!

Susan and Amy gave the most amazing customer service. Thank you ladies :)

An excellent experience from the moment I arrived. The room was A+ and the receptionist's service was exceptional. I believe her name is Aslicee.

I come to Jacksonville for business and have a choice where I stay. I prefer to stay at the Marriott Jacksonville because Amy and Susan always welcome me as a family member. That’s why I prefer to stay in Butler versus downtown Marriott properties or the beach. When you’re in town visiting go to the Jacksonville Marriott (Butler) and stop by the bar to say hello to Amy and Susan and enjoy their warm welcome. I’ve been coming here for 4 years.

A big shout out to Susan at the bar and restaurant. I stay here several times a year and she is always so pleasant and helpful. I even left my purse behind and she brought it to my room.

Went to the bar and the bartender Susan was awesome! We only stopped to see what they had, hours of operation, etc. and ended out staying for over 2 hours conversating and having drinks. Susan was really nice and very informative about the menu, hotel, and the local area. We really enjoyed our time with Susan and will definitely be going back a little later to get an evening snack or meal.

The staff were very accommodating. I needed to extend my trip and they allowed me to stay in the same room. Ryan, Tommy, Amy, and Sarah, who worked at the restaurant, made by trip bearable. I flew in because my mom was sick. They greeted me every evening with a smile asking how my mom was doing. They were genuinely concerned for my family and I. I had to spend 12 days there, and every day, they were there with a smile and listening ear. My mom eventually passed, and they were there for me with hugs and smiles. I honestly do not think I would have handled the day to day without their continued support.

Great room! clean shower stall, shower head is amazing full force, Hot water is available yes I mean really a hot shower! We had great service friendly people. I am a Tea drinker it is almost impossible to get hot water that doesnt taste like coffee because the hotels use the hot water containers for coffee the tea water didn’t taste like coffee! 10 out of 10 for me!! We had an event and the food was served buffet style and the food was amazing! Diana and Junior helped with questions about the facility and transportation.

Have previously stayed here and was usually pleased with the exceptional service. This time was the antithesis of previous stays. While the renovation looks nice, some of the staff need more training.

Susan in the restaurant was great! Prices a bit too high but food was good.

Well , what i can said ! Service soooo good ! Susan , Amy and Tommy so warm and finding a way just to give the experience of “ I feel like home” with their smile and service.
Because people like this three are the ones that created a successful company. Keep it up and I will be back soon

Our entire experience at this hotel has been fantastic. Izzy & Tali were very helpful during check in and selected a room that was perfect for us. Clean, updated, a good amount of space, pillows sucked but that’s my only complaint just ask for more.
Everyone we interacted with was kind and attentive.

My husband and I spend quite a few nights per year at Marriott properties. We had the opportunity in February 2026 to stay at the Marriott Jacksonville property for the first time. We were amazed at the level of professionalism demonstrated by the front desk staff. We were treated as if we were at an exclusive five star resort. Our room was well appointed, spotless and extremely comfortable. We had the opportunity to have dinner at the on-site restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. If we have the opportunity to stay in Jacksonville again, we will absolutely be repeat customers! A special shout out to the young man at the front desk on February 21 who was only on his second day of training. I don’t have his name, but I’m hopeful that somehow in management will read this, be able to single him out and give him the recognition he deserves. For only his second day, his level of professionalism and customer care was like none we had ever experienced! Thanks again!

I worked with Karen Howell at the Jacksonville Marriott to plan my companies event. Karen was extremely responsive and helpful. The entire team at the Jacksonville Marriott did an excellent job making our program effortless. All of our needs were well anticipated and anything that came up the day of the event was easy to address and attend to. I cannot express how much having a communicative partner makes my job easier.
