Marriott Jacksonville

My husband and I spend quite a few nights per year at Marriott properties. We had the opportunity in February 2026 to stay at the Marriott Jacksonville property for the first time. We were amazed at the level of professionalism demonstrated by the front desk staff. We were treated as if we were at an exclusive five star resort. Our room was well appointed, spotless and extremely comfortable. We had the opportunity to have dinner at the on-site restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. If we have the opportunity to stay in Jacksonville again, we will absolutely be repeat customers! A special shout out to the young man at the front desk on February 21 who was only on his second day of training. I don’t have his name, but I’m hopeful that somehow in management will read this, be able to single him out and give him the recognition he deserves. For only his second day, his level of professionalism and customer care was like none we had ever experienced! Thanks again!

I worked with Karen Howell at the Jacksonville Marriott to plan my companies event. Karen was extremely responsive and helpful. The entire team at the Jacksonville Marriott did an excellent job making our program effortless. All of our needs were well anticipated and anything that came up the day of the event was easy to address and attend to. I cannot express how much having a communicative partner makes my job easier.

Jamie at the front desk is beyond accommodating and so kind. He is the definition of hospitality . My son and I are so thankful for his welcoming professionalism. Thank you sir!!!!!

This hotel has just undergone extensive renovations and is very nice. We ate dinner in the lobby restaurant and it was DELICIOUS! Also the bartender/waitress Susan was awesome and made wonderful cocktails.

Stayed here for two nights for the first time this week. Lobby was gorgeous. Hotel is highly underrated. Conor met me at the front desk with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. He and his colleague were nice enough to give me a free upgrade! Such a great staff!!!! I will definitely be staying here again!

House keeping team led by Thinzar is so helpful and keeps our rooms super clean.
Very pleasant atmosphere and highly recommend for anyone with big family like us.

My stay at this hotel has been superb—finally able to rest during a scary family emergency. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Carrie! Carrie helped me extend my stay; it was such a smooth process and she was the sweetest.

Room was amazing, everything smelled amazing and clean and it’s just been a delight. Thank you!

I was flying into town and didn’t know where to go due to it being my first time in FL and saw an ad about Marriot Jacksonville, my visit was AMAZING just from me checking in and staying the night there! Thank you to Izabel and Conor for making this visit smooth for me.
