Not good value for money. Wouldn’t book again

Good location

Cons:

Dirty and small bathroom, definitely not giving 5 star hotel level vibes. Was given a smaller room than what I booked for and only changed after I complained about this. No water provided in minibar in a very hot city.

The hotel met our needs , it’s a great location
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast ( far too expensive for our liking ) the location is great , I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past for that very reason

Cons:

I’d love a softer pillow but my wife thought they were fine.

It’s a pity they don’t offer a lighter option or quick breakfast , for example they have Coffee & Croissant for $11 but only after 10am , not everyone gets value from a $48 buffet breakfast.

Pros:

Guest service was wonderful. Starting with Nick, wonderful checking in. He was very informative and efficient.
Concierge team was Great.
Loved our location.
Clean and fresh hotel, room and lobby.
Swimming pools were lovely. Good size and temperature.
Wonderful breakfast!

Cons:

The bed was a little too firm.

The location was amazing. Everything is close to this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic

Cons:

The bed was very hard. There was limited access to electronic plugs. One per room.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
Pros:

The location was good, we only stayed one night so didn't use the pool or have breakfast.
Staff on check-in were polite and friendly.

Cons:

Our room was noisy all night from large fans in the adjoining building. If we were to stay any longer we would have requested a different room.

Great location, nice pool area, excellent shower pressure, excellent AC temperature. Well appointed room.

A Very Pleasant stay in central Singapore
Pros:

Well planned, very comfortable room with great river view. Better lighting than many hotels.

Nice clean rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast not worth the extra money, wouldnt bother. One morning we had to wait 15 minutes just to be seated at breakfast and there was hardly any food left and staff were kind of abrupt at the buffet.
