Cons:

Air con was on as cold as it would go all the time but was not adequate to properly cool the room. The breakfast room was cramped and not well laid out.

We did not have enough mugs, cups and teabags for the three people staying in the room. The mugs and cups were not once cleared with fresh ones replaced at all during our stay. In our three nights the bedding was not changed either.
