The location

Cons:

1. There was a step between the room and the bathroom which was a safty hazard for elderly people like us. Also the bathroom floor was slippery.
2. Breakfast was horrible. We hardly found dishes to eat. Everything was spicy and/or fried.
3. Check in and check out was cumbersome and took a long time with no appearant reason.
4. We booked the room for the night before our arrival, so we can get it in the morning, to rest after a long flight. We got the room but it was located in the less desirable north tower

Gut um ein oder zwei Tage in Singapur zu verbringen.
Pros:

Gute zentrale und verkehrsgünstige Lage, Blick auf das Marina Bay Sands.

Cons:

Kein sehr einladender Lobby Bereich; sehr groß und modern aber auch recht unpersönlich. Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, eine laute Massenabfertigung. Zu wenig Fahrstühle.

Pros:

It Was a very good experience after all. I did have a bit of difficulties initially with the staff, related to a delay in my stay as a result of a flight cancelation that got me to be one day late. Eventually it was resolved in a satisfactory way.
The hotel is well equipped, excellently located, clean, and seems refurbished/ renovated.

Pros:

Da higiene e limpeza global.
Da localização, perto de várias atracções e de um mall.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço com pouca variedade para os ocidentais. Não eram repostas atempadamente as faltas. Pouca variedade de fruta, pão (tudo industrial).
A casa de banho do quarto é minúscula.
Hotel destinado a grandes grupos de passagem, daí, provavelmente, não investirem em qualidade
Não recomendo e não volto, sendo demasiado caro para o que oferece.

Great stay! Perfect location! Amazing room view!
Pros:

Breakfast was great! A lot of options. The breakfast lady who was seating everyone was amazing! She was in control and a total boss! Amazing room views of Marina Bay Sands. Concierge were always great and funny!

Cons:

Our air conditioning did not stay on during the day. So when we got back daily it was hot. But it did cool down fast once switched on. We had someone demonstrate how to use it properly but still did not stay on.

Die Lage ist top

Cons:

Frühstück ist für ein internationales Business Hotel sehr auf asiatische warme Speisen fokussiert - das schafft nicht jeder früh Morgens.. die Fruchtsäfte sind reine Chemie, sehr sehr schade und einem Hotel dieser Klasse nicht würdig.

Ansonsten ein schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage und mit super Blick aber wer auf ein ausgesprochen gutes Frühstück Wert legt, der sollte vermutlich wo anders buchen.
