Spoilt by the small bathroom
Pros:

It smelt lovely and the ambience was great

Cons:

The bathroom was ridiculously small - you could not swing a cat. Really not practical and whilst the hotel was lovely overall I would not go back because of the bathroom

A comfortable and convenient hotel in Singapore with good breakfast.
Pros:

The spacious and comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Breakfast with lots of variety. The pool. The National Gallery of Singapore is only a few minutes down the road.

Cons:

The drempel (raised doorstep) at the entrance to the bathroom. This feature is probably there to prevent flooding. Be very careful of your toes.

Pros:

The position of the hotel was easy to get to by MRT to City Hall and Changi Airport.
The staff were also very accommodating when my flight had an early arrival and they rewarded me with a lovely view room as I had to wait until a room became available.

Cons:

Had to get out of the pool area to get a drink.

Lovely hotel and staff
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. The pool was amazing. The staff were wonderful. Check in with Premala and Luca was stress free and efficient. So helpful.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were too hard for our liking. The air conditioning did not stay at temperature set and kept going back to 23deg. Too hot for us.

Location was fabulous. Great view of Marina Bay. Right by the civic quarter, walkable to everything.

Biz Kahvaltı almamıştık, keşke alsaydık.. Otelin konumu harika neredeyse her yeri yürüyerek gezdik. odamızın konumu manzarası çok iyiydi, 2 gün Bali dönüşü uğramıştık fakat bir daha, daha uzun ve tabiki yine aynı otelde kalmak için döneceğizzz

Wonderful experience. Great front desk staff, especially Premala Greyson and great concierge staff.
Pros:

We were upgraded and very happy with the extra room especially as we had been travelling for 2 weeks prior in Japan. A 2nd power point on the other side of the bed is needed, especially as we use CPAP machines.
The Location was fantastic. Close to City Hall bus station where you get the Hop on/off bus, and the Railway station. Walking distance to Clarke Quay and Funan Mall with lots of cafes and eating options.

Cons:

Not having power points on both sides of the bed was an issue for us. There were other points by the desk but we need one each side of the bed. Would have liked some written information in the room.

Worth paying for the Executive Club suite with 2 hours access to the Sky Bar each day from 6pm to 8pm each day. Stunning views from the room & bar and 2 hours free drinks & snacks each day.

Cons:

Pillows are like granite. Requested softer pillows twice, but they were still very hard

Loved it.
Pros:

The Location. City Hall Big Bus only 100 m away. Walking distance for 80 yr olds to Clarke Quay and probably much more for younger people. Great Breakfast choices. Funan mall had lots of cafes and 7/eleven very close.
Check in staff, Concierge and Breakfast Staff excellent. My only gripe was being asked to leave Sky Garden at 8.15 pm before light show finished.

Cons:

More information in printed English in the room.
