Hat den Erwartungen nicht entsprochen

Eigentlich garnichts

Cons:

Wir sind mit einem Hund angereist,kleiner Hund ,daher würdean hier in Ihrem Hause behandelt wie in der zweiten Klasse.Das einzige was gut war die Hundebeutel, keinerlei Willkommensgeschenk z.B ein Leckerli.Auch ihr gesamtes Personal war unfreundlich, niemand sagte von sich aus Guten Morgen, Frühstück 1 Dame hat gefragt ob wir Filterkaffee möchten.Wir werden Sie nicht weiterempfehlen

Zimmer schon abgewohnt. Pool und Saune wurden renoviert. Leider haben wir vorab dazu keine Info erhalten

Parkplatz 16 € zusätzlich und dann noch zu kurz, Auto steht 50 cm über trotz kurzem Radstand, Tiefgarage war zu nietrig

Pros:

Hotel + Anlage, Spa-Bereich, Frühstücksbuffet, Restaurant + Bar ➡️ alles TOP

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, leider war das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht sauber (Staubschicht). Wir mussten es auch extra aufschließen lassen, deswegen nehmen wir an, dass es schon seit längere Zeit nicht mehr benutzt wurde und somit auch kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht nochmal gecheckt /gesäubert wurde.
Was für uns auch eine Einschränkung darstellte, war, dass man in diesem besagten Schlafzimmer keine Fenster öffnen konnte. Wir mussten also die Tür dauerhaft geöffnet lassen, vor allem in der Nacht, sonst wäre kein Schlaf möglich gewesen. Es wäre schön, wenn man dies in der Beschreibung der Zimmer mit erwähnen könnte. Das wäre dann für uns ein Ausschlusskriterium gewesen, das Zimmer zu buchen.
Leider wurden wir beim Check Out nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war, sonst hätten wir dies bereits vor Ort erwähnt.

Doporučuji projít vinice a navštívit Schloss Wackerbarth, moc pěkné.
Pros:

Krásné, klidné místo, kousek od vinic. Už jsme zde byli vícekrát, vždy vše fungovalo bez problémů. Získali jsme upgrade na lepší pokoj (možná i díky obsazenosti hotelu), ceníme si. Snídaně dostatečné, večerní lobby bar příjemný. Možnost parkování v garáži za 16 € , což je snesitelné.
