I would not recommend either this hotel or Booking.com based on my experience.

When an issue arose with my reservation, I made multiple attempts to contact both the hotel and Booking.com before the applicable deadline. Instead of receiving timely assistance, I was repeatedly redirected between the property and Booking.com without a meaningful resolution.

The process became unnecessarily stressful and time consuming. After extensive follow up and escalation, a courtesy refund was eventually offered. While I appreciated the refund, it came only after significant effort on my part.

Customer service matters most when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, both the hotel and Booking.com fell short of my expectations in handling this situation.

I encourage travelers to carefully review policies and keep detailed records of all communications.

The service made it so enjoyable, will probably go next year for the 4th to repeat my experience.
Pros:

Very convenient location, which was why I chose it. Service was fantastic, Sam is the best. Really liked the welcome message on the TV when I arrived, free rootbeer floats were so fun!

Cons:

Some things looked worn, room on ground floor was noisy, TV selection was bad.

Friendly, welcoming and excellent value.
Cons:

The pool and surrounding area was covered in bird waste. The water and areas wasn’t very nice to sit in. A bit of a clean up and it would have been great.
