I LIKE MORGAN HILL HAMPTON INN
Pros:

We have used Hampton Inn Morgan Hill for years when friends, family or business associates visit. The majority of staff is friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and competent. Nice place!

Cons:

Occasionally, we get a staff member who isn't properly trained but other staff is quick to apologize and is sincerely concerned about our issues. We keep returning as a result.

Mia the Manager
Pros:

Mia the manager was super rude on the phone, we were super sick and asked for cancellation exception. She was not understanding, no sympathy and super aggressive on the cancellation policy like she owned Hilton company. When I asked her name she was very defensive and hung up on me.
Sad to say I am Hiltons honors to get this type of customer service. I have 3 other stays with them that I canceled, this is how you lose customers and non returning costumers. Instead of being understanding you would have had loyal customers.

I'd stay here again and recommend for others to stay as well.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Plenty to eat, and lots of choices daily. Also, loved how clean and bright it was in the rooms and lobby.
