Im Vergleich zu dem Vorjahr leider Verschlechterung

Gute Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Besuch im Oktober waren dieses Mal Sparmassnahmen zu erkennen (Frühstücksbuffet „billiger“ - kein Sekt, kein Lachs mehr, billigere Wurstsorten; kein schnelles Aufräumen der Zimmer mehr - unserer Bitte, das Zimmer aufzuräumen an der Rezeption wurde mit den Worten „die Zimmer für die Neuankommenden werden bevorzugt, aber im Laufe des Tages wird aufgeräumt“ ☹️; Zimmer eher laut und kühl, weil Balkontür schlecht schliesst).

Für Berlin sehr gut.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Extrawünsche werden umgesetzt. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Gemütlicher Eingangsbereich. Bequeme Betten. Haben beim Einchecken ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Parken im hoteleigenen Parkhaus war nicht notwendig, da freie Parkflächen in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Cons:

Für die Lage kann man nun mal nichts,- gibt kaum noch vorzeigbare Ecken in Berlin. Mag diese "offenen Konzepte" von Berliner Hotels nicht, wo sich jeder im Foyer aufhalten kann. Sprich: laute Kids/Teens die da rumgammeln, oder Leute die sich kurz "aufwärmen" wollen.

Pros:

Very central location. This hotel is more like a bussines hotel, but it offers even if you are for leisure.
+Clean and big room.
+tram is door to door with hotel

Cons:

-no minibar
-no capsule machine for coffee in room
-no slippers
-breakfast is with cheapest product ever
-asian gir in reception, the most unfriendly person in the world, unhelpful
-every noise you can hear clearly

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Top-Lage
Pros:

Ein Super Hotel, alles Top!, kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der Hammer war unsere Parkmöglichkeit, eine Tiefgarage mit Lift, alles automatisch, hatte anfangs etwas Bauchschmerzen, hat aber tadellos funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A great place
Pros:

A great, well run hotel. Very, very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is tasty with many options to choose from - special mention for mango cubes :-). Gym room is also good, although there is just one threadmill.
The location of the hotel is good, with a tram stop right next door. Prenzlauer Berg is a great and interesting neighbourhood. I was visiting Berlin for a concert in the Max-Schmelling-Halle and it took a 20 minutes brisk walk to get there.

Cons:

The underground parking is fully automatic and leaves you a bit worried about the car when the machinery rumbles and "swallows" it. It worked fine and basically is not a flaw - just something that might get you anxious.

Wunschlos glücklich!
Pros:

Das Frühstück inklusive der Atmosphäre lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Das personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich.
Die Getränke im Zimmerkühlschrank sind kostenlos.
Es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und wir haben sogar dasselbe Zimmer bekommen, wie letztes Jahr.
Dieses Hotel ist eine Übernachtung mehr als wert.
Wir kommen wieder !
