Pros:

The location was great, right on the tram line from Alexanderplatz. Staff and facilities were very good, though a fridge in the room would have been even better !

Cons:

Our room was on the corner of the building on the 2nd (or 3rd) floor and there was noise throughout the night, which sounded like some type off generator out on the street.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr sauber. Es war ruhig im Hotel.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück zählte eher die Quantität und leider nicht die Qualität.

Gute Lage im Prenzlauer Berg.
Cons:

Obwohl in der Beschreibung steht, das man Essen in der Bar bestellen kann, gab es nichts zu essen. Mir war also nicht klar, das das Hotel kein Restaurant in irgeneiner Form hat.
Mit Hüft und Gehproblemen sind die stylishen niedrigen Sitzmöbel in der Rezeption als auch im Hotel nicht geeignet.

Im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Besuch im Oktober waren dieses Mal Sparmassnahmen zu erkennen (Frühstücksbuffet „billiger“ - kein Sekt, kein Lachs mehr, billigere Wurstsorten; kein schnelles Aufräumen der Zimmer mehr - unserer Bitte, das Zimmer aufzuräumen an der Rezeption wurde mit den Worten „die Zimmer für die Neuankommenden werden bevorzugt, aber im Laufe des Tages wird aufgeräumt“ ☹️; Zimmer eher laut und kühl, weil Balkontür schlecht schliesst).

Für Berlin sehr gut.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Extrawünsche werden umgesetzt. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Gemütlicher Eingangsbereich. Bequeme Betten. Haben beim Einchecken ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Parken im hoteleigenen Parkhaus war nicht notwendig, da freie Parkflächen in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Cons:

Für die Lage kann man nun mal nichts,- gibt kaum noch vorzeigbare Ecken in Berlin. Mag diese "offenen Konzepte" von Berliner Hotels nicht, wo sich jeder im Foyer aufhalten kann. Sprich: laute Kids/Teens die da rumgammeln, oder Leute die sich kurz "aufwärmen" wollen.
