第一天入住，床單與房間浴室都很髒，825號房間床單重換了好多次，不是破損就是髒，毛巾也很不乾淨，817號房間有之前房客留下的一包衛生紙在地上，廁所也不乾淨還有之前客人的尿漬，床單當然也是破洞的，桌子上的便條紙也寫過了，隔音很差，第二天飯店早餐，餐具很髒尤其是杯子，到了晚上熱水壞了，經理請我們到隔壁飯店洗澡，整體的體驗非常差勁，半夜兩點了我們還沒辦法休息！其實早餐也很普通沒有評論說的那麼好，不是泰式料理，以美式與日式為主。

The guys at the pool were really lovely and brought a glass of water over at each visit..
Breakfast was sensational and all staff were really lovely.

Cons:

We had a late checkout until 4 pm, however after 12pm our key would not work and the shower had no pressure and it was cold.

Pros:

Beautiful decor, comfy beds, lovely ambience, great staff.

Cons:

Slightly stuffy smell when entering the room which felt out of place in such a nice hotel.

Coffee at breakfast was so so.

Lucasinetta absolument tout le personnel a tout fait pour nous aider à nous être agréable notamment sur la réparation d'un bac de la télé même si ça a pris 3 jours ils ont tout tenté ils ont réussi d'une manière plus générale on voit très bien que c'est un hôtel qui a été fondé par un ancien élève de l'hôtel hôtelière de Lausanne apparemment qui est aux normes européenne et au-delà même plus de 30 ans après

Absolutely amazing staff and hotel
Pros:

My stay at Montien was amazing in every aspect, the location, food, staff with special mention to Lekk, Num, Kwan and Maew, they went above and beyond. Exceptional.

L’hôtel parfait à Bangkok
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le personnel compétent, arrangeant et accueillant. La chambre très propre, la literie exceptionnelle, des WC innovantes (jets, séchage), TV grand écran, wifi fonctionnant à merveille. Les fournitures de qualité (shampoing, etc). La piscine propre et de grande taille avec linges fournis et bar sur place. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également parfait. Je recommande vivement et y retournerai sans aucun doute.
