Wir haben wir uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt
Pros:

In den Betten konnte man sehr gut schlafen, der Pool war Klasse und Frühstückt sehr umfangreich und lecker. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet am Hoteleingang/Ausgang

Приветливый персонал. Дизайн внутри отеля классный. В номере, как и в самом отеле все чисто, уютно, красиво. Отличный завтрак.
Сделали без проблем поздний выезд бесплатно.
В целом понравилось.

Cons:

Поставил бы 9, если не пару мелочей.
1. Написал заранее, что при заселении у дочки день Рождения. Никаких подарков, комплиментов не просил, попросил лишь сказать пару теплых слов и всё. Конечно же забыли.
2. Нет интернета на TV (прошлый век прям) смотреть можно только обычные каналы. Обещали «что-нибудь придумать» - никто конечно ничего не придумал,
Даже не заходил никто. (обращался 2 раза)
3. Стекло снаружи очень грязное, улицу толком не видно.
4. В ресторане еду заказать с номера не возможно, приходилось самим спускаться вниз. (Потом еще за бокалами еще раз)))
5. В 8:20 утром не было чистых Полотенцев у бассейна.

They took 2000 THB as security deposit on check in. It is weeks since checked out and they still have not refunded it. There is nothing due to them
I have mailed twice- no response
My friend in bkk called them - they said it takes a month ? So I am rating them a 4 for that, I had hotels take deposits like that in the past but they always come back to your account in a week max …

Très bon séjour à Bangkok
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, près du marché de nuit de Patong et également proche de nombreuses activités touristiques. Le personnel est très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses, les petits déjeuners sont excellents. L'hôtel est très bien décoré, c'est très élégant
