Location is good, overall clean and i had a good sleep

Magnifique hôtel luxueux dans un quartier central de Bangkok. Le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. La piscine est superbe. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour le standing.

Heel mooi en groot hotel van binnen. Lobby prachtig ingericht.

Ontbijtopties geweldig. Zowel aziatische opties (rijst, gewokte groenten, vlees, misosoup) als westerse opties (cornflakes, pannenkoeken, omelet/gebakken ei. Vers fruit beschikbaar. Heerlijk. Koffie (uit de machine) was verrassend lekker van smaak, hahaha. Dit zeg ik als koffiesnob.

Leukste man ever is Tikk!! Hij maakte alles zoveel beter :) Weet niet hoeveel hij verdient, maar die man hoort meer te verdienen.

Locatie is top!!! ATM, restaurants, massageplekken op loopafstand.

Great lobby area. Nice outdoor pool with bar. A very nice breakfast which had a good variety on offer. The room had a huge bathroom and amazing shower.

Over all its good and clean

The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. As soon as you enter the lobby, there is a wonderful signature scent that immediately gives a very positive first impression.

Check-in, however, was quite slow. For such a large hotel, having only two people handling arrivals created a considerable wait.

The rooms are comfortable but quite basic for a five-star property. There is no proper wardrobe, no bathrobes unless you request them, and generally only the minimum amenities are provided. Even complimentary water was missing from the room, although after calling reception they apologized and brought it quickly.

On the positive side, the beds are extremely comfortable and we slept very well.

Breakfast is advertised as excellent. I would describe it as good, but definitely not excellent for a five-star hotel. The egg station was very good, but the overall selection was fairly basic. There was no smoked salmon and no chicken or turkey ham, for example.

Another important point for guests who do not eat pork: despite seeing many Arab and Muslim guests staying at the hotel, a very large part of the Asian breakfast selection contained pork — including dim sum, soups and noodles — and there were surprisingly few non-pork alternatives. This is something the hotel could easily improve.

Coffee service was probably the most disappointing part of breakfast. There appeared to be only one machine serving everyone. I actually timed it one morning and waited almost 17 minutes just to get a coffee, which is not what I would expect from a five-star hotel.

Finally, I really appreciated the flexibility at check-out. We were kindly granted a late check-out until 3 p.m., which was very helpful and much appreciated.

Overall, a beautiful and very comfortable hotel with good service and excellent beds, but some details — particularly room amenities, breakfast variety and coffee service — need improvement to fully match five-star expectations.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel. La chambre et en particulier la literie qui est exceptionnelle, la baignoire, rare dans un hôtel, a été très appréciée. Tous les accessoires. La grande piscine et la salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et complet. Tout a été très appréciable et apprécié. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

We had a conference for one day at the Montien Hotel. It couldn’t have been a better experience than what we had: the venue, flexibility, menu, and kindness of the personnel. Thank you for your professionalism, it made our work going smoothly in perfect conditions.
