At the beginning of my comment, I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to all the hotel staff, from reception to porter, for their warm welcome and constant smiles towards me and my family, their assistance with many matters, and their patience with us. We are very grateful to them.
Regarding my constructive feedback, I hope the employee, Paifah, and her manager will change their rude behavior towards us. Secondly, the room towels need to be completely changed as they remain dirty even after cleaning. Thirdly, I hope there will be a wider variety at breakfast, as the selection is limited and runs out quickly. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Finally, adding a small extra bed for my daughter cost me $360 for eight nights, which is relatively exorbitant. Is this the hotel's service due to the current political crisis? We have stayed at this hotel for years, and the service was never like this.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The food was decent, though it could have been a bit better. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
The only downsides were that the shower pressure was a bit weak, and the hotel was really cold, which made it a little uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay.
Great service in restaurant for morning breakfast. Great choice of food!!

I have had such a good experience, they are so lovely, Fahh who made makes my coffee is such a good barrista, always puts a different pattern in my cappacino. Today was my dogs face. How cute.... very thoughtful

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtfully done. The rooms offer an outstanding level of comfort — beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and designed for a truly restful stay. Every detail has been considered.
The staff deserve special mention. They were attentive without ever being intrusive, genuinely tuned in to my needs and quick to help with anything I asked. That kind of service makes all the difference.
The whole property has a real sense of style — elegant yet warm and comfortable, the sort of place you actually enjoy spending time in. And the breakfast was a standout: a high-quality international spread with plenty of choice and everything fresh and well-presented.
