Pros:

demoiselle à la réception super gentille, chambre très propre, bien situé pour nous car nous avons marché de la gare Saint-Lazarre jusqu'à l'hôtel, on y retournerait.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

We had to move room because our mattress was terrible uncomfortable. They are also renovating which is needed. They moved us to another room which was nicely decorated

En general para unos días está genial
Pros:

El hotel en si está genial,sobre todo el personal , se estropearon los dos secadores de las dos habitaciones y nos dejaron uno que tenían.
Sobre todo la chica de recepción es FANTÁSTICA ,pone todo de su parte para solucionarte cualquier problema que tengas,aunque no habla casi español no hubo ningún problema tampoco en ese aspecto.
El desayuno está genial: el zumo natural ,reponen al momento

Cons:

Tres pegas, la primera es que los secadores se recalientan con dos minutos de uso.
Segundo , se oye todo de una habitación a otra.
Tercera, las almohadas son horribles ,en mi opinión
