Breakfast was okay
But
You could smell cigarette smoke most of the time
Property is accessible buy 2 set of stairs which is pretty inconvenient if you have luggage.
The DISCOUNTED price on expedia is MORE than the original price if u book through the hotel directly

We were there for two nights and everything was great. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was really nice. The people are very friendly and it's a great atmosphere. The cleanliness made me want to go there even more.I recommend it with all my pleasure.

The hotel staff was rude , very unhelpful, stay away from this hotel. We stayed at the hotel a few days and were stuck with bad service, the breakfast was very minimal with only a few ingredients. Also the room was not clean enough and there was noise.

the worst hotel i have visit in my life the hotel give us 1 card for the room the room is very hot condition work only when you put the card on wall it take about 1 hours for the condition to be room cold the breakfast very poor no enogh juice just 1 and the staff close the juice machine before breakfast end 1 hour the hotel have no accessebilty for childs and wheelchairs very bad only stairs about 30

Clean and Tidy. Perfect for a short stay. Staff are kind and helpful. The Housekeepers are very friendly and gave wonderful customer service. Breakfast is average. The hotel is close to most of the famous landmarks with loads of shops surrounding

The location of the hotel is very good. It is within walking distance from the tram and bus station. The tourist attractions such as the blue mosque and the Top Kapi palace are easily reachable by tram and even by walking at a 15-20 mins distance. Rooms are spacious and tidy. washrooms are clean. We booked 2 rooms, and the room for 3 adults was quite spacious. The only drawback is that the hotel is located at a height and 15-20 stairs are there to climb to reach the hotel. the staff helps to carry the luggage to and from the hotel, however when you reach the back hotel after a long walk, it feels a bit difficult to climb the stairs.
Breakfast is ok. The hotel is also near a good shopping palace.

We happen to leave some peanut skins on the floor. The cleaning burst into our room furious and was extremely rude over the apparent ‘mess’ we had left on the floor. She kept shouting in Turkish. Please avoid this hotel.

Very disappointed with my stay. The room is in unsatisfactory condition, the door lock could not be closed from the inside, the TV remote control was so dirty that it was impossible to pick it up, the sheets were torn. I understand that the hotel has a lot of guests, but its a 4-star property and at an average price in this area, so i believe that the management should bring the room and overall the service back to normal condition,especially in the current situation in the world.

Very clean hotel with good size room, the only negative is you need to take steep steps to get to the hotel

Séjour agréable mention spéciale à Bilal très gentil et disponible le seul hic la réceptionniste blonde qui est très désagréable et froide devrait plutôt rester dans les bureaux sinon dans l’ensemble c’est correct très propre et bon petit déjeuner

Второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле... меня все устраивает.. чисто, свежий ремонт, очень приветливый персонал, который моментально решает любую возникшую проблему... рядом все транспортные развязки... да и цена при таком раскладе самая приемлемая

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu, Hotel czysty, zadbany, pokój duży wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne, codziennie sprzątany, bardzo miły i pomocny personel, bardzo dobre śniadania. Na pewno tu wrócę.

We were attending the Istanbul half marathon and the hotel is walking distance to Yenikapi for the start line. The marathon start process was delayed so we asked if we could have a delayed check out, we were told this would be 15 Euros for 2 hours but 1 hour was ok, lukcily I ran faster than expected so we only needed the hour but it seemed steep.

Check in took a little while and felt unfriendly, it was about 5 minutes before we were acknowledged.

Breakfast was ok, standard Turkish pre-prepared plate. We nopticed dozens had been made and placed on the side waiting for people to come down rather than set up fresh. My partner saw it and decided to just buy breakfast elsewhere.

The room was nice although the bed was softer than i usually like. The view through the window was the space between the buildings and looked like a dump.

All being said the price was 27 pounds so 5 stars was not expected. If I needed that area again i would consider staying.

Все было замечательное ,была в Этом отеле с 14.09.20по 18.09.20 ,просторные чистые номера,приветливый русскоговорящий персонал и очень вкусные сытные завтраки!

Вежливый и внимательный персонал. Чистота обеспечена. Тихо, уютно. Не шумно.Удобная локация. Хороший завтрак. Всё отлично. Есть один только минус. Нужно подниматься на лестнице высоко, чтобы попасть в отель.

The hotel is so nice,clean & center to the market. hotel staffs are so kind and helpful especially “Mr Bilal " is so kind and helpful.
The breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety. I can say the the Perfect choice.
