L’emplacement de l’établissement, très proche de tout, commerces, restaurants etc.
Nous avons été bien accueilli. Le personnel est très aimable.
Le petit déjeuner est parfait, la chambre très calme et propre.

Goede ligging, vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Dat er gratis ijsjes werden aangeboden tijdens de hitte dagen en dat er een extra ventilator in de kamer werd gezet. Goede matrassen om op te slapen.

Cons:

Helaas geen lactose vrije producten en de koffie was niet meer zoals voorheen beschreven vers. Nu enkel nog via machine met touchscreen. Het ontbijt was minimaal, mocht uitgebreider.

uitstekend stadshotel, middenin in centrum, erg goed ontbijt en vriendelijke staf.
Pros:

onze kamer was ingericht met de boeken en gedichten van een bekende zwitserse schrijver, de indeling van de kamer en met name de badkamer was erg mooi gedaan. ook de meubels (lampen, bed, stoelen) waren met zorg uitgekozen

de kamer had geen airco, maar een ventilator aan het plafond

Superfreundliches Personal machen den Aufenthalt noch schöner!
Pros:

Eine wunderbare Lage mitten in der City, von wo man aus sehr viele schöne Ziele erreichen kann. Vor allem das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafür 10 Punkte mit Sternchen!!!
Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

Alles gut, nichts zu beanstanden.

Cons:

Δεν λειτουργούσε ο κλιματισμός σε ένα από τα δύο δωμάτια. Το πάρκινγκ ήταν 10 λεπτά μακρυά με τα πόδια σε ανηφορικό δρόμο.

Die Lage vom Hotel, zentral in der Altstadt. Freundlicher Empfang und die kleine Bar

Cons:

Wer mit dem Fahrzeug anreist und viel Gepäck hat muss wissen dass er gute 7min zu Fuß durch die Altstadt laufen muss um ins Parkhaus zu gelangen. Bei 37 Grad war das nicht so angenehm, bei Regen eventuell auch nicht. Die Klimaanlage war am Limit der kühlung angelangt.

Pros:

Wir hatten das wahrscheinlich schönste Zimmer des ganzen Hotels, das mit dem Dachgarten und wir waren begeistert! Da oben sitzt es sich an lauen Sommerabenden wunderbar im Strandkorb, wir haben das sehr genossen. Bei den Dachschrägen im Zimmer musste nur mein großer Mann etwas aufpassen, mich haben sie nicht gestört.
Es gibt ein einfaches, aber leckeres Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für die fußläufige Erkundung der Altstadt, auch die Kooperation mit dem Parkhaus ist günstig. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich, wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Bad ist ein wenig eng; besonders an der durchsichtigen Duschtür haben wir uns oft gestoßen - da wäre eine marmorierte Farbvariante wahrscheinlich besser.
Ansonsten war alles super!

A very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Zurich
Pros:

Decoration, it is not the standard hotel but special adapted to an old house. for visitors of the city it is perfectly situated.

Cons:

If you come by car then you have to bring your car to a parking with a 15 minutes walk. Not so fun if it rains.
