Something with the smell needs to be fixed
Pros:

My room was decent sized
Clean

Cons:

Hotel smelled horrible close to the breakfast area
Breakfast even worse I could not sit down and eat anything from the smell
Shampoo and hand soap are the same which says a lot and no conditioner
Staff in general not friendly

Lovely to return!
Pros:

We love this hotel - it’s our ‘go to’ place to stay in Zurich. The location is perfect with public transport just a minutes walk away. It’s also surrounded by good restaurants and bars. I most enjoy it at night where the ‘old town’ feel is atmospheric.
