Airport hotel stay over
Pros:

Spent two evenings and enjoyed our stay and dining experience. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with plenty of hot water. The shuttle service to SFO was very handy both ways. Definitely a good experience.

Pros:

I was disappointed in the room and hotel. It was not up to Marriott standards. The staff was good. They were helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant could not seat me which was ridiculous. The service was slow. There wasn’t enough staff to take care of the tables.
The hotel needs a make over. It is not atractive and looks worn.

Amazing overnight stay with a very comfortable transportation and nice location.
Pros:

This was the cleanest hotel I stayed in a while. The location has a fantastic view over the airport.

The room was nice. The view and property were nice.
Pros:

I loved the starbucks on the property. I loved the view from the room. The nice walk path outside the property was lovely. The bar was also very nice. Staff in front desk were very friendly.

Cons:

The staff at the restaurant was rude. The host was very rude. This was Friday night. Also the parking took us by surprise. $55 was a little steep and was not expecting that high.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Downstairs public area was nice. Good use of free hotel shuttle, to and from airport.

Cons:

Bedroom carpet sticky and large stains. Did not want to walk on it barefoot. Bed really soft. Lumpy pillows. Towels had a nasty odour, so of a damp musty smell. Did not want to use the shower as that would meaning drying my skin with the smelly towel. It's an expensive airport hotel (as they generally are) but rooms should be better for the high price. I would not stay here again

The staff was helpful, the room was lovely, the bed comfortable.
Pros:

I was afraid we would be too close to the airport and kept up all night, but we were put in a room above the atrium which was nice and quiet.

Cons:

The shuttle to the airport was not on time. But perhaps the shuttle has nothing to do with the hotel. Not sure, but quite a few of us were standing outside at 2:30 in the morning for a long time.
