Pros:

happy to be able to check in early. Hard to find a luggage cart (had to ask front desk), but the were happy to help.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was way overpriced and no a lā carte option.

Not the best experience for a Marriott
Pros:

Convenient location with an airport shuttle.

Cons:

Some staff were really friendly but others were rude. We had an issue with our room - we were given a room that was already occupied - reception staff were quick to fix it and give us a free breakfast for the inconvenience. However, we were given the wrong information about where breakfast was and the time it ended. When we showed up the hostess was rude as our breakfast (M Club) ran different times (6:30 -10) than the general breakfast (6:30 -10:30) and we were given the general breakfast times. Instead of just fixing the issue we were given a decent amount of sass and treated like it was a massive favour that we were admitted at 10am just as the M Club was closed. I understand it was not the hostesses fault but it was not our fault either. We were treated like we deliberately flouting the breakfast times. It wasn’t a great experience on top of having already had issues at check in when we were given the wrong room.

Management were unavailable to speak to when we wanted to raise concerns around 11am.

The room itself was adequate, but the shower head was mouldy and lacked pressure, and it took several attempts in some cases to flush the toilet.

Overall, not a great experience for the price we paid for a short overnight stay.

空港から近い。早く着いたら早くチェックインさせてくれた。

Cons:

カードで支払いをしたが、レシートや予約確認のメールに記載されている金額より40ドルも高くチャージされていた。ちなみにルームチャージで何か購入等はしていないし、宿泊費のレシートと40ドルも異なるのは意味が分からない。また身に覚えの全くない28ドルもホテルからカードにチャージされていた。Booking.comのメッセージで問い合わせ中だが、もしこれが返金されなければ詐偽だし、Marriottのような大きなチェーンホテルなので安心していたのに、もう信用できない。早急に返金を求めます。
また、チェックイン時にカードを会計をしたので、レシートが欲しい旨を伝えるとチェックアウト時に渡すと言われ、チェックアウト時には今は渡せない、明日メールで届くと言われた。この時点で言っていることが矛盾していた。

Worth staying but beware breakfast
Pros:

I would probably stay here again. The property was nice. We got in late from a trip and only stayed one night. The bartender was nice, but my salad had way too much dressing on it. I didn't eat much of it. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously expensive, but I should have known that. I should have just had something at the Starbucks. There is a nice place to walk along the water at the hotel. It was also nice to have a shuttle to the airport. That made up for part of the awful breakfast.

An outdated dump
Pros:

Well... It's next to the airport, and you have a nice view from the bar. That's about it.

Cons:

Stayed here 12 years ago and it was a nice experience. However, nothing has been updated since then, everything feels like it's 25 years old. The staff were dismissive, the pool that used to exist is now gone ("because of covid", but really it's to save money). The room is poorly designed and ugly, the beds are very old and saggy and on visible supports that are cheap and tacky. When I sat down I practically sank to the floor they're so soft. They also have a label indicating which months they should be rotated, but clearly haven't been.

Both sink and tub tap had dark brown water come out, even if you ran them for a while the water was tan, with sizable black particles floating in it. I brushed my teeth with bottled water. The TV doesn't even have basic cable, the coffee station is set up far from any outlet with poor quality coffee. Worst of all: PAID WIFI. We're in Silicon Valley in 2025, not 1999. When I checked out all I got was "bye", no "how was your stay"etc.

I've stayed at two other Marriott's in the last 2 years and both those properties were head and shoulders above this one. Never coming back.
