Hotel has a nice tropical feel and is clean and comfortable

I found that noise carried from other rooms although it was a very busy time with high occupancy

Nice stay, lovely view & room.
Pros:

Great location. Room was lovely, clean and spacious with a nice view. Check in staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Couldn’t check in until very late in the afternoon. This also happened to a friend of mine recently. Kids parties happening at Splash Bar during the day aren’t great for when you want to relax by the pool.

Pleasant.
Pros:

Food in Casino restaurant was good, Quater deck food was good, The Palms food was good however weekend breakfast is significantly more expensive with no additional service.

Cons:

Friday Seafood night was a little disappointing, Spanner crab ? no mud crab. No Moreton bay bugs available in North Queensland ? Vehicles hooning in the local area at early hours of the mornings was disruptive. ( Where are the local Police )
