Cleaning staff and room attendants are friendly, helpful and efficient.

Cons:

Facilities are outdated, particularly bathrooms (showers in bathtubs) and general amenities are worn. Food menus are limited. The buffet is too expensive, particularly breakfast. Pool bar staff are a little unhelpful at times. Online checkout unavailable. Online check-in "not received" despite completing it successfully.
Response of "we didn't receive it" is not acceptable.

A lovely piece of Townsville
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Facilities great and the room was lovely. Food choices good too. Grounds and view are fantastic.

Cons:

The porters at the entrance need a better system. It's time consuming getting service and getting to your room.
