Lovely and peaceful
Pros:

The pool the restaurants and the view from their outdoors

Cons:

Our room didn’t have the nicest view but thankfully the resort had enough to offer we didn’t need to hang in the room too long

Ac was super loud.. The toilet was always running water so either way if you turn off the AC all you hear the toilet water runnings ..

Pleasant stay right on the water and walking distance to town and the football stadium.
Pros:

Comfortable room, friendly staff and the added benefit of having 5 venues to eat at.

Cons:

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning resort.
Pros:

Magical views from our room over the stunning pool towards to the sea. Presentation is outstanding both inside and out. Great location with easy walk to ferry and town. Helpful and friendly staff. Loved our stay.

The location, the pool area and the grounds

Cons:

For 4.5 star hotel the television was small. We stayed in a disabled room so I am not sure how you were to access the double power point beside the bed. It was located through a hole in the large bedside unit at the back and you literally had to lay down on the floor to try and plug you cable into the socket. Even a person who was not disabled would have great difficulty as the bedside cabinet was attached to the wall and had a drawer. The cabinet itself would have been 700mm x 700mm. If you wanted to read, you couldn’t as there was no light in the middle of the room and no bedside lights.Pillows were very uncomfortable and on arrival our hand towels were used and dirty with brown marks over them. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was all brown and filthy, obviously had not been changed for some time. It should be changed after a guest each guest has checked out. The vanity was ridiculous especially for a disabled person as there was only around 150mm each side of the basin. So, there was no room at all for placing toiletries. Food in The Palms Restaurant was absolutely appalling/disgusting. Any hot food was precooked and lukewarm.

Excellent still i will still go back and recommend
Pros:

Room was great, location and facilities excellent
The Room Service Chips were hot fresh and excellent

Cons:

I Didn't like the inhouse Food and Breakfast
The beef burger and Pizza were both Cold
The Poached eggs were cold
