Do not stay here if you want a good night sleep as you will more than likely not get one.
Pros:

Room clean and tidy, staff at check in good. event we had was good

Cons:

The walls in the rooms are paper thin - sounds comes from other rooms through the aircon. People next door partying at 1:50 am - had to call downstairs to get sorted = Poor timeline when having an early flight. Was not sorted till close to 3 am. Could have been better delt with by the hotel and management staff.

Great if you don’t actually want to sleep
Pros:

Great facilities! The pool was great, room was nice and neat with a good view.

Cons:

Do not stay here if you actually want to sleep. The walls are paper thin and we were kept up past 3am by other guests opening/closing their doors and yelling in the hallway. Room got incredibly warm overnight as it did not have a fan. Shower head hung directly down onto the wall and you had to hold it to spray water on yourself. Also had to pay to use the TV.

Overrated I think I would find better in Townsville Centre and then still be able to visit the casino

Cons:

It was my husband’s birthday a special treat. We live in Taylors Beach which is not far from Townsville thought this would be an annual thing. but I will be looking for somewhere else as they did not clean our room paid the same price for two nights came back to our room late in the afternoon no bed made no fresh towels. Nothing it was too late for me to call, I did not want anyone coming to my room at that point. I also left a pair of earrings on the soap dispenser little studs but of course they’re gone and they didn’t exist, but I know they did.
