Great location and views
Pros:

The room was lovely, clean and had a fabulous view

Cons:

I couldn't figure out how to turn the heating off and the air-conditioning on. (I was already dressed for bed and too tired to wait for someone to come up - so its possibly my own fault for not getting this seen to before retiring for the night.)

Pros:

Customer service, location and vibes.

Cons:

The bed was awful we stayed in the executive suite and both of us had sleepless nights ended up with bad backs and had to uber deep heat, this was our honey moon. Food and drinks were also disappointing and over priced.

Very relaxing & enjoyed it immensely.
Pros:

Room Service meals very expensive & bland. However, the Spin Cafe meals were excellent. The service from all Staff was excellent.
