We had a wonderful stay and we will always keep this place in mind for future trips.
Pros:

The staff was really awesome and friendly and helped answer any questions I had and they gave us a room that was conveniently located as close to our car as possible. The full kitchen and amenities available in the room was more than I had expected, so we were really happy as soon as we walked in the room and during our whole stay. We plan to come back in the future.

Cons:

I wish the weekly rates were a bit more manageable/reasonable.

It was clean, and close to popular attractions.

Cons:

Our room was right next to a building entrance and until about 1am we could hear people very clearly talking and smoking outside our window.

Cons:

I don’t like how the price changes from week to week. When you are in a bind and have to stay here longer than you planned it’s hard to up with the bills when it’s hard telling what it’s going to cost next week

Change of company means changes for guests
Pros:

I've been staying at this hotel for a few years visiting my family in town. It has changed owners. The place is still clean. Most of the regular staff is present and they do a great job.

Cons:

The new company cut amenities including cable TV. There are more noise complaints and problems with other guests. These are all issues that were NEVER a concern when the hotel was Extended Stay America.
