Never using booking.com again; unbelievably frustrated and dissapointed.

Cons:

Overbooked us and we were locked inside in the main lobby. Other residents voiced their complaints while we were trapped which admittedly lifted the mood. Check-In counter was abandoned before closing time listed. Woman on the phone was snide, rude, and unhelpful. Could not articulate that room was overbooked and would get frustrated when we continued inquiring about why there was no availability despite our reservation. When promised reimbursement and an alternative stay by booking.com, we were recommended hotels across the country in other states after hours of waiting. Absolutely deplorable service from both booking.com and studio 6. Ended up paying many hundreds of dollars to find a place to stay that far exceeded the refund. Took several hours into the dead of night to find this other hotel after this whole debacle. Avoid this service.

Pros:

It was easy to get to and the front desk gentleman was very kind.

Cons:

Fridge didnt work and our milk for our baby went bad overnight and fridge had a weird smell. Pull out beds sheets were not clean so I had to come down to reception and ask for new ones. Also when we first got to our room the door was open and held open by the swinging door latch. We weren't sure if anyone was already staying in the room at first. We've stayed here before in the past year and loved how the last room we had was, that was the reason we picked to stay here again. Disappointed in this stay for sure.

It was not clean, there were abandoned cars in the parking lot, there was marijuana smoke, the room did not feel clean. We didn’t feel safe.

Low budget hotel
Pros:

Location and lower cost. Staff was very nice and hard working.

Cons:

Check in - first two rooms we were assigned already had someone staying in them. Very old needs updates. Kitchen cupboards had old food in them apparently never cleaned.
