It was good
Pros:

The person at the front was very nice.

Cons:

My boyfriend was waiting for he's brother to stop by. So he was sitting and waiting in the massage chair on the first floor. Then one of your staff rudely asking him "what he was doing there?" and that she doesn't remember seeing him there before. 🙄 asking him "what room he was in?". He told her that he doesn't need to tell her that. He probably would answered her question if she wasn't rude about it. We literally checked in the night before.

Great little hideaway
Pros:

The value is incredible. Front desk is fast and friendly. Lots of parking close. Continental breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Check in was easy. Location is good. The hotel is quiet. The tubs are deep and the water is hot.

Cons:

The room was not clean. The small table had sticky coffee rings on it. It makes you question whether the rest of the room is clean. One of the bed sheets had a permanent stain on it. It should have been retired. The TV didn't work. And the first room I was checked into the refrigerator didn't work.

I will stay at Kamloops Ramada any time I have to be in Kamloops. Our new favourite Kamloops Hotel!

I really liked that you had plain yogurt and berries on the breakfast bar. Well done!
Staff was very helpful.
Rooms were very quiet despite being on a busy highway.

Pros:

I like that upon check-in the receptionist noticed that we had booked a 1 bed 1 couch room but there was three of us so he upgraded us to a double queen bedroom. The view from the dining area is superb.

Great place to stay overall. We would come back.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. We were hoping for a waffle iron! Lol But there were a variety of things for us to choose from. Very impressed by the desk clerk. He was very polite and professional. The swag bag was a definite bonus! The beds were super comfortable and we got a really good sleep on them.

Cons:

The breakfast the second day wasn't as good as the first day we stayed. It seemed reheated. The floor tiles in the bathroom were kind of loose.
