Stay was fine but not worth high rates
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were excellent.

Cons:

I expected more for a 4 star hotel. There was a hole in the closet door. Seal in the window glass was broken so window was clouded. They didn't have real juice for breakfast. They used paper plates. Parking lot is terrible. Spots were small and hard to access. Building is dated in some areas.

Ok- it was one of the most affordable places to stay in Kamloops.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Nice to have a little convenient store/market.

Cons:

The entire property looks old, dated and requires more care/ updating. The wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling back, the hallway walls and stairwell walls are scraped up. The noise carries amongst rooms- we could hear people talking and yelling from other rooms. We stayed Saturday night only and Sunday morning breakfast cut off is 9am which is earlier than most hotels on a Sunday- we needed to sleep so we missed breakfast.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly.
That's the only thing I liked.

Cons:

Stained sheet and the furniture.
A room smells like a wet ashtray.
A washroom smelled like dirty mob.
AC blows cigarette smells it kept me up all night.
It is very tight parking and not enough for all the guests.
It was all unfortunate....and I will not go back.

Sad Downgrade for the Ramada name
Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, amazing staff. When my in-laws tv wasn't working, the person on duty moved them to a new room immediately, no fuss.

Cons:

The new room my in-laws were put in had poor AC. The breakfast room was appalling. The plastic fold out tables were stained. At least put on some tablecloths. The chairs were so old there was no padding. The cheap shiny cloth used to hide the storage was ridiculously ugly. Invest in some foldable panels. My husband was shocked at how downgraded the Ramada name was in this hotel. Ramada used to be synonymous with high end quality, not shoddy corner cutting.
This is all corporate level issues, not staff. The staff were lovely.

Pros:

It was very busy the night of July 20. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and patient. He treated everyone with respect and didn't feel like we were just another number. I always enjoy my stay. I love how quiet and clean the rooms are. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lage wurde als zentral angegeben, in Wirklichkeit war es allerdings bis zur Innenstadt ca 2,5km und das bergauf!!!
