The room didn’t smell bad and the kitchen was handy. The cleaning staff were kind and friendly
There was a terrible smoke smell in the lobby and hallway leading to the room. They only disclosed once you got to the property that there was a no refundable $29 fee for pets per day. The front desk staff were not very friendly
Absolutely nothing
There are stains on the mattress covers the sofa bed is filthy the mattress cover looked like someone was bleeding pretty bad. The sofa bed was broken. The floor had a hole in the floor where someone damaged the flooring. The walls need to be wiped down Especially in the bathroom
It was peaceful and quiet staff was very helpful
Location
Only 1 night stand had a lamp, fridge opens incorrectly, curtains didn't block out light, bed sagged, upstairs occupants kept moving furniture around till after 11:00 pm. Limited food for breakfast. Gap under door let in hall light.
Good location and staff
You need to be quick to the breakfast

Dirty, smelled horrible, rooms aren’t cleaned throughly, shower floor felt like it was gonna fall in.. room smelled like stale smoke.. no fresh breakfast or coffee, muffins were stale that they had to offer, coffee was watered down. Someone off drugs was screaming in his room for two days straight for hours at night. No elevator so you have to carry heavy luggage up a lot of stairs. First room I had the fridge didn’t work properly and all of my food I bought spoiled. They didn’t offer a new room until I asked and didn’t offer a discount atleast for my troubles.
I will say the manager did move me to a suite room which was much better than the last room after I explained what happened to him. So the last three days of my stay were a tad bit better. Staff was nice but quality of rooms and establishment needs a lot of work.
Nothing
I couldn’t check in. I waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby, and I called several times trying to get in touch with someone. I ended up having to get another hotel.
The front desk staff members were very nice.
It was not handicapped accessible. The room was not the cleanest and there was a dead bug in the bathroom. The drain in the tub was broken, as well. The tub was unstable, and the exhaust fan was also not working correctly. Very disappointing stay. Also, no ice was available. Do better! We will avoid this brand next time for sure.
Eh
I had booked this months in advance for a concert. We arrived and then were told they needed to relocate us because of a water leak in our room. I was never contacted prior at all about this.
If I could have afforded to leave and stay anywhere else, we would have. From the moment we walked in, the smell of old cigarettes was overwhelming. The entire building smelled so strongly of old cigarettes. Nicotine stains were on the appliances in my daughters room on the third floor. Her towels were dirty with stains and she said there was hair on them. I had a room on the first floor, sub basement. The ceiling above the shower was bludging, cracked and stained black and brown from clear water damage from the bathroom above. The owner had painted over the water damage on the wall, it was still puffed out. There was black mold in the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. I am ready to call the building inspector. I had four bath size towels in the room. Two were unusable because they had stains. One was black/grey stain and one had a red stain. The "bed" seemed to be a box spring with a sheet on top. EVERYTHING SMELLED OF OLD CIGARETTES! It was nauseating. The stove in my room had a sign that said the window should be opened when in use. The window opens at ground level. I was already concerned about safety and now I am supposed to OPEN the window? Absolutely not! There was no reinforced security bar for the window. The armchair in the room was ripped and torn with no evidence of repair. The front desk person in the morning seemed completely unconcerned about the ambulance and emergency happening somewhere on the property. I don't know what room you took pictures of for the website, but that is not at all what you get. This property is a disgrace. This property is awful.
