This place is unsafe, very dirty and the Staff is rude as can be . The key locks to all of the doors did not work they had to change our key card every time we went in and out of our room seems very creepy like to keep track of there guess?? The bar lock on the inside of our door was installed backward and our 2year old was able to just pull the door right open with the bar across. The front desk did not want to do anything about it when i asked them to fix it. the front door at night you could not use because key card pad did not work so you so o the dark sides of the building where there is no lighting nor the doors don't lock or shut, The place is unsecured and the lobby doesn't want you coming by there. Something should be looked in to from a corporate or franchise management this place is horrible we only stayed 2 nights we left a day early . We deserver a refund but you cant understand half the staff they look at you and shrug
Everything Basic- doors that lock clean rooms, not stained, doors that close to secure building, Staff that will respond to your concern for safety. Give me my money back!!!
This hotel should not even be allowed to have guests. Room had a broken light, broken shelves, chipped paint and dirty linens and towels. Hotel was apparently under some type of renovation. Staff could barely speak English and everything was disgusting and dirty. Perhaps the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Will never use your hotel again and will be posting as well!

Location to the venue we were attending that evening was good.
Tbe room smelled strongly of stall cigarettes. The furnature was old and in poor relait. I believe I did not do my research enough to truly understand the concept of exactly what " extend a stay" caters to.

Young woman that checked us in. She was very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was excellent.
I did not like the fact that we kept getting knocks on our door at random times by random people. You can hear peoples conversations through door and wall. The door didnt have the extra lock on it so i did not feel really safe there. No ice machine either.
I like the construct of the outside. Very nice.
It did not look like the description at all. I did not like that it strongly smelled like cigarettes, the walls were dirty, run down furniture, overall not a tidy place. I don’t recommend. We asked the workers for a blanket for 2 days and we didn’t get it at all.

There was a terrible smoke smell in the lobby and hallway leading to the room. They only disclosed once you got to the property that there was a no refundable $29 fee for pets per day. The front desk staff were not very friendly
Absolutely nothing
There are stains on the mattress covers the sofa bed is filthy the mattress cover looked like someone was bleeding pretty bad. The sofa bed was broken. The floor had a hole in the floor where someone damaged the flooring. The walls need to be wiped down Especially in the bathroom

Location
Only 1 night stand had a lamp, fridge opens incorrectly, curtains didn't block out light, bed sagged, upstairs occupants kept moving furniture around till after 11:00 pm. Limited food for breakfast. Gap under door let in hall light.
