Only 1 night stand had a lamp, fridge opens incorrectly, curtains didn't block out light, bed sagged, upstairs occupants kept moving furniture around till after 11:00 pm. Limited food for breakfast. Gap under door let in hall light.

Dirty, smelled horrible, rooms aren’t cleaned throughly, shower floor felt like it was gonna fall in.. room smelled like stale smoke.. no fresh breakfast or coffee, muffins were stale that they had to offer, coffee was watered down. Someone off drugs was screaming in his room for two days straight for hours at night. No elevator so you have to carry heavy luggage up a lot of stairs. First room I had the fridge didn’t work properly and all of my food I bought spoiled. They didn’t offer a new room until I asked and didn’t offer a discount atleast for my troubles.
I will say the manager did move me to a suite room which was much better than the last room after I explained what happened to him. So the last three days of my stay were a tad bit better. Staff was nice but quality of rooms and establishment needs a lot of work.

I couldn’t check in. I waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby, and I called several times trying to get in touch with someone. I ended up having to get another hotel.

Extremely disappointed.
Pros:

The front desk staff members were very nice.

Cons:

It was not handicapped accessible. The room was not the cleanest and there was a dead bug in the bathroom. The drain in the tub was broken, as well. The tub was unstable, and the exhaust fan was also not working correctly. Very disappointing stay. Also, no ice was available. Do better! We will avoid this brand next time for sure.

I will not return to this location.

I had a kitchen

Cons:

The kitchen didn't come equipped with anything. Management gave me dirty cooking/eating supplies not even enough for 2 people and I had 3.
The pullout couch had ripped cushions and the bedding was dirty.
There was no way to separate the bed from the other living area.
The room/bathroom in whole was dirty.
There were drug deals being made in the parking lot.
The side entrance is not locked and there were pillows in the stairwell where people had been sleeping. I felt this location is not a safe area for my family.

Parking safe, quartier tranquille et proche commerces et restaurants.

Cons:

Supplément de $29 pour le chien à notre arrivée alors qu'il avait été indiqué inclus ds le prix de la réservation initiale. Lors de la réservation demande de paiement en cash à l'arrivée mais a été prélevé sur la carte. Rapport qualité-prix mauvais

Exceeded expectations and for the price point and Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Loved the fact it was minutes from everything from shopping, food, to entertainment and more. Also like how clean and well kept the room was. Very comfortable and home like feel.

Cons:

A little better variety for the breakfast would have been good.
